Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention include inventive compounds (e.g., boron compounds of Formula (I)), inventive lipid particles, and inventive lipoplexes. Other embodiments include compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions) comprising the inventive compound, inventive lipid particles, or inventive lipoplexes. Some embodiments include methods of using the inventive lipoplexes (e.g., in compositions or in pharmaceutical compositions) for administering, treating disease, inducing an immune response, and combinations thereof. Further embodiments include methods for making the inventive compounds. Additional embodiments of the invention are also discussed herein.

Abstract: Disclosed are a prefabricated wire mesh assembly for a ballast and a method of constructing a gravel-ballasted track using the same. When a gravel ballast is used by filling a box-shaped rebar mesh with crushed stones and injecting a filling material, the prefabricated wire mesh assembly increases injection efficiency by further installing an internal partition wall to effectively support loads without forming a separate ballast shoulder and injecting a filling material through injection pipes installed on an internal partition wall, and prevents water accumulation on a roadbed by a drainage pipe. The prefabricated wire mesh assembly for a ballast is assembled by installing the injection pipe along with the lower mesh and the internal partition wall, thereby allowing the filling material to be injected without installation of a plurality of separate injection pipes, and securing construction quality by increasing injection efficiency of the filling material through the installed injection pipes.

Abstract: A method for preparing pure hypochlorous acid includes a step of combining a predetermined amount of sodium hypochlorite with a predetermined volume of a nonpolar solvent and a predetermined amount of a weak acid (e.g., acetic acid) to form a biphasic mixture that includes an aqueous phase and an organic phase. The biphasic mixture is agitated, and then the organic phase is separated from the aqueous phase. The nonpolar solvent is removed from the organic phase to obtain the pure hypochlorous acid.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for key-policy attribute-based encryption. The method includes receiving a message to be encrypted, a master public key, and a set of attributes. A random integer s is sampled between 1 and a prime integer p, where p is established by a pairing-friendly curve comprising three groups of two source groups and one target group. Every attribute in the set is hashed to a first source group of the pairing-friendly curve and multiplied by s to generate a set of attribute encodings. A target group element in the master public key is multiplied by s to generate a blinding factor. The message is masked with the blinding factor. A ciphertext is computed comprising the masked message, the set of attributes, the set of attribute encodings, and an encoding of s in a second source group of the pairing-friendly curve. The ciphertext is then outputted.
Abstract: Disclosed are a design method for an ROPS framework and a cab for engineering machines. The design method for an ROPS framework comprises: obtaining target values of a lateral load Fmax and lateral load energy Umax of an ROPS framework by calculation according to the standards of earth-moving machines; selecting a suitable cab framework structure type from a simply supported beamstructural mechanics model; and calculating the sum of profile sectional moduli of all pillars and top cross beams according to a maximum lateral load Fmax quick calculation formula and a maximum load energy Umax quick calculation formula, selecting suitable profiles based on the sum, and constructing a closed spatial framework structure according to the selected cab framework structure type.
