Abstract: A method for producing a chassis web for a disposable pant article, the method including feeding a first continuous base web in a machine direction; attaching a continuous elastic waistband component to the first base web in an attachment area extending in the machine direction; attaching a second continuous base web to the first continuous base web and the continuous waistband component, covering at least the continuous waistband component, thereby forming a compound base web having first and second side edges, the attachment area being spaced apart from at least one of the first and second side edges of the compound base web; severing the compound base web and the attached waistband component by cutting; shifting positions of the first panel web and the second panel web in a cross machine direction; forming a coherent chassis web.

Abstract: A belted disposable article includes a chassis including a first covering layer having a first surface intended to face towards the user, the article further comprising a pair of belt portions. The first belt portion has a free end which carries a fastener adapted to be attached to an exterior surface of the other of the belt portions. The first and second belt portions being folded over the first surface to form a folded belt configuration prior to use of said article, whereby the first belt portion is arranged on top of the second belt portion. In addition, a belt-opening trigger zone is disposed on the first belt portion and arranged adjacent the free end of the first belt portion.

Abstract: An insert dispenser includes a frame partly defining an interior volume for supporting a stack of sheets products, the frame having a frame panel portion extending in a transverse direction and provided with first and second opposite transverse edge surfaces, the dispenser further comprises a dispensing opening. Moreover, the dispenser further includes an abutment panel extending in the transverse direction and having an abutment surface for abutting a cabinet front door surface and a frame facing surface connected to the first transverse edge surface of the frame panel portion. The cabinet includes a cabinet front door, a housing defining an inner depth in a transverse direction, a dispensing outlet for sheet products and an insert dispenser includes a dispensing opening.

Abstract: A hydroentangled nonwoven sheet material produced by a process including: 0) optionally providing a polymer web on a carrier; a) providing an aqueous suspension containing short fibers and a surfactant; b) depositing the aqueous suspension on the carrier; c) removing aqueous residue of the aqueous suspension deposited in step b) to form a fibrous web; b?) depositing aqueous suspension on a surface of the fibrous web formed in step c); c?) removing aqueous residue of the aqueous suspension deposited in step b?) to form a combined fibrous web; d) hydroentangling the combined fibrous web; and optionally e) drying the hydroentangled web, and/or f) further processing and finalizing the dried, hydroentangled web the web to produce the nonwoven end material. The hydroentangled non-woven sheet material obtainable by this process has a low degree of surface irregularity and contains low residues of surfactants.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a paper product including providing a forming fabric and forming a web on the fabric. The forming fabric includes warp knuckles of directly adjacent warp yarns overlapping the cross-machine direction forming a continuous warp knuckle pattern angled to the machine and cross-machine directions. A first line connecting the centers of first two directly adjacent warp knuckles of the continuous warp knuckle pattern is angled to the machine direction at a first angle different from a second angle of a second line connecting the centers of second two directly adjacent warp knuckles of the continuous warp knuckle pattern so that a line connecting the centers of all warp knuckles forming the continuous warp knuckle pattern is non-straight. At least 50% of all the continuous warp knuckle patterns have an overlap of at least three consecutive weft yarns.

Abstract: A dispenser for web of absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material in the form of a roll is provided. The dispenser has a housing with a first dispensing opening for the web and a drive roller extending along a longitudinal axis. The drive roller is arranged in the housing in, or at, the first dispensing opening. The roll is arranged to abut the drive roller to be frictionally engaged with the drive roller. The dispenser has a feeding mechanism for rotating the roll to feed the web in a direction from the roll towards the first dispensing opening. The feeding mechanism has a bar extending at least partially along the drive roller. When the bar is pushed from a start position to rotate about the pivot axis, the drive roller and the roll are caused to rotate. The bar is biased towards the start position.

Abstract: A wearable absorbent article includes a conductor arrangement. Including a plurality of elongate conductors, each conductor extending along an extension direction. At least some of the conductors have different lengths from each other in the respective extension directions. Those of the at least some of the conductors which have larger lengths in the respective extension directions have lower electrical resistances per unit length than those of the at least some of the conductors which have smaller lengths in the respective extension directions.

Abstract: A waist belt for an absorbent article has an inner surface facing the wearer during use and an outer surface facing away from the wearer during use. The belt includes a first belt end section provided with a fastening component and a second belt end section provided with a mating fastening component. Each one of the fastening component and the mating fastening component includes a first mechanical connector structure and a second mechanical connector structure. Each mechanical connector structure is capable of forming a mechanical interconnection with the other mechanical connector structure, and is incapable of forming a mechanical interconnection with an identical structure. Further, the fastening component and the mating fastening component are mechanically connectable via the first mechanical connector structure and the second mechanical connector structure. The disclosure also relates to a disposable article including a chassis and a waist belt.

Abstract: A fluid pump includes a pump body having a pump inlet and a pump outlet, and a spring valve combination provided within the pump body. The spring valve combination includes a spring body having a first end portion, a second end portion and a spring section therebetween, which spring section is compressible in an axial direction from an initial condition to a compressed condition and is subsequently expandable to its initial condition; a first valve element provided at the first end portion of the spring body; and a second valve element provided at the second end portion of the spring body, wherein the spring body and the first and second valve elements are integrally formed. The first and second valve elements interact with an interior of the pump body to define a one-way inlet valve and a one-way outlet valve, respectively.

Abstract: A pump for dispensing a fluid product from a product container, includes a unitary pump body defining an axis and including a pump chamber, a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The pump chamber is collapsible over an axially directed pumping stroke from an initial condition to a collapsed condition and is biased to return to its initial condition in a return stroke. An axially compressible spring is arranged to at least partially support the pump body during its collapse.

Abstract: Method of applying a skin beneficial agent to an absorbent article including a topsheet layer having a body facing surface and a garment facing surface, the article having a longitudinal front portion, a longitudinal back portion and a crotch portion located between the front and the back portion. The method includes at least the step of printing, by means of an in-line synchronized print technique, a water based ink composition including a binder and a microencapsulated skin beneficial agent on the article, the skin beneficial agent being at least a partly hydrophobic or lipophilic substance or additive, and the microcapsule material being water-insoluble at 20° C.

Abstract: A paper product including a fibrous web manufactured in a paper making machine including a fabric is disclosed. The web has a first and an opposite second side. At least one of the first and second sides of the web has, in a pattern repeat, a number of longitudinal, machine direction oriented compressed areas with a first density of fibers and a number of machine direction oriented bulky areas with a second density of fibers lower than the first density. The compressed areas correspond to machine direction oriented warp knuckles of warp yarns floating over weft yarns, and adjacent compressed areas, corresponding to warp knuckles of directly adjacent warp yarns, overlap in the cross-machine direction forming a continuous compressed pattern angled to the machine and cross-machine directions.
