Abstract: A computer program product, for automatically editing a medical record transcription, resides on a computer-readable medium and includes computer-readable instructions for causing a computer to obtain a first medical transcription of a dictation, the dictation being from medical personnel and concerning a patient, analyze the first medical transcription for presence of a first trigger phrase associated with a first standard text block, determine that the first trigger phrase is present in the first medical transcription if an actual phrase in the first medical transcription corresponds with the first trigger phrase, and insert the first standard text block into the first medical transcription.

Abstract: A plunger lift system includes a bumper assembly to reduce the impact of the plunger at the bottom of the well and in some circumstances to reconfigure the plunger for the plunger's next ascent. The bumper assembly has a spring, a mandrel, an impact head, and a flow cage. The impact head and mandrel are constructed from a single piece of material thereby removing a joint between the impact head and mandrel. The unitary impact head/mandrel is connected to the flow cage using a first cooperating shoulder at the lower end of the unitary impact head/mandrel and a second cooperating shoulder within the flow cage. The first cooperating shoulder and the second cooperating shoulder are held in place with respect to each other by a force provided by the spring.
Abstract: The present disclosure is a sun visor mounting apparatus, system or method having a mounting plate with a J hooked end configured to receive a sun visor, a securing plate opposing the J hooked end, configured in a U shape for receiving the sun visor. A joining plate configured in a V shape with a first side capable of coupling to the mounting plate, and a second side capable of coupling to an extension plate, and the extension plate can have a first side of a coupled to the joining plate, and a second side configured to engage against a fixed structure. One or more fasteners may be utilized with each plate to secure them together. To accommodate different sizes and configurations, the joining plate and extension plate may be extending to satisfactory positions, to engage with a fixed structure for the stability of the mounting plate.

Abstract: A method of treating a chronic wound may comprise applying to the wound a first scaffold comprising an electrospun polymer fiber. The electrospun fiber may comprise a polymer selected from the group consisting of polyglycolic acid, poly(lactide-co-caprolactone), polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, copolymers thereof, and combinations thereof. The first scaffold may have a thickness from about 50 ?m to about 1 mm, a length from about 1 cm to about 20 cm, and a width from about 1 cm to about 15 cm. The method may further comprise keeping the first scaffold on the chronic wound for a time period of about 3 days to about 21 days. After the time period passes, the chronic wound may have a decreased planimetric area.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for securing an electrical connection formed by a mating structure including prongs of a male assembly and receptacles of a female assembly are provided. In certain embodiments, the electrical connection can be secured by frictional engagement between the plug and receptacle housings. This can be accomplished by forcing a wedge into an interface between the housings or expanding a locking element, such as an elastomeric ring, into the interface. Abstract: Systems and methods to pump fracturing fluid into a wellhead may include a gas turbine engine including a compressor turbine shaft connected to a compressor, and a power turbine output shaft connected to a power turbine. The compressor turbine shaft and the power turbine output shaft may be rotatable at different rotational speeds. The systems may also include a transmission including a transmission input shaft connected to the power turbine output shaft and a transmission output shaft connected to a hydraulic fracturing pump. The systems may also include a fracturing unit controller configured to control one or more of the rotational speeds of the compressor turbine shaft, the power turbine output shaft, or the transmission output shaft based at least in part on target signals and fluid flow signals indicative of one or more of pressure or flow rate associated with fracturing fluid pumped into the wellhead.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and controllers for detecting and mitigating well screen outs may include a controller configured to operate a fracturing pump to supply fluid at a discharge rate to a wellhead at a fracturing well site. The controller may also operate a blender positioned to deliver a blend of proppant and fluid to the fracturing pump. The controller may compare a fluid pressure increase rate to a preselected increase rate indicative of a potential well screen out. The controller may incrementally decrease the discharge rate of the fracturing pump and a flow rate of a blender when the fluid pressure increase rate of the wellhead exceeds the preselected increase rate and the fluid pressure is within a preselected percentage of a maximum wellhead pressure until the fluid pressure of the fluid supplied to the wellhead is stabilized.

Abstract: Systems and methods for surfacing contextually relevant data into the workflow of a third party system are discussed herein. The system implements a near-real-time method of detecting activity corresponding to particular electronic health records associated with particular patients in third-party systems using specifically configured software systems. A cloud-based micro-services architecture is communicably coupled to the third-party systems and is operable to transmit contextually relevant data to the third-party system in response to particular detected activities, such as accessing a patient's electronic health record. The contextually-relevant data is identified by comparing electronic health record data from various third-party systems, each third-party system associated with the particular patient, to determine gaps in the records. The contextually relevant data is transmitted to the third-party system and visually integrated into the third-party system's pre-existing clinical workflow.
