Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating communications between a customer relationship management (CRM) platform and an application lifecycle management (ALM) platform are disclosed. The system may retrieve CRM support records and data, reformat the CRM support records or updates into a format readable by the ALM platform, and store the reformatted CRM support record or updates in the ALM platform. The system may retrieve ALM development requests, discussions, and attachments; reformat the ALM development requests, discussions, or attachments into a format readable by the CRM platform; and store the reformatted ALM development requests, discussions, or attachments in the CRM platform.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a system and method for personalization of advertisement content. A computing system receives an HTTP request to access a webpage. The HTTP request includes a visitor identifier. The computing system parses the HTTP request to identify the visitor identifier contained therein. The computing system transfers the visitor identifier to a remote advertisement server. The computing system receives an advertisement call from a web browser executing on the remote computing system. The advertisement call includes the visitor identifier. The computing system generates a customized advertisement based at least on content accessed by the remote computing system on the webpage. The computing system transmits the customized advertisement to the web browser for display with the website on the remote computing system. The website is hosted by the third-party web server.

Abstract: A contactless payment device including a wireless communication device; a power source; a processor coupled to the power source; an accelerometer communicatively coupled to the processor and the power source; and an actuator communicatively coupled to the wireless communication device and the processor. The actuator is configured to activate the wireless communication device when the actuator is set in a closed state, and deactivate the wireless communication device when the actuator is set in an open state. The processor is configured to receive an incoming signal from the accelerometer; determine whether the incoming signal corresponds to a pre-programmed signal corresponding to an enabling gesture; and set the actuator in the closed state for a time interval, when the incoming signal corresponds to the enabling gesture.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods and devices system for identifying a misbehaving computerized device. In some implementations, the system includes a cloaking authority device for identifying a misbehaving computerized device, wherein the cloaking authority device includes a processor that can receive a request for a cloak index, wherein the request for the cloak index comprises a linkage value retrieved from a pseudonym certificate. In some examples, the processor can also request, from a pseudonym certificate authority device, first information that is used to produce the cloak index, wherein the first information is associated with the linkage value. Additionally, the processor can process, by the cloaking authority device, the linkage value to produce the cloak index based in part on the first information, wherein the cloak index identifies a misbehaving computerized device. Furthermore, the processor can transmit, by the cloaking authority device, the cloak index to a misbehavior authority device.

Abstract: A tissue planing assembly includes a vacuum table, a gantry system, and a cutting device. The vacuum table includes a cutting surface configured to receive a tissue sample and apply a vacuum pressure to the tissue sample. The gantry system is configured to be positioned over the cutting surface of the vacuum table and includes a blade holder. The blade holder of the gantry system is configured to be adjustable in at least a lateral direction and a longitudinal direction relative to the cutting surface of the vacuum table. The cutting device is configured to be positioned within the blade holder.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a tissue planing assembly includes a base frame, a plurality of disassemblable components assembled to the base frame and having a ready configuration, a sample conveyor, a blade assembly configured to be coupled to the base frame, a control unit communicatively coupled to the sample conveyor, and one or more component sensors communicatively coupled to the control unit. The plurality of disassemblable components is configured to support a tissue sample. The sample conveyor is configured to convey the tissue sample through the blade assembly. The one or more components sensors are configured to output a signal indicative of at least one of the plurality of disassemblable components missing from the ready configuration, wherein the control unit prohibits operation of the sample conveyor when at least one of the plurality of disassemblable components is missing from the ready configuration.

Abstract: A system for verifying a user identity. The system comprises one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions. The processors are configured to receive information associated with an account of a user. The processors are further configured to generate a first profile, where the first profile being related to the user. The processors also receives an indication that the account is accessed by an accessor through an accessor device; and receive, from the accessor device, identity data comprising a plurality of data subsets associated with the accessor. The processors are configured to store the data subsets in respective clusters. The processors are further configured generate cluster analyses by analyzing the data subsets in respective clusters; and output the cluster analyses to node instances that weighs the cluster analyses outputs.

Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to managing data of a customer in a distributed computing environment and more particularly to a system and a method for implementing retail customer analytics data model in a distributed computing environment. Customer data, transaction data, and interaction data of a customer in a form of facts and dimensions is received from a plurality of sources. A relationship in the customer data is identified by checking the facts and the dimensions in the plurality of sources. Based on the relationship, a unified customer profile is created. Further, a customer identity is generated by performing an identity matching on the unified customer profile. The transaction data received from the plurality of sources is merged to create a unified transaction model. Subsequently, the customer identity is linked with the unified transaction model and the interaction data to generate a plurality of customer analytics records.

