The wrapper comprises a first polyethylene layer comprising low density polyethylene; a second polyethylene layer affixed to the first layer, wherein the second polyethylene layer comprises high density polyethylene; a first tie layer affixed to the second layer, opposite the first layer; a barrier layer affixed to the tie layer, opposite the second layer; a second tie layer affixed to the barrier layer, opposite the first tie layer; a third polyethylene layer affixed to the second tie layer, opposite the barrier layer, wherein the third polyethylene layer comprises high density polyethylene; and a fourth polyethylene layer affixed to the third polyethylene layer, opposite the second tie layer, wherein the fourth polyethylene layer comprises low density polyethylene. In an embodiment, the tie layers and the barrier layer may be substituted with a cyclic olefin copolymer layer.

Abstract: A glasses mounted face shield for mounting on a nose bridge of a pair of eyeglasses may include a shield bib fabricated from a flexible, translucent material and having a lock slot cut into the shield bib proximate a bib top edge from a shield front surface to a shield rear surface. A glasses engagement portion with a lock finger may extend upward from the the bib top edge. The lock finger is inserted through the lock slot and engages the shield bib proximate the lock slot to retain the lock finger within the lock slot. The glasses engagement portion may be wrapped around the nose bridge of the eyeglasses and the lock finger inserted through the lock slot to hang the glasses mounted face shield from the eyeglasses and in front of a face of a person wearing the eyeglasses.

The tray bottom wall has at least one raised area, at least one lower surface, and at least one sidewall. A plurality of flutes are disposed on the inner surface sidewall(s). A plurality of elevated portions extend upwardly from the bowed insert. The insert is secured within the tray. A reservoir is defined between the insert and the tray bottom wall. The elevated portions of the insert, the flutes, and the at least one raised area of the tray bottom define a plurality of channels.

Abstract: A sprinkler assembly for a flowable product container includes a sprinkler base and a sprinkler disk rotatably coupled to the sprinkler base. The sprinkler base includes a tongue defined by a shear area and a tongue hinge, with the tongue extending upward when the shear area is unbroken, and partially detached and rotatable to an open position when force is applied to break the shear area. The sprinkler disk has a pour aperture with a complimentary shape to the tongue so that the tongue extends through the pour aperture to prevent rotation of the sprinkler disk when the shear area is unbroken and not tampered, and rotates downward when the shear area is broken to allow the rotation of the sprinkler disk. The sprinkler assembly may be fabricated from materials such as polyethylene and polyurethane.

Abstract: A corrugated alternate displacement cushion may be formed from a corrugated cardboard sheet having cutout rows of cutout sections that are spaced in the transverse direction across the corrugated cardboard sheet and separated by corresponding lands. The cutout sections of adjacent cutout rows do not overlap in the transverse direction. When the corrugated cardboard sheet is folded up around transverse creases, inner and outer sides of the cutout sections may be covered by lands of other cutout rows such that air pockets defined by the cutout sections are formed within the corrugated alternate displacement cushion.

Abstract: A packaging assembly for housing an appliance comprises a top cap, a carton and a spacer affixed to the top cap and carton. The top cap and carton form a basiloid lifting flange. The spacer spaces the appliance from the carton sidewall on the basiloid lifting side and enhances the structural strength of the lifting flange.

A backing material web extends between a nesting tray assembly and a seal and cut tooling assembly and a blister tray is resident within a blister nest of the nesting tray assembly. The backing material web is clamped between a clamping gasket support shoulder of the nesting tray assembly and a clamping shoulder of the seal and cut tooling assembly, and between a sealing gasket support shoulder of the nesting tray assembly and a heat seal shoulder of a heater assembly. A knife of the seal and cut tooling assembly extends between the clamping gasket support shoulder and the sealing gasket support shoulder to cut a backing sheet from the backing material web that is heat sealed to an attachment surface of the blister tray to form the blister package.

As the container and the chuck are brought together, the rim engages with the lips of the collet segments and causes the angled tips of the collet segments to pivot outward toward the interior wall of the container, thereby pushing the countersink portion of the closure against the interior wall of the container.

When the notched corner post is installed in the package at the vertical corner, the first leg may engage the first wall with the first post top edge at least level the product top surface, and the second leg may engage the second wall with the second post top edge disposed under the lip bottom surface.

Abstract: A reclosable flexible package is described that includes an inner film layer, an outer film layer laminated to the inner film layer, and reclose region defined in a portion of package film layers. The reclose region includes pressure sensitive adhesive disposed between the inner and outer film layers. A number of cut lines are provided in the outer film layer in the reclose region, such that the user, by manipulating the package film layers at the reclose region, can reveal the underlying layer of pressure sensitive adhesive. Once the pressure sensitive adhesive of the reclose region is exposed, the action of the user can serve to adhere the pressure sensitive adhesive to itself and/or other portions of the film, such that the package is cinched in the area of the reclose region and maintains the remnants of the package contents within the reclosed package for later use.
