Patent number: 9838279Abstract: The disclosed methods and systems include collecting routing data from a plurality of network routers, and correlating the routing data across routers and across time to obtain network data. The network data can be streamed to a user in real-time and the user can interactively query the data. In one embodiment, interactive routing analyzes, drill-down, and forensics can be performed using a repository of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) update traffic. Alarms can be set to detect selected routing problems. In setting the alarms, the message data for each router can be processed in timestamp order. Current message data from each router can be compared with previous message data to determine a condition status. An alarm can be provided when the condition status meets a temporal correlation criterion and/or a spatial correlation criterion.Type: GrantFiled: March 10, 2017Date of Patent: December 5, 2017Assignee: Dynamic Network Services, Inc.Inventors: Andrew T. Patent number: 9834395Abstract: A device for reducing rotation of an article during singulation of a stack of articles is disclosed. The device may include a torsion element, a rotatable member configured to rotate about an elongated axis of the torsion element between a first position and a second position, and a revolving member coupled to the rotatable member. An outer surface of the revolving member contacts a drive belt in the first position and an article in the second position. The torsion element exerts torque on the rotatable member when it moves from the first position towards the second position. The torque causes the outer surface of the revolving member to apply a frictional force to the article, thereby minimizing rotation of the article. Systems and methods of singulating articles are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2015Date of Patent: December 5, 2017Assignee: United States Postal ServiceInventors: John W. Brown, Edward F. Publication number: 20170346735Abstract: A method and a system is disclosed herein for co-operative on-path and off-path caching policy for information centric networks (ICN). In an embodiment, a computer implemented method and system is provided for cooperative on-path and off-path caching policy for information centric networks in which the edge routers or on-path routers optimally store the requested ICN contents and are supported by a strategically placed central off-path cache router for additional level of caching. A heuristic mechanism has also been provided to offload and to optimally store the contents from the on-path routers to off-path central cache router. The present scheme optimally stores the requested ICN contents either in the on-path edge routers or in strategically located off-path central cache router. The present scheme also ensures optimal formulation resulting in reduced cache duplication, delay and network usage.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 2, 2017Publication date: November 30, 2017Applicant: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventors: Hemant Kumar RATH, Bighnaraj PANIGRAHI, Anantha SIMHA

Publication number: 20170346882Abstract: A distributed media outlet can include both a traffic and billing system, and a media delivery system that employ separate broadcast logs, or playlists. An enterprise hub can transmit broadcast instructions to the media outlet via an integrated services layer (ISL), which acts as a multidirectional gateway between the enterprise hub and the media outlet. The ISL can synchronize the separate playlists used by the traffic and billing system and the media delivery system by simultaneously injecting the broadcast instructions into both systems included in the media outlet. The media delivery system and traffic and billing system can continually re-synchronize their playlists by, at least in part, relaying information to one another via the integrated services layer.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 4, 2017Publication date: November 30, 2017Applicant: iHeartMedia Management Services, Inc.Inventors: Kohinoor Basu, Matthew M. Publication number: 20170344465Abstract: This disclosure relates to systems and methods for generating covering arrays. By processing parameters and corresponding values pertaining to an application under test (AUT), the system generates a first set of arrays, wherein elements in the first set are unique from each other. A second set of arrays is generated by identifying two or more arrays from the first set. Each array in the second set may include pairwise interacting elements that are unique to each other. A third set of arrays is formed by interchanging pairwise interacting elements across the second set of arrays. Unique pairwise interacting elements are interchanged across set of arrays to eliminate from duplicating pairwise interacting elements. Combining two or more arrays from the third set of arrays results in an optimized covering array, which is then used for generating optimized test designs for at least one AUT.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 6, 2017Publication date: November 30, 2017Applicant: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventor: Sukumar SUNDARAM

Publication number: 20170345293Abstract: The amount of traffic information included in traffic message frames broadcast to users, for example via a Transport Protocol Experts Group (TPEG) frame, can be reduced by using configurable bounding areas for different road classes (types). A broadcast area associated with a primary bounding area can be divided into sub-bounding areas. Rather than broadcasting information for all roads of all classes in the broadcast area, each road class is associated with a particular bounding area. Traffic information pertaining to roads located within a bounding area that have road classifications matching bounding area road classifications is included in a TPEG frame. For example, if a class 4 road is located within a sub-bounding area associated only with road classifications 0-3, information about that particular road can be excluded from the broadcast traffic information, even if it is located within the primary bounding area.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 24, 2016Publication date: November 30, 2017Applicant: iHeartMedia Management Services, Inc.Inventors: Jeffrey Lee Littlejohn, Charles Kirkendall, Amit Deshpande