Abstract: A tool is provided for removal and installation of a fire tube that extends into an opening in a wall of a heating vessel. The fire tube locates within an interior of the heating vessel when mounted thereto. The fire tube has a tube wall that defines a tube interior and has a mounting end for mounting the fire tube to the wall of the heating vessel. The tool has an elongated main shaft member having an insertion end and an opposite control end. A first support is mounted upon the insertion end that is configured for being closely received within the tube interior. A second support is mounted along the length of the main shaft member, the second support having a fire tube interface configured for engaging and releasably coupling to the mounting end of the fire tube. A lift coupling couples to the main shaft and locates between the second support and the control end of the main shaft member for coupling to a lift line.

Abstract: A self-regulating electric heater cable includes a monolithic heater core of PTC material encapsulating a pair of bus wires, and a conductive layer disposed on an outer surface of the heater core such that the conductive layer levels the voltage generated at the outer surface of the heater core when an electric current is passed through the bus wires. The conductive layer draws the current evenly through lobes of PTC material encapsulating the bus wires. The conductive layer may be a coating, such as a conductive ink or paint, or may be an extruded or wrapped material applied to the heater core. Standard heater cable layers are applied over the conductive layer, including an electrically insulating layer that contacts a portion of the conductive layer and also may be separated, at points, from the conductive layer by one or more air gaps.

Abstract: A melt-blown fabric for pouching smokeless tobacco or a smokeless tobacco substitute can include melt-blown polymer fibers. The fabric can have a basis weight of less than 10 gsm and a tensile strength of at least 4 mJ in at least one predetermined direction. Method of making the fabric can include melt-blowing a polymeric material against a support surface and bonding the fibers or arranging them in a predetermined orientation. Pouched smokeless tobacco or tobacco substitute products including the fabrics provided herein can provide desirable flavor and tactile experience.

Abstract: Techniques for alerting for instruments that transfer physical samples are disclosed. An alarm module, placed within a communication pathway of a first chemical processor and a second chemical processor, includes a timer configured to count time elapsed since receiving, from the first chemical processor, a transfer-ready signal indicating that 1) the first chemical processor received a receive-ready signal from the second chemical processor; ii) the first chemical processor has completed processing a chemical analyte; and iii) the first chemical processor is ready to physically transfer the chemical analyte to the second chemical processor. Upon receiving the transfer-ready signal from the first chemical processor, the timer is restarted. An alarm triggers when the elapsed time counted by the timer exceeds a specified threshold. The alarm is audible or visual. Upon the triggering of an alarm, an alert notification (e.g., an email, a text message, etc.) is transmitted.

Abstract: Implementations provide a calendar application for dynamic scheduling and adjustment of events, such as sequential training events. The calendar application is used to specify events that are to occur within a schedule of events, an order in which the events are to occur, and a duration for each event. The calendar application is also used to specify available time periods in which the events may be scheduled. Based on the specified events and available time periods, the events are scheduled into available time periods to generate a calendar, a schedule of the events that preserves the specified order of events. On detecting a change in the inputs, such as a change in the specified events and/or available time periods, the calendar may be automatically updated (in real time with respect to the change) to accommodate the change, while preserving the order and duration of events.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media automate determination of a risk category for low body mass index associated with issuance of an insurance policy. Embodiments include identifying an applicant having a body mass index within a predetermined range that qualifies for a first insurance rate category for low body mass index consideration or that requires medical director review for risk classification. Embodiments further include evaluating values for one or more characteristics of the applicant and determining whether the evaluated values qualify the applicant for a second insurance rate category for low body mass index consideration, where the second insurance rate category is more favorable than the first insurance rate category. The applicant's insurance rate category can be updated upon determining that the applicant qualifies for the more favorable second insurance category.

Abstract: Enhanced electronic security systems and methods are provided. A whitelist, blacklist, or both of resource access sources that are allowed to use a particular resource access account are obtained. Upon detecting an access attempt to a particular resource on a computer network, a source of the access attempt and a resource access account used in the access attempt is identified. The whitelist, blacklist, or both are referenced to determine if the source of the access attempt is allowed to use the resource access account used in the access attempt. When the source of the access attempt is not allowed to use the resource access account used in the access attempt, one or more mitigation tasks may be performed.

Each of the client computers is configured to provide requests to the at least one server. The or each server comprises a store for storing requests provided by the plurality of client computers. The or each server is configured to match complementary requests from the plurality of client computers stored in the store. Following the matching of complementary requests, the or each server counts unmatched requests corresponding to one or other of the complementary requests in the store, and outputs the counted number of unmatched requests to provide the indication of activity in the computer system.

Abstract: Methods and systems for integral storage and blending of the materials used in oilfield operations are disclosed. A modular integrated material blending and storage system includes a first module comprising a storage unit, a second module comprising a liquid additive storage unit and a pump for maintaining pressure at an outlet of the liquid additive storage unit. The system further includes a third module comprising a pre-gel blender. An output of each of the first module, the second module and the third module is located above a blender and gravity directs the contents of the first module, the second module and the third module to the blender. The system also includes a pump that directs the output of the blender to a desired down hole location. The pump may be powered by natural gas or electricity.
