Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to fast checkout using a smart cart. A forward facing radio frequency identification (“RFID”) reader component can read a first set of RFID tags and generate a first set of items based on RFID information read from the first set of RFID tags. A rear facing RFID reader component can read a second set of RFID tags and generate a second set of items based on RFID information read from the second set of RFID tags. A shopping cart list component can and remove items to a set of shopping cart items based on updates received from the forward facing RFID reader component and the rear facing RFID reader component regarding the first set of items and the second sets of items.

Abstract: Techniques to facilitate user authentication on a mobile device executed on the client side are provided. An embodiment includes a subscriber identity module device, comprising at least one memory to store computer executable components and user information representing a user identity associated with a device with a subscriber identity module interface with which the subscriber identity module device is configured to be employed. The computer executable components comprise a local server component configured to, as facilitated by a processor of the device communicatively coupled to the at least one memory, at least receive a hypertext transfer protocol request message for the user information from an application of the device over a local area network, and provide the user information to the application over the local area network using the hypertext transfer protocol in response to receipt of the hypertext transfer protocol request message.

Abstract: A multimedia message is generated according to media content portions identified by a message input including words or phrases. The media content portions are extracted from among media content based on a set of predetermined criteria, such as a matching of audio content of the media content. The message input can include home video content, audio content, image content, and other media content. A social networking component can publish shared media content portions to a social network or data store and enable access to the shared media content portions. A multimedia message is generated having one or more of the shared media content portions that correspond to words or phrases received in the message inputs.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, devices and techniques that generate a set of media portions associated with a set of message inputs for a multimedia message based on a meaning of the words or phrases in the message inputs. A semantic component can determine segments of media content according to words or phrases that are different from words or phrases received. The semantic component is configured to determine portions of media content that convey the same meaning as the words or phrases received, and a multimedia message is then generated with the media content portions.

Abstract: A multimedia message is generated with a set of media content portions that corresponds to a set of inputs. Media content portions are concatenated together to generate a continuous stream of media extracted from different media content. The media content portions are extracted to correspond to words or phrases of the set of inputs. The media content portions are identified and classified according to a set of predetermined criteria. The order of the media content portions can be modified and different video and/or audio portions can be selected to correspond with the words or phrases.

The media content portions are recommended based on predetermined criteria, classification criteria, and/or user preferences. The media content portions are identified and extracted among media content based on predetermined criteria that can include a match of audio content with the words or phrases of the received message inputs. The media content portions correspond to the words or phrases of the message inputs and can further be recommended to a user based on additional criteria. The media content portions that are recommended can be included in multimedia message, which can be further communicated.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to fast-track payments at a retail store. Identification data can be received related to a user of a personal shopping device wherein the identifier includes payment preferences associated with the user. The personal shopping device can be personalized with the identification data. A shopping cart list can be dynamically received from the personal shopping device. A checkout request can be received from the personal shopping device. The checkout request can be processed based on the shopping cart list, using, at least in part, the payment preferences associated with the user. An area around the user at a security checkpoint can be scanned. An exit list can be identified based on the scanning. The exit list can be compared to the shopping cart list. Upon the list and the shopping cart list not matching, remedial action can be taken.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, devices and techniques that generate a set of media clips associated with a set of text inputs for a message called a cinegram. A user, for example, provides a textual word or phrase, or a vocal word or phrase as input, in which an apparatus, in response to the input, associates a set of media clips with the input. The user can modify the sequence of the media clips, modify which media clips are associated with which word or phrase, and/or modify a set of classification criteria for modifying the type of media clips generated for a message. The set of media clips is presented in a defined order and formulates segments (e.g., words, phrases and the like) of the textual overlay in order to present a continuous stream of video comprising multiple different media clips associated with words and/or phrases of the message.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, devices and techniques that generate a set of media portions associated with a set of message inputs for a multimedia message based on an emoticon or an acronym. A text based message can be received having an emoticon or acronym. The emoticon or acronym is identified in the text based message. A splicing component extracts a set of media content portions from media content, in which the media content portions correspond to the emoticon or acronym received. A multimedia message is generated with the media content portions to convey the text based message as a multimedia message.

Abstract: Shopping cart lists at a retail store are provided relative to limits. A customer can use their own smart phone, for example, or a proprietary store device to scan products as they are added to a shopping cart. Prior to adding products, the phone or device can be personalized with the customer's payment information. The device can determine a transaction limit based on the customer's payment information. As products are added to the shopping cart, the customer can be alerted regarding the reaching of the transaction limit. The device can also give suggestions to the customers of items to be removed from the shopping cart to stay within the transaction limit.

A set of message inputs is received, in which the multimedia message is generated from with the media content portions identified. The user can modify the sequence of the media clips, modify which media clips are associated with which word or phrase, and/or modify a set of classification criteria for modifying the type of media content portions generated for a message.

Abstract: Technologies are generally described for security algorithm methods in issuing, managing, and using digital certificates in online transactions. Certificate holders can be identified based on the device ID from the equipment they are using to access online services. The equipment can be previously linked to an identity known by the equipment service provider. A consumer can then authorize the using of the digital certificate associated with their device in online transactions. Third parties can then trust the identity behind the digital certificates and accept their use in identifying a private party and performing a transaction with that party.

Abstract: An interface control is activated to provide a signature to a legal document, an application for a contractual obligation or other document requesting legal signature, in conjunction with an optional payment mechanism. The interface control initiates facilitation of signing of the document or application, and optionally enables payment for the document, application or associated product or service. A client signature generated from a client with a client device and purchasing data of the client are provided in a transaction in response to activation of the interface control.

Abstract: Providing for dynamic allocation of network resources for delivery of network content is described herein. By way of example, network resources can be correlated with real-time network conditions, and monitoring of the network conditions can be employed to track availability of subsets of network resources. Where a subset of network resources allocated to support a particular application is available, the subset of resources can be allocated to one or more client devices, on demand. Where insufficient resource availability exists, resources can be freed up from other subsets of network resources to bolster availability of requested resources to support an application, or a demand for resources can be rejected. Billing for network resources can be in part or in total based on resources consumed, among other dynamic factors, in addition to or in lieu of static factors.

Abstract: Validation measures related to information obtained from publicly available data sources are generated for providing recommendations about a potential client. Trusted search criteria are used to obtain a set of query results. These results are used to gather metadata associated with a potential client for loan offers. The validation measures are initiated from the associations and used to modify the search criteria or identifying data for searching further. A credit worthiness score related to the potential client is configured based on the validation scores and relevancy of the data. The client information is updated dynamically with continued modification of the initial search criteria in order to alter a scope and improve an accuracy of information.

Abstract: A financial planning system uses contextual data about a user to help create and modify a financial plan to achieve a financial goal. Financial goals can include money saving goals, investment goals, loan payment goals, and goals to purchase or rent goods, property and/or services. In some embodiments, the financial planning system can create a collaborative financial plan to create a financial plan for a group of people to achieve a shared financial goal. Contextual data, such as banking information, social network activity, past activity, preferences, etc., can be used to shape the financial plan to make it more effective and efficient. Banking accounts, social network accounts, loyalty program accounts, and others can be linked to the financial planning system to enable the financial planning system in gathering contextual background information.
