Abstract: A method of testing bitlines in a non-volatile memory device is introduced. The non-volatile memory device includes a memory cell array and a plurality of bitlines crossing the memory cell array. Each of the bitlines has a first end and a second end. The bitlines are divided into a first group and a second group. The testing method includes applying a supply voltage (for charging) or a ground voltage (for discharging) to a specific group of bitlines. The bitlines are tested in two testing stages, namely an open-circuit bitline test and a short-circuit bitline test, based on the feature that a defective bitline cannot be charged or discharged. The open-circuit bitline test and the short-circuit bitline test are quick and dispense with a lengthy programmed/erasing process.
Abstract: Disclosed is a formulation for the absorption of CO2, which comprises water, at least one CO2 absorption compound and a carbonic anhydrase as an activator to enhance the absorption capacity of the CO2 absorption compound. The invention also concerns the use of carbonic anhydrase, in a CO2 absorption solution to increase the CO2 absorption rate of such solution.

Abstract: In a manufacturing method of a flash memory structure with a stress area, a better stress effect can be achieved by controlling the manufacturing process of a tunneling oxide layer formed in a gate structure and contacted with a silicon substrate, so that an L-shaped spacer (or a first stress area) and a contact etch stop layer (or a second stress area) of each L-shaped spacer are formed between two gate structures and aligned towards each other to enhance the carrier mobility of the gate structure, so as to achieve the effects of improving a read current, obtaining the required read current by using a lower read voltage, reducing the possibility of having a stress-induced leakage current, and enhancing the data preservation of the flash memory.
Abstract: An electrostatic switch for high frequency and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The electrostatic switch for high frequency in accordance with an embodiment includes: a first substrate module including a first substrate, an electrode part and a pair of CoPlanar Waveguides (CPWs), the electrode part being installed on the first substrate, the pair of CPWs being formed on either side of the electrode part and guiding an RF signal to travel; and a second substrate module being joined to the first substrate module, the second substrate module including a membrane and a bias line, the membrane being installed on a second substrate and bent by bias voltage supplied to the electrode part and being coupled to the pair of CPWs across an upper area of the electrode part in order to be short-circuited to the electrode part, the bias line being connected to the electrode part.
Abstract: This invention relates to a detection system for particles suspended in a gas. The detection system includes an electrostatic precipitator constructed to collect the particles from the gas onto a collection surface using the force of an induced electrostatic charge on the particles. The detection system also includes an optical probe coupled with the electrostatic precipitator and constructed to probe the particles with a beam in order to detect the particles. The body of the electrostatic precipitator has a geometry that allows the beam to travel from the optical probe to the collection surface.

Abstract: A wordline internal current leakage self-detection method, system and a computer-readable storage medium thereof employ the originally existed high voltage supply unit and the voltage detector connected to the wordline in the flash memory device, in which the high voltage supply unit applies the test signal to the selected wordline, and the voltage detector detects the voltage signal of the wordline. The overmolded package further includes an overmold situated over the component and the substrate. The overmolded package further includes a wirebond cage situated over the substrate and in the overmold, where the wirebond cage surrounds the component, and where the wirebond cage includes a number of wirebonds. The wirebond cage forms an EMI shield around the component. According to this exemplary embodiment, the overmolded package further includes a conductive layer situated on a top surface of the overmold and connected to the wirebond cage, where the conductive layer forms an EMI shield over the component.
