    Abstract: This disclosure is related to a non-contact tool center point calibration method for a robot arm, and the method comprises: obtaining a coordinate transformation relationship between a flange surface of the robot arm and cameras by a hand-eye calibration algorithm; constructing a space coordinate system by a stereoscopic reconstruction method; actuating a replaceable member fixed with the flange surface to present postures in a union field of view of the cameras sequentially, recording feature coordinates of the replaceable member in the space coordinate system, and recording flange surface coordinates which is under the postures in the space coordinate system; obtaining a transformation relationship between a tool center point and the flange surface; and updating the transformation relationship into a control program of the robot arm. Moreover, the disclosure further discloses a calibration device performing the calibration method and a robot arm system having the calibration function.

    Abstract: A postural sway analysis system is disclosed. The system includes a camera worn by an individual, a processing unit coupled to the camera, a floor marker placed on a floor near the shoes or feet of the individual. The camera is configured to acquire images of the floor marker, which has a known size or diameter, while the individual is standing. The processing unit is configured to capture an initial calibration image of the floor marker using the camera while an individual is standing still to determine the distance between the camera and the floor marker. The processing unit is further configured to capture subsequent time-varying images of the floor marker while the individual is standing (and swaying). Furthermore, the processing unit is configured to compare the calibration images to the subsequent time-varying images to determine a postural sway of the individual.

The indel molecular marker SEQ7593 can be directly used for creating an assistant breeding system of photoperiod insensitivity character molecular markers. Primer amplification designed according to the Indel molecular marker can be applied to assistant breeding of pumpkin breed improvement molecules in a simple, rapid and high-throughput manner, technical support is provided for pumpkin photoperiod insensitivity molecular breeding, and time for conventional gene positioning is shortened greatly.
