  • Patent number: 10972263
Abstract: A computer node comprising multiple software modules may receive a cryptographic key from a hardware security module. The computer node may use the cryptographic key to produce two key portions, which are distributed to two software modules. These software modules and an optional additional software module may use the key portions in order to encrypt an initial message. The key portions and their locations in memory are periodically updated in order to provide improved cryptographic security.

  • Patent number: 10972774
Abstract: A first media server delivers content for broadcast via a first media channel, and a second media server delivers media content for broadcast via a second media channel. The first media server operates in a synchronized mode, under control of the second media server during some periods of time, and during other periods of time operates in an independent mode. When operating in the synchronized mode, content delivered by the first and second media servers can be synchronized, so that the timing of spot blocks played on the two servers generally coincides. When the first server operates in the independent mode, the timing of spot blocks and other content broadcast on the first media channel are not synchronized under control of the second media server.

  • Patent number: 10970496
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods provide for detecting the proximate placement of an external NFC reader to a specific location on a display surface. The display surface can be intended for viewing indicia and enabling interaction with an NFC communication device embedded within the display. A circuit can control an NFC security system that can scan for unauthorized tags affixed to the surface of a display. The NFC security system may be activated by an NFC enabled mobile phone placed proximate to the indicated region for receiving an NFC coded message from the display. An NFC security scan can be performed prior to the mobile phone reading the message from the intended NFC tag in the display. Enabling interactive display modes can allow for making selections indicated on the display or detecting motion gestures across the face of the display.

  • Patent number: 10970620
Abstract: Historical information about a significant input parameter is stored in a data analytics model of a hydrocarbon reservoir. A historical deep recursive neural network (RNN) model is built based on time-series production data from the hydrocarbon reservoir as a function of the significant input parameter in the data analytics model. The historical deep RNN neural network model is stored on a data storage device. An experiment using the historical deep neural network model is designed to predict the significant input parameter. The experiment is run to produce a significant experimental input parameter. The significant experimental input parameter is compared to the significant input parameter stored in the data analytics model to determine a difference. The data analytics model is adjusted to reduce the difference.

  • Patent number: 10970792
Abstract: A system and method for generating a ledger is disclosed herein. A computing system receives, from one or more third party vendors, a plurality of transactions associated with a user. The computing system parses the plurality of transactions to identify one or more parameters associated with each transaction of the plurality of transactions. The computing system groups the one or more transactions into one or more clusters based on the identified one or more parameters. The computing system associates a life event to each cluster of the one or more clusters. The computing system interfaces with a client device associated with the user to confirm an associated life event. Upon receiving a confirmation from the user regarding the associated life event, the computing system generates a ledger. The ledger includes the life event and the one or more transactions associated therewith.

  • Patent number: 10972458
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server, which receives a request from a user's electronic client device. The server determines the authentication level of the request. If the authentication level satisfies a threshold, the server may route the request to a call center computing system; otherwise, the server authenticates the user based on the authentication level. Specifically, the server presents one or more security challenges corresponding to the authentication level and authorizes the user if the user correctly answers the security challenges. The server may receive a second request from the same user who has been authorized for the first authentication level. If the authentication level of the second request is higher, the server may present more security challenges on the second level; if the authentication level is lower, the server directly allows the access of the requested services.
