  • Patent number: 11818294
Abstract: In some implementations, a cloud computing system that executes a function may receive an indication of an electronic communication to occur between a customer and an agent. The cloud computing system that executes the function may determine a classification of the electronic communication based on a first set of rules stored in a database of the cloud computing system and attributes associated with the electronic communication. The cloud computing system that executes the function may select, based on the classification of the electronic communication, a target queue from a plurality of potential queues to be associated with the electronic communication based on a second set of rules stored in the database. The cloud computing system that executes the function may select the agent from a plurality of potential agents for the electronic communication based on an association between the agent and the target queue.

  • Patent number: 11816097
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining accurate addresses for assets are described herein. According to some aspects, a plurality of addresses associated with an asset are compiled from sources such as database systems. For the plurality of address records, scores that correspond to attributes of the address records can be determined. Attributes associated with the address records may include a recency, a source, a date, license plate data, or address type, to name several non-limiting examples. Additionally, a zone of interest for the asset can be determined based on the plurality of address records. The plurality of address records is prioritized based on their distance from the zone of interest and the scores associated with them and, based on the priority, a subset of the plurality of address records is sent to, for example, a service provider.

  • Patent number: 11816728
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an identity network that can provide a universal, digital identity for users that can be used to authenticate the user by an identity provider for relying parties. The identity network receives a request from a relying party that includes deep linking to an identity provider selected by the user. The request specifies the user as well as any other information about the user the relying party is requesting. A service of the identity network launches the application for the identity provider on the user's device using a software development kit. The user can log into the identity provider's application, which validates the user and provides the user authentication/validation and information about the user to the identity network. The identity network can then provide the indication of the user's authentication and the user information to the relying party.

  • Patent number: 11816087
Abstract: Traditional blockchain monitoring systems have the disadvantage that they are capable of monitoring only a single blockchain ecosystem, as data from different blockchain networks running on different blockchain ecosystems may be heterogeneous in nature and poses associated data processing and interpretation challenges. The disclosure herein generally relates to blockchain monitoring, and, more particularly, to a method and system for monitoring blockchain networks belonging to different blockchain ecosystems. The system transforms the heterogeneous data to a homogeneous format, and then processes the data to identify one or more events. The system then identifies an action to be triggered in response to a determined event, which is then triggered by the system.

  • Patent number: 11818125
Abstract: Mutual authentication techniques are described in this patent document. For example, when a first person calls a second person, neither of them know that the other person is who he or she says he or she is. Thus, after a second person receives the call, the second person is asked to authenticate himself or herself using a user device. After the second person logs into his or her account, the second person can input on the user device a one-time passcode to authenticate the first person. The user device sends the passcode to an authentication server that allows the first person to send back the inputted one-time passcode to the second person. Upon receiving the inputted one-time passcode, the second person can use his or her user device to indicate that the one-time passcode is correct so that the second person can be authenticated to access the first person's account.

  • Publication number: 20230362112
Abstract: In certain embodiments, document-based resolution of user inquiries may be facilitated. A predicted intent of the user is determined based on chat activity information associated with the user. A response to a user inquiry may be provided to the user via a chat interface based on the predicted intent. User response may be obtained for the response, which may indicate a failure in providing a resolution to the user (e.g., regarding a user inquiry). Upon detecting a failure in providing the resolution, a document associated with the user and matching the predicted intent may be obtained and presented to via the chat interface. The document may have content related to the predicted intent. The document may be presented as a response to the user response to seek a confirmation from the user regarding its relevance to the user inquiry.
