A second integrated circuit die is in a stacked arrangement with the first integrated circuit die and has formed therein storage circuitry to selectively transfer the read voltage to at least one storage capacitor for storage as a stored voltage and to selectively transfer the stored voltage to an output. The at least one storage capacitor is formed from a capacitive deep trench isolation. There is an interconnect between the first and second integrated circuit dies for coupling the readout circuitry to the storage circuitry.
Abstract: Methods and systems for reducing an amount of data storage and/or processing power necessary for training data for machine learning by replacing three dimensional models with a plurality of two dimensional images are disclosed. The method includes determining an object of interest from a three-dimensional model and cropping the object of interest into a plurality of two-dimensional images. The plurality of two-dimensional images are cropped such that only the object of interest remain. The plurality of two-dimensional images are cropped with respect to particular attributes, such as a road width, a road angle, or an angle with respect to an adjacent vehicle. An image capturing device captures the real time background images. The objects within the background images are categorized using associated attributes. The attributes are synthesized with the plurality of two-dimensional images such that a plurality of replica two-dimensional images of the 3D model with real-time backgrounds are generated.
Abstract: This invention relates to a method to produce gene alterations in the genomes of a eukaryotic and prokaryotic host cell. The method comprises utilizing Argonaute from Natronobacterium gregoryi (NgAgo) or a mutant thereof, and complementary 5? phosphorylated single-stranded DNA that target the enzyme to cleave specific regions of the chromosome. Additionally, N-terminal truncations (deletion of the repA domain; N-del), or its mutants including N-del/E598A, N-del/D601P, and N-del/E602P reduces random cleavage and can be used for targeted gene editing with a guide DNA. An expression system or a host cell and method of creating thereof are also in the scope of this application.
