Abstract: A friction clutch includes a housing, an axially displaceable pressure plate, a lever system for displacing the pressure plate, a ramp system arranged between the pressure plate and the lever system, a torsion device for rotating the ramp system, and a control device. The torsion device has a spindle to drive the ramp system and a drive gear with an external profile. The control device has a fastening portion fixed to the housing and a pawl with a plurality of tongues to forming a positive interlock. At least one tongue is arranged to engage the external profile. Each tongue is separated from another tongue by a gap extending in the axial direction. At least one gap, starting from a tip of the tongue, extends in the axial direction 30% or less of a minimum distance between the tip and the fastening portion.
Abstract: Methods for producing a spindle nut, and spindle nuts produced by such methods are disclosed. The method for producing a spindle nut may include producing a blank which has a sleeve portion and a cylindrical outer surface by non-cutting shaping from sheet metal; and forming a thread provided for cooperation with a threaded spindle in the blank by non-cutting shaping, while maintaining the cylindrical outer surface of the sleeve portion.

Abstract: A belt pulley decoupler for the drive torque transmission between a belt of a starter-generator belt drive and the starter generator is provided. A hub is fastened on a generator shaft of the starter generator. A decoupler spring is configured to transmit drive torque of the belt from the belt pulley to the hub when the starter generator is powered. A rotary stop has a stop part on the belt pulley and a stop part on the hub. The rotary stop is configured to transmit drive torque of the generator shaft from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt. The decoupler spring is loaded in both torque directions and participates in the transmission of the drive torque from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt.
Abstract: A method for producing a semiconductor device includes providing a carrier configured to carry at least one semiconductor chip on a first side, and dispensing a polymer onto a second side situated opposite the first side in order to produce a sealing ring. The polymer is dispensed in such a way that the sealing ring produced has different heights perpendicular to the second side along its circumference.

Abstract: Techniques for controlling a power converter with a control signal and circuitry configured to translate the control signal into one or more pulse modulated drive signal(s) to operate the power converter. The translation circuitry may receive the control signal, extract frequency information, duty cycle, dead time, and other information from the control signal, and output at least one pulse modulated drive signal, based on the extracted information, to a driving stage that may operate the power converter. The control signal may be a digital signal that includes rising edges and falling edges. The edges of the first type may define the frequency information. The edges of the second type may define other information extracted by the translation circuitry, e.g., duty cycle, dead time and so on. In some examples the power converter may be a resonant power converter.

Abstract: A method actively changes the frictional value of a hybrid disconnect clutch installed in a powertrain of a vehicle in which a first electric motor (18) is connected to a clutch input (21) and an internal combustion engine (17), and a second electric motor (19) is connected to a clutch output (22) and a vehicle output (23). The frictional value of the hybrid disconnect clutch is actively changed, in order to roughen a surface of the friction linings on the hybrid disconnect clutch (20). A slip situation is established at the hybrid disconnect clutch (20), and during this slip situation energy is introduced into the hybrid disconnect clutch (20) in a controlled manner.
Abstract: A multi-plate clutch includes an outer plate suspended on a radial outside and axially displaceable, an inner plate suspended on a radial inside and axially displaceable, and a plurality of leaf springs. The plurality of leaf springs is distributed around an outer circumference of the outer plate to suspend the outer plate in a torque-transmitting manner on a rotor pot, or the plurality of leaf springs is distributed in an inner circumference of the inner plate to suspend the inner plate in a torque-transmitting manner on a driving ring. In an example embodiment, the multi-plate clutch is a dry multi-plate clutch for a hybrid drivetrain. In an example embodiment, the multi-plate clutch includes a plurality of outer plates and a plurality of inner plates.

Abstract: The systems, methods and apparatuses described herein provide a virtual integrated circuit card (ICC). In one aspect, a method of creating a virtual ICC may be provided. The method may comprise obtaining executable code configured to run on a user device to facilitate financial transactions, preparing a first encryption key usable by the executable code, receiving a second encryption key associated with the user device, forming a virtual ICC comprising the executable code and the first encryption key, and encrypting the virtual ICC with the second encryption key. In another aspect, a virtual ICC may be embodied on a non-transitory computer-readable medium. The virtual ICC may comprise executable code configured to run on a user device to facilitate financial transactions and a first encryption key usable by the executable code. The virtual ICC may be encrypted using a second encryption key associated with the user device.
Abstract: A method to operate a ring spinning system containing a ring spinning machine having spinning positions and a winding machine having winding positions. Yarn is spun at the spinning position and wound to a cop. Values of a spinning parameter are determined at different times during the winding of the cop and stored as spinning data. The cop is transported from the spinning position to the winding position, where the yarn is rewound from the cop onto a bobbin. Values of a yarn parameter are determined at at least two different times during the rewinding, and stored as yarn data. The spinning data and the yarn data are assigned to each other such that they relate to the same yarn section. Based on the spinning data and yarn data assigned, an intervention is made on the ring spinning machine.
