  • Publication number: 20230229911
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to time series forecasting, and, more particularly, to a system and method for online time series forecasting using spiking reservoir. Existing systems do not cater for efficient online time-series analysis and forecasting due to their memory and computation power requirements. System and method of the present disclosure convert a time series value F(t) at time ‘t’ to an encoded multivariate spike train and extracts temporal features from the encoded multivariate spike train by the excitatory neurons of a reservoir, predict a time series value Y(t + k) at time ‘t’ by performing a linear combination of extracted temporal features with read-out weights, compute an error for predicted time series value Y(t + k) with input time series value F(t + k), employs a FORCE learning on read-out weights using the error to reduce error in future forecasting. Feeding a feedback value back to the reservoir to optimize memory of the reservoir.

Abstract: A system includes a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium coupled to the processor. The non-transitory computer readable medium comprises code that when executed by the processor, causes the processor to receive a money transfer amount indicative of an amount of funds to be transferred to a recipient. The processor generates a key code associated with the money transfer amount that is provided to a user of the system and given to the recipient by the user. The key code is programmed by the processor to enable the recipient to use the key code to redeem the amount of funds associated with the money transfer amount.

  • Publication number: 20230229936
Abstract: This disclosure relates to extraction of tasks from documents based on a weakly supervised classification technique, wherein extraction of tasks is identification of mentions of tasks in a document. There are several prior arts addressing the problem of extraction of events, however due to crucial distinctions between events-tasks, task extraction stands as a separate problem. The disclosure explicitly defines specific characteristics of tasks, creates labelled data at a word-level based on a plurality of linguistic rules to train a word-level weakly supervised model for task extraction. The labelled data is created based on the plurality of linguistic rules for a non-negation aspect, a volitionality aspect, an expertise aspect and a plurality of generic aspects. Further the disclosure also includes a phrase expansion technique to capture the complete meaning expressed by the task instead of merely mentioning the task that may not capture the entire meaning of the sentence.

  • Patent number: 11704496
Abstract: A device monitors a communication between a user associated with a user device and a service representative associated with a service representative device, and causes a natural language processing model to perform a natural language processing analysis of a user input of the communication to identify a topic associated with the communication. The device determines a first score associated with the topic, and determines a second score associated with enabling the communication, where the first score and second score indicate a service performance score of an entity. The device causes a sentiment analysis model to perform a sentiment analysis of the communication to determine a sentiment score indicating a level of satisfaction the user has relative to the topic. The device updates a transaction protocol associated with the topic based on the service performance score, and/or updates a communication processing protocol associated with the communication based on the sentiment score.

  • Patent number: 11704373
Abstract: The methods and systems described herein improve upon existing deep linking concepts, by creating links directed to a feature registry which may then serve the user's need of selecting and accessing a given feature. The feature registry may provide customized features that may populate a feature template in a user interface (e.g., of a feature registry application) on a local device. This population may occur in both a real-time (e.g., based on a continuously updated machine learning model) and modular fashion. For example, the system and methods may generate customized content on a website or mobile application through a hyperlink by filtering available features on a feature registry based on the identity of the user, the information from the user profile, and the description of the hyperlink content.
