  • Patent number: 11706164
Abstract: A computing device may represent dialog for output by a chatbot as a response graph. The graph may consist of nodes and edges, both of which may have attributes. The graph may be linked with another graph. There may be one or more traversal paths through the graph. The computing device may represent each traversal path as a row in a database table. Each column in the table row may correspond to: one or more nodes in the traversal path, a condition value, weight, and/or other filtering condition. A computing device may display a graphical user interface that allows a user to add, edit, and/or delete nodes and/or edges of the graph. The user interface may also allow the user to compare two or more graphs. The user interface may generate visualizations of traversal paths of a response graph.

  • Patent number: 11704453
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for selecting a drill bit design that reduces or eliminates bit induced stick-slip. In some embodiments, each of a set of test drill bits is correlated with stick-slip events, wherein each of the test drill bits has a different design pattern comprising a combination of structural attributes. The design pattern stick-slip correlation includes, for each of the test drill bits, detecting variations in motion of the test drill bit during drilling operation. Stick-slip for each of the test drill bits is detected based on the detected variations in motion of the test drill bits during operation. The correlation further includes in response to detecting stick-slip, recording a stick-slip event in association with the corresponding test drill bit.

  • Patent number: 11704324
Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are provided for making sequential recommendations using transition regularized non-negative matrix factorization. A non-application specific collaborative filtering based personalized recommender system can recommend a next logical item from a series of related items to a user. The recommender system can recommend a next desirable or series of next desirable new items to the user based on the historical sequence of all user-item preferences and a user's most recent interaction with an item. An asymmetric item-to-item transition matrix can capture aggregate sequential user-item interactions to design a loss function for matrix factorization that incorporates the transition information during decomposition into low-rank factor matrices.

  • Publication number: 20230224486
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for live video streaming with integrated encoding and transmission semantics. The system receives a set of frames associated with a live video stream encoded to generate a set of data fragments using a reference encoder and a delta encoder. Transmitter unit of the live video streaming protocol transmits each packet of the set of full frames and the set of delta frames in sequence with a payload specific header based on a packet mode. Further, the receiver unit receives each packet of the full frames and each packet of the delta frames based on the packet mode to reconstruct an original sequence from the foreground pixels by estimating a total number of packets expected at each frame interval and loss incurred in each packet of the set of full frames and the set of delta frames.

  • Publication number: 20230222288
Abstract: Systems for partitioning text are disclosed. The system can receive a text string. A delimiter can be identified based on the text string. Based on identifying the delimiter, a character sequence to the left and/or right of the delimiter can be identified. The identification can occur up to a predetermined number/length of characters. Using a trained model, the system can determine whether the character sequence indicates the delimiter is part of a continuous string of text. Based on determining whether or not the delimiter is part of the continuous string of text, the system can generate a token representing the continuous string of text or the delimiter.

Abstract: Orders received by an electronic trading system are processed in batches based on the instrument to which an order relates. An incoming order is assigned to a queue of a queue set that makes up the batch according to a random process. Where orders are received from related trading parties, they are assigned to the same queue set according to their time of receipt. The batch has a random duration within defined minimum and maximum durations and at the end of the batch, the orders held in the queues are transferred to a matching thread of the trading system sequentially with one order being removed from each queue and a number of passes of the queues completed until orders have been removed.
