Abstract: Method includes obtaining historical document images including text that correspond to different document classes; and generating a dictionary using text of the historical document images. The dictionary includes base words occurring with a greatest frequency in each document class. The base words are extracted from the text of the historical document images and arranged in datasets by a document class, where each dataset includes the base words of a same document class that occur with the greatest frequency within that document class. Trie structure is generated using the base words of the datasets that occur with a greatest frequency in each dataset. The trie structure includes internal nodes including root node and leaf nodes in which keys corresponding to the base words occurring with the greatest frequency in each dataset are respectively stored in predefined order. The trie structure is searchable in the predefined order starting with the root node.

Abstract: Cloud and Fog computing are complementary technologies used for complex Internet of Things (IoT) based deployment of applications. With an increase in the number of internet-connected devices, the volume of data generated and processed at higher speeds has increased substantially. Serving a large amount of data and workloads for predictive decisions in real-time using fog computing without Service-Level Objective (SLO) violation is a challenge. Present disclosure provides systems and method for inference management wherein a suitable execution workflow is automatically generated to execute machine learning (ML)/deep learning (DL) inference requests using fog with various type of instances (e.g., Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) instance, Machine Learning-as-a-service (MLaaS) instance, and the like) provided by cloud vendors/platforms. Generated workflow minimizes the cost of deployment as well as SLO violations.

Abstract: Conventionally, most equipment manipulating object have been huge with rotatable pivot platforms, multiple roller conveyors, telescopic boom conveyors, hydraulic cranes, etc. These systems may have higher lifecycle cost due to their size and bill of materials (BoM) count and have limited themselves to handling either loading or unloading and lack to perform both the operations. Present disclosure provides apparatus for organized loading and unloading of objects. The apparatus addresses the issue of single equipment for both loading, unloading, and further automatically organizes the objects in bulk thus ensuring safety, without damages. The objects are placed optimally while being unloaded onto pallets or other carriers. While loading into a container, the objects are loaded to a greater fill volume.

Abstract: A driveline assembly for use with a well-servicing pump system is disclosed. The driveline assembly comprises a stub shaft attachable to one of a pump or a motor, a flange shaft attachable to the other of the pump or the motor, and a coupling assembly comprising a drive-transfer cylinder and a spring-loaded locking sleeve. In a drivingly-engaged position, rotary drive motion of the motor is transferred to the pump. In an unlocked position, the locking sleeve allows the drive-transfer cylinder to move axially from the drivingly-engaged position where the drive-transfer cylinder connects and transfers rotary drive between the flange shaft and the stub shaft to the drivingly-disengaged position where the drive-transfer sleeve disconnects and allows relative rotation between the flange shaft and the stub shaft. In a locked position, the locking sleeve locks the drive-transfer cylinder in one of either the drivingly-engaged position or the drivingly-disengaged position.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for estimating smoking episodes from smoke puffs using a wearable device. Since the expense of treating diseases is rising, a digital smoking cessation improves healthcare systems such as cardiovascular issues. To achieve an optimum model given the platform limitations a very compact model is built specifically for the target microcontroller platform. The method of the present disclosure generates an optimum model for deployment on the wearable device using a pretrained deep neural network (DNN). A set of sensor signals are inputted to a convolutional neural network (CNN) smoke detection model to detect smoke puffs. Gesture classifier determines whether the user of the wearable device is engaged/engaging in a smoking session. Further, the method provides users of the wearable device with a cloud estimated smoking behavior analysis based on a set of smoking episodes to generate a set of user risk scores.

Abstract: Methods and systems for deploying intrusion detection system (IDS) policies to IDS programs are disclosed. Each IDS instance can monitor a data feed (e.g., comprising computer network traffic) in accordance with a set of “signatures” or “rules” associated with its policy, and can issue alerts if any elements of that network traffic match those signatures or rules. An intrusion signature management module can receive IDS signatures from one or more signature sources and store those signatures in a filesystem. The intrusion signature management module can produce rule files based on these IDS signatures, e.g., containing subsets of the received IDS signatures. These rule files can be provided to a version control server, and can later be accessed by an orchestration module. The orchestration module can deploy these rule files to their respective IDS programs, enabling those IDS programs to monitor their respective data feeds in accordance with the rule files.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to enhancing data labeling for machine learning model training using context data. The context data is provided to data labelers to improve accuracy of labels assigned by the data labelers, such as those assigned for ambiguous or unclear target objects. In an example, a system determines and provides context sets for target objects at user devices. The system generates a first training dataset and a second training dataset with labels obtained in connection with a first subset and a second subset of the context sets, respectively. The system trains a first and second instance of a machine learning model on the first training dataset and the second training dataset, respectively, and determines a respective accuracy score for the model instances. If the first instance is more accurate than the second instance, the system generates subsequent context sets based on characteristics of the first subset of context sets.

Abstract: Generating reports from database is conventionally performed manually which requires skilled persons, time consuming and prone to errors. Thus, embodiments of present disclosure provide a no-code platform for generating reports as a transaction. User selects a slice object, its information attributes, report attributes, and optionally filters, grouping, splitting, and sorting conditions which are displayed by the no-code platform. Further, a database query is generated based on the user selection by the no code platform. The database query is then executed to retrieve data from a database. Finally, a report is generated based on the retrieved data and the report attributes. Thus, users can obtain reports as a transaction by just specifying their requirements. They need not know the complex structure of the database. Also, the method can be used to generate any type of report from any type of database irrespective of the internal data organization of the database.
