    Abstract: The current invention pertains to a molecular conjugate comprising an antagonist of a cell surface receptor specific to a target cell and an immune effector, such as a T cell modulator, conjugated to the antagonist. The target cell can be a cell responsible for development of a disease in a subject, for example, a cancer cell. In certain embodiments, the immune effector is an immune effector protein or an immune effector fragment thereof. The current invention also pertains to a method of treating a disease in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutically effective amount of the molecular conjugates of the current invention to the subject. The methods of the current invention can be used to treat cancer, such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, or melanoma.

    Abstract: A two-speed transmission having two clutches for an electric vehicle includes an electric motor, a middle shaft, a first clutch, a second clutch, a first gear assembly and a second gear assembly. The electric motor includes a spindle. The first and second clutches are furnished on the middle shaft coaxially. The first gear assembly is furnished on the spindle and the first clutch respectively to generate a first gear ratio. The second gear assembly is furnished on the spindle and the first clutch respectively to generate a second gear ratio different from the first gear ratio. When the first clutch is activated to connect with the middle shaft, the second clutch separates from the middle shaft, and the electric motor outputs a first torque corresponding to the first gear ratio to the middle shaft. Similarly, the electric motor outputs a second torque corresponding to the second gear ratio.

The system is utilized to improve efficiency for the fruit-thinning process in a tree orchard, such as peach thinning By automating the mechanical process of fruit thinning, selective fruit-thinners can eliminate manual labor inputs and further enhance favorable blossom removal. Automation used in conjunction with a heuristic approach provides improvements to the system. The system may also be configured as a robotic arm or as a handheld system by including a battery and switching microcontroller with handle or wrist straps. Handheld thinning devices that are mechanical in nature may also be part of the system.

In at least one embodiment, a method for forming a C40-C90 ketone wax includes exposing a feed stock to a basic catalyst under conditions suitable for coupling unsaturated carbon chains from the feed to form a composition including a ketone wax, oligomerizing the ketone wax to form a ketone wax having C40-C90 ketone wax, and distilling and/or extracting the oligomerized ketone wax to provide a C40-C90 ketone wax of the present disclosure.
