Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and device embodiments for time-based trust token (TBTT) depreciation. In an example embodiment, a service provider system (e.g., a service provider and API service) may receive a connection request including a demographic attribute associated with a first client account from a partner device, match the demographic attribute to client information associated with the first client account, send the partner device a connection request identifier and a URL including a depreciating token, and authenticate a second client account via a login page associated with the URL.

Abstract: Systems and methods related to a variable non-fungible token that dynamically update metadata during blockchain functions. A variable non-fungible token comprises a non-fungible token that is minted with an indication of a non-transferable ownership wallet (e.g., a digital wallet for which the non-fungible token is minted for), a non-transferable smart contract address that has permissions for updating metadata for the variable non-fungible token, and a metadata property threshold based on a specific user corresponding to the digital wallet.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying a communication device communicatively coupled to a serving base station, requesting a device type associated with the communication device from the serving base station, and determining the communication device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle based on the device type. Further embodiments can include obtaining a geolocation of the communication device based on the communication device comprising the unmanned aerial vehicle, generating a customized radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message, which includes a reportCGI object that involves setting a discontinuous sleep state timer, which stops the data transmission and reception of the communication device with the serving base station. During this discontinuous sleep state timer, the communication device disconnects to its serving base station to read and decode the ECGI of base station associated with neighboring cells. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: A disclosed method includes a data distribution computer receiving a data packet comprising a plurality of data values in response to an interaction between a resource provider and a user. The data distribution computer can then determine a data item for each data value of the plurality of data values and associate each data value to a processing computer using the data item for each data value. It can generate a plurality of authorization request messages comprising at least one data value. It can then transmit the plurality of authorization request messages to a plurality of processing computers adapted to process the data values in the respective authorization request messages, where the plurality of processing computers process the data values in the respective authorization request messages. The plurality of authorization request messages are subsequently forwarded to the authorization computer. The authorization computer then analyzes each authorization request message.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to methods and systems for automated image segmentation of an anatomical structure such as heart. Most of the techniques in literature are using 2-D or slice by-slice data due to lightweight and need of less data for training. These networks lack 3-D contextual information. Further, the conventional techniques are inaccurate and inefficient in the 3-D image segmentation till the last slice of the image. The present disclosure solves automated 3-D image segmentation of the anatomical structure such as heart, by proposing a new Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) based architecture for the 3-D segmentation, with a patch-based extraction technique and a class-weighted generalized dice loss. The proposed 3-D GAN based architecture is capable of storing the 3-D contextual information for the image segmentation of the anatomical structure, with high accuracy.

Abstract: A distributed acoustic system (DAS) may include an interrogator that includes two or more lasers, a pulser module disposed after and connected to each of the two or more lasers, a wavelength division multiplexer (WDM), wherein each of the pulser modules are connected to the WDM as inputs, and a downhole fiber attached to the WDM as an output and wherein the downhole fiber includes at least one sensing fiber. A method for increasing a sampling frequency may include identifying a length of a downhole fiber connected to an interrogator, generating and launching a light pulse from each of the two or more lasers the pulser module, and delaying an output from the pulser module into the downhole fiber by k N seconds, where k is a pulse repetition interval of the pulser module and N is equal to the two or more lasers.

The modified search query is evaluated against an information store to retrieve search results relevant to the modified search query, and the search results output to the participant.

Abstract: A vaporizing assembly for an aerosol-generating system may comprise a delivery device and a heater assembly. The heater assembly may comprise a heat resistive substrate and a heating element. The delivery device is configured to deliver an aerosol-forming substrate to at least a surface of the heat resistive substrate, wherein the heating element is isolated or separated from the aerosol-forming substrate by the heat resistive substrate. The present disclosure is also directed to a method for generating an aerosol.

Abstract: Methods and systems for performing on demand access transactions are disclosed. In one example, the method includes receiving, by a directory service computer from an authorizing computer, a file including a primary access identifiers and virtual access identifiers, the virtual access identifiers not being capable of being used at resource providers to conduct transactions. The method also includes receiving a request to provide an access token that is associated with an account, the request comprising information that identifies the account. The method further includes retrieving a virtual access identifier based on the identifying information; and requesting, by the directory service computer to a token service computer, that the access token be provisioned on the user device or an application computer associated with an application on the user device.

