Abstract: A method for the aggregation and the transmission of multimedia data is proposed, in which multimedia data (52) is analyzed according to its content and corresponding metadata (51) is generated and a user profile (21) is established. The user stipulates and/or modifies at least parts of the user data (211) of the user profile (21) in advance of a purchase of multimedia data from the central unit (20) by means of a communication device (10). Multimedia data (52) are selected utilizing the metadata (51) and based upon the user profile, and content oriented and user specific optimized multimedia data are produced out of the selected multimedia data by means of a repackaging module (30). The content oriented and user specific optimized multimedia data are stored and made available to the user via a database (41) of a content module (40) of the central unit (29).

Abstract: For providing to a user on a communication terminal (1) media content (31) from a content server (3), a Session Initiation Protocol message, addressed to a resource identifier identifying the media content (31), is transmitted from the communications terminal (1) to a Call Session Control Function unit (S-CSCF), in response to the user activating a hyperlink associated with the media content (31). If there are filter criteria (iFC) associated with the user and associating the first message with an application server (SIP-AS), the resource identifier is transmitted from the Call Session Control Function unit (S-CSCF) to the application server (SIP-AS). The application server (SIP-AS) transmits to the communication terminal (1) accessing means for the user to retrieve the media content (31) from the content server (3).

Abstract: A transaction method between a client and a terminal (2) connected to a telecommunication network comprises the transmission of at least one client identification (IDUI), a terminal identification (POSID), and transaction-specific data to a financial server connected to the telecommunication network. The terminal identification is read or entered in the terminal and transmitted by the telecommunication network to the financial server. The client is equipped with a SIM card which can be connected functionally to a mobile apparatus. The client identification transmitted to the financial server is read in the memory of the SIM card and transmitted to the financial server via at least one interface.

Abstract: For enabling the forwarding of communication requests directed by callers to callees who are subscribers of a carrier network (4) and users in an enterprise network (5), forwarding-profile information is received in a computerized central unit (2). The central unit (2) transfers forwarding information to a network server (41) in the carrier network (4) and/or a network server (51) in the enterprise network (5) for enabling the network servers (41, 51) to forward communication requests based on forwarding information. Abstract: A method is disclosed for gaining access to an object and/or to a service of an object or service provider. A biometric reference parameter of at least one user is recorded in a personal mobile station. The user orders an object or service from a remote server by means of his personal mobile station. An actual biometric parameter is recorded by a biometric sensor of the object or service provider and the recorded actual biometric parameter is compared to the reference parameter. On a successful comparison, access to the object or service is permitted. The invention further relates to a system with the components mentioned.

Abstract: A method for establishing an optimized communication link between mobile network nodes. An interface management module of a first mobile network node checks the mobile network node for available network interfaces and establishes a look-up table with the available network interfaces. Based on the look-up table at least one signalling channel is set up for configuration data with communication parameters and/or security parameters via one of the available network interfaces with a second mobile network node. Based on the look-up table with the communication parameters and the security parameters at least one data channel is established between the first mobile network node and the second mobile network node. Both the at least one signalling channel and the at least one data channel are able to be set up via one or more network interfaces.

Abstract: A steerable head for guiding a pusher rod through ducting. The pusher rod is then used for drawing cables, wires, lines or pipes through the ducting. The steerable head includes remotely operable mechanisms for steering the rod through junctions or around obstacles in the ducting. Abstract: A method and a system for data transmission with mobile network nodes, which include at least two network interfaces with corresponding power consumption. A central unit is configured to receive data intended for the mobile network, and a first network interface of the mobile network node is deactivated. If the central unit receives data intended for themobile network node, a signaling message assigned to the received data is transmitted to the mobile network node, by a signaling module, via a second network interface of the mobile network node. Based on the transmitted signaling message, the first network interface of the mobile network node is activated, and data, which are intended for the mobile network node, are transmitted via the first network interface to the mobile network node.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method and a system for establishing a dynamic peer-to-peer communications channel between a first terminal and a second terminal. A first terminal and a second terminal are connectable over secured communications channels to a secured network. The first terminal sends a connection request for establishing a communications channel between the terminals. The connection request is analyzed by an analyzer module. Based on network parameters of the terminals, the analyzer module searches for a further network, and establishes a peer-to-peer communications channel over this further network. Security of the peer-to-peer communications channel may be maintained by means of a central unit of the secured network.
