Abstract: According to certain aspects, an information management cell can include at least one secondary storage computing device configured to conduct primary data generated by at least one client computing device to a secondary storage device(s) as part of secondary copy operations, wherein the secondary storage computing device normally operates to conduct primary data to the secondary storage device(s) for storage as a secondary copy in a first secondary copy file format, at the direction of a main storage manager; and can include a failover storage manager configured to activate in response to loss of connectivity between the cell and the main storage manager, and instruct a secondary copy application to perform a secondary copy operation in which the primary data generated by the at least one client computing device is stored as a secondary copy in a second secondary copy file format different than the first secondary copy file format.
Abstract: A multiprocessor system includes several processors, a Shared Local Memory (SLMEM) that stores instructions and data, a system interface block, a posted transaction interface block, and an atomics block. Each processor is coupled to the system interface block via its AHB-S bus. The posted transaction interface block and the atomics block are shared resources that a processor can use via the same system interface block. A processor causes the atomics block to perform an atomic metering operation by doing an AHB-S write to a particular address in shared address space. The system interface block translates information from the AHB-S write into an atomics command, which in turn is converted into pipeline opcodes that cause a pipeline within the atomics block to perform the operation. An atomics response communicates result information which is stored into the system interface block. The processor reads the result information by reading from the same address.
Abstract: A system and method for selecting a fueling station for vehicle refueling, including receiving fuel information from a remote device corresponding to one or more fueling stations near a vehicle; upon the vehicle travelling to a selected one of the one or more fueling stations, setting a flag to a value based upon a fuel grade of fuel used to refuel the vehicle at the selected one of the one or more fueling stations; and capturing location information for at least one of the vehicle and the selected one of the one or more fueling stations. Subsequent to refueling at the selected one of the one or more fueling stations, the method further includes determining fuel information of the fuel used to refuel the vehicle; and sending the flag, the fuel information of the fuel used to refuel the vehicle, and the captured location information to the remote device.
Abstract: A multiprocessor system includes several processors, a prefetching instruction code interface block, a prefetching data code interface block, a Shared Local Memory (SLMEM), and Clock Gapping Circuits (CGCs). Each processor has the same address map. Each fetches instructions from SLMEM via the instruction interface block. Each accesses data from/to SLMEM via the data interface block. The interface blocks and the SLMEM are clocked at a faster rate than the processors. The interface blocks have wide prefetch lines of the width of the SLMEM. The data interface block supports no-wait single-byte data writes from the processors, and also supports no-wait multi-byte data writes. An address translator prevents one processor from overwriting the stack of another. If a requested instruction or data is not available in the appropriate prefetching circuit, then the clock signal of the requesting processor is gapped until the instruction or data can be returned to the requesting processor.

Abstract: The system and method described allow AR content to be packaged according to the CLM packaging structure and loaded to a content management system without coding, and allow the AR content to be viewed directly with a CLM content player without requiring build or patch distribution processes. The content creator may define a standard configuration with a JSON file based on the guidelines and parameters of the CLM packaging structure. Users may view and place AR content over a physical world video using a camera in a user computing device, and move, rotate, zoom in and zoom out the AR content.

Abstract: A multiple-input multiple output transmit and receive system includes a first antenna that transmits a first signal at a channel frequency that propagates in a first path and that simultaneously receives a pilot signal at the channel frequency with the transmitting the first signal at the channel frequency, where the pilot signal propagates in a second path. A single-channel duplex transmit-receive system is coupled to an output of the first antenna. A processor is coupled to an output of the single-channel duplex transmit-receive system and configured to determine channel state information of the first path at the channel frequency using the received pilot signal.
Abstract: Compositions for neuroprotection and treatment of neurodegeneration and methods of administering same. In particular, the present invention relates to compositions and methods for preventing or reducing neurodegeneration, such as neurodegeneration caused by Huntington's disease, including administering a daily dose of a composition including an effective amount of creatine hydrochloride to a patient in need thereof. The methods of the present invention allow for lower dosages of supplementation as compared to creatine monohydrate while retaining all of the desired biological effects of creatine supplementation.

Abstract: A patch lock assembly releasably secures a glass door to an adjacent glass panel in a locked orientation. The patch lock assembly comprises a latch adapter housing, a strike adapter housing, and first and second power supply adapter housings. The latch adapter housing may interchangeably receive one of any number of various latch mechanisms without requiring further modification of the door. The strike adapter housing may interchangeably receive one of any number of various strikes, including electric strikes, without requiring further modification of the door. Respective power supply adapter housings may be coupled to each latch adapter housing and strike adapter housing. The power supply adapters include a power source and control unit to provide the necessary power to operate the latch and strike. Various interlocking features may be incorporated in the design to resist unwanted movement of the patch lock assembly relative to the glass panel.
Abstract: A lock unit of an electric locking device comprises a lock housing, a keeper, an inhibitor and a latch bolt. A second end of the latch bolt is positioned outwardly and cooperates with the inhibitor when in a locked orientation. The keeper includes a keeper shaft having a shaft axis of rotation, wherein said keeper is rotatable about said keeper shaft between first and second rotational positions, wherein the keeper is movable between first and second directional positions relative to the lock housing, wherein the movement between the first and second directional positions is generally linear, wherein when the keeper is held in the first rotational position and the first directional position by the inhibitor, the door is secured to the door frame, and wherein when the keeper is in the second rotational position and the second directional position, the door is allowed to move away from said door frame.
Abstract: An ophthalmic illumination method and system with a head-up display imaging system is provided wherein a therapeutic light is generated by a first laser light source configured to generate therapeutic light and a near-infrared wavelength of an alignment pattern is generated by a second laser light source, where the therapeutic light is directed upon an eye to be examined or treated in accordance with the alignment pattern.
Abstract: Methods and devices for searching and aggregating data in a distributed cloud computing environment are provided. In some embodiments, a request from a client to perform a data transaction is received by a first server. The first server simultaneously spawns a plurality of threads, each thread sending to a different server of a plurality of servers the request to perform the data transaction. A response indicating whether the data transaction was performed by the server is received by the first server and from each server of the plurality of servers. In response to an indication that the data transaction was performed by one or more servers of the plurality of servers and when the data transaction is a get transaction: data corresponding to the data transaction is received by the first server and from the one more servers, the data received from the one or more servers is aggregated by the first server to form combined data, and the first server sends the combined data to the client.
