Abstract: A mobile device having: a position determination device configured to determine a location of the mobile device; a transceiver configured to communicate with a transaction terminal via near field communication; a communication device configured to communicate with at least one server over internet; a memory storing a plurality of data items and a set of instructions of a mobile application; and at least one microprocessor coupled with the memory to execution the instructions of the mobile application. The mobile application is configured to: communicate the location of the mobile device, using the communication device, to the at least one server over internet; determine, via communications with the at least one server based on the location of the mobile device, an order of data items; and communicate, using the transceiver via near field communication, with the transaction terminal in accordance with the order of the data items.

Abstract: A drill bit may include a bit body, a plurality of blades on the bit body, and a plurality of cutting elements on the plurality of blades. The drill bit may also include an adjustable depth of cut controller (DOCC) located on a blade to provide depth of cut control for at least one of the plurality of cutting elements. Further, the drill bit may include a positioning unit coupled to the adjustable DOCC and configured to adjust the position of the DOCC relative to the cutting element based on a control signal from a control unit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a blueprint for an enterprise is provided. The system obtains information pertaining to an enterprise from data sources, extracts entities from the information, and identifies relationships across the entities, performs conflict resolution check on the information received from the data sources based on pre-defined rules, identifies one or more missing links in the information. The system further computes a completeness score for the information based on at least one of the conflict resolution check and the missing links, and generates a blueprint of the information and the one or more entities for the enterprise. Authentic data sources are identified from the data sources based on at least one of assigned weight, and one or more instances of, and contribution by, the data sources in the information. The completeness score is computed based on the instances and contribution of the sources in the information.

Abstract: Logic may adjust communications between customers. Logic may cluster customers into a first group associated with a first subset of synonyms and a second group associated with a second subset of the synonyms. Logic may associate a first tag with the first group and with each of the synonyms of the first subset. Logic may associate a second tag with the second group and with each of the synonyms of the second subset. Logic may associate one or more models with pairs of the groups. A first pair may comprise the first group and the second group. The first model associated with the first pair may adjust words in communications between the first group and the second group, based on the synonyms associated with the first pair, by replacement of words in a communication between customers of the first subset and customers of the second sub set.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for providing searchable customer call indexes. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a system may receive call information associated with telephone conversations between callers and a vendor, the call information including an audio recording or transcript for each telephone conversation. The system may also identify one or more keywords from the audio recordings or transcripts and index the call information into one or more indexes based on the identified keywords. Finally, the system may determine search results responsive to a search query based on the indexing. In some embodiments, changes to customer service may be identified based on the search results.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a system and method for generating an ideal job candidate description. A computing system identifies a group of users. The group of users includes at least a first user. The computing system transmits a series of profiles for display on a respective client device of each user to prompt the user to either like or dislike each profile. For each profile that is liked and disliked, the computing system identifies one or more traits of the candidate represented by the profile. The computing system generates a preferred candidate profile for each user based on the identified one or more traits. The computing system aggregates the one or more traits liked by all users and the one or more traits disliked by all users. The computing system generates an ideal candidate description based on the aggregated one or more traits.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium for securing a mobile financial transaction are provided. A table matches each one of a plurality of transaction risk levels to a corresponding one of a plurality of required user trust scores, correspondingly. A financial transaction risk level associated with a financial transaction is computed. A user trust score associated with the user is computed based on user identification data associated with the user. The financial transaction risk level is matched to a corresponding one of the plurality of transaction risk levels stored in the table. The one of the plurality of required trust scores that corresponds to the corresponding one of the plurality of transaction risk levels stored in the table is identified. If the user trust score is greater than or equal to the identified one of the plurality of required trust scores, then the financial transaction is authorized.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling data encryption control are described. A requesting entity may request to decrypt an encrypted message. The authorization for the requesting entity to decrypt the encrypted message may be performed by a plurality of controlling authorities. The decryption key for decrypting the encrypted message may be split and encrypted specifically for the plurality of controlling authorities, so that no single controlling authority has enough information to decrypt the encrypted message. A designated number of the controlling authorities may be requested to decrypt an encrypted key part in order for the requesting entity to be authorized to reconstruct the decryption key.

In some implementations, the system includes a cloaking authority device for identifying a misbehaving computerized device, wherein the cloaking authority device includes a processor that can receive a request for a cloak index, wherein the request for the cloak index comprises a linkage value retrieved from a pseudonym certificate. In some examples, the processor can also request, from a pseudonym certificate authority device, first information that is used to produce the cloak index, wherein the first information is associated with the linkage value. Additionally, the processor can process, by the cloaking authority device, the linkage value to produce the cloak index based in part on the first information, wherein the cloak index identifies a misbehaving computerized device. Furthermore, the processor can transmit, by the cloaking authority device, the cloak index to a misbehavior authority device.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments generally relate to transaction card constructions, and particularly, to a two-piece transaction card construction. Disclosed embodiments include a generally planar first card component including a first surface and a generally planar second card component including a second surface wherein the first card component is separate from the second card component.