Abstract: A testing apparatus is for a tank with a jacket having an internal wall shared with the tank and an external wall. The testing apparatus has an automated controller to perform tests even during use of the tanks in a production environment. There is supply system for delivering liquid at pressure above atmospheric to the jacket. The controller detects when the tank is filled to a level above the tank jacket height to create a higher pressure in the tank than is in the jacket. The controller monitors a parameter of the jacket to detect if there is a leak from the tank into the jacket. The parameter may be jacket pressure, arising after sealing the jacket, of flow via a venting valve as detected by a flow meter. A second test can be carried out irrespective of the level in the tank, be pressurising the jacket and monitoring it for a drop in pressure.

Abstract: State of the art techniques used for document processing and particularly for handling processing of images for data extraction have the disadvantage that they have large computational load and memory footprint. The disclosure herein generally relates to text processing, and, more particularly, to a method and system for generating a data model for text extraction from documents. The system prunes a pretrained base model using a Lottery Ticket Hypothesis (LTH) algorithm, to generate a LTH pruned data model. The system further trims the LTH pruned data model to obtain a structured pruned data model, which involves discarding filters that have filter sparsity exceeding a threshold of filter sparsity. The structured pruned data model is then trained from a teacher model in a Knowledge Distillation algorithm, wherein a resultant data model obtained after training the structured pruned data model forms the data model for text detection.

Abstract: A method and system for determining a bed permeability. As disclosed, a fluid sampling tool may be disposed into a wellbore at a first location. The method may further include taking a drawdown and build up measurement with the fluid sampling tool, measuring a relative dip angle from the fluid sampling tool, calculating a bed anisotropy from the drawdown and build up measurement and the relative dip angle, calculating a bed mobility from the bed anisotropy, and calculating a bed permeability from the bed mobility and a viscosity.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for bypassing secondary tiers of authentication for particular security categories. An authentication system, when authenticating a user, may receive an authentication request with authentication data enabling authentication through a multi-tier authentication mechanism. When the request has been authenticated through a multi-tier authentication mechanism, the authentication system may identify a category associated with the request and generate a temporal unlock flag for that category of future requests, such that the temporal unlock flag indicates that multi-tier authentication is not required for a predetermined amount of time for requests of that category. The temporal unlock flag may be inserted into the user's record. When future requests of that same category are received, only a single-tier authentication mechanism may be required for authentication.

Abstract: A system that automates the clearing and settlement of electronic coupons (E-Coupons) by leveraging existing technologies and enabling E-Coupon redemption at any merchant having electronic funds transfer (EFT) capabilities, such as credit/debit card acceptance. The system reduces opportunities for fraud, reduces or eliminates the need for manual clearinghouse counting and sorting of coupons, and provides an electronic audit trail for coupon redemption, tying a specific purchase to a specific coupon. After registering and selecting coupons, consumers then use an E-Coupon card or account access device at a merchant's point-of-sale (POS) terminal. E-Coupon values are deducted from the consumer's final amount due. Both consumer package goods manufacturers (CPGs) and merchants may be charged a fee. Expired coupons are automatically removed from the account and their value refunded to the CPGs. Reports on redeemed coupons and consumer profiles can be generated and provided to CPGs or merchants.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein provide fraud mitigation via dynamic transaction card wireless communication. A mobile device may cause a dynamic transaction card to periodically scan its environment to detect wireless enabled devices proximately located near the dynamic transaction card. Based on identifying the wireless enabled devices frequently located near the dynamic transaction card, a set of approved devices may be determined. During a transaction, a dynamic transaction card may scan its environment for other wireless enabled devices proximately located near the dynamic transaction card. If wireless enabled devices detected by the dynamic transaction card are all, or a subset, of the devices that are frequently located near the card, then the transaction may be authorized. However, if the wireless enabled devices detected by the dynamic transaction card are not all, or a subset, of the devices that are frequently located near the card, then the transaction may be unauthorized.
