A crate is disclosed that allows for easy and inexpensive return shipment (reverse logistics) after use through a collapsible, interlocking system of a pallet base, foldable side wall assemblies, and a lid that can be removably connected to one another. The crate can utilize guide protrusions and corresponding guide recesses to fit the components together. The height of the crate can be increased by additional tiers of side walls. Latch assemblies can be utilized to fasten adjacent components together. The crate may include a tracking or monitoring device that can monitor one or more of humidity, temperature, tilt, impact, vibration, and variety of desired conditions. Publication number: 20220259772Abstract: A method of producing a sulfonated polymer. The method includes providing a source for a quantity of a polymer containing polymer fibers. The quantity of the polymer is heated while immersed in sulfuric acid to 100-200° C. for a period time in a closed reactor containing an atmosphere and capable of holding pressure generated by a reaction between the quantity of the polymer and the sulfuric acid resulting in a sulfonated polymer, wherein substantially all the quantity of the polymer from the source is converted into sulfonated polymer. The sulfonated polymer is then removed from the reactor and dried. An electrode suitable for use as an electrode in an electrochemical energy storage cell is disclosed. Each energy storage device 10 includes a heat exchanger 11 coupled in thermal conductivity with a segmented battery module 13. Individual sensor information for each energy storage device 10 is collected via the BMU 13A of each segmented battery module 13. The charging SCC 22 uses this individual sensor information to calculate the HE flow rate of coolant pumped through each energy storage device's 10 heat exchanger 11 to cool the battery cells 13B of the energy storage device 10.
