Abstract: A method for preparing microcapsules using a droplet-based microfluidic chip. Monodisperse microcapsules, which are hollow or can be loaded with a desired material, are prepared using a droplet-based microfluidic chip through the movement of a monomer molecule from the inside of droplets to the interface of droplets, the diffusion of a photoinitiator to the interface of droplets, and the suppression of radical activity by oxygen in droplets. The method involves the use of a simple microfluidic channel and selectively photopolymerizing the shell of the droplets without needing the use of a chemically treated microfluidic channel or a complex microfluidic channel.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for dynamically distributing traffic in a channel bonding wireless local area network (LAN) system. The method includes extracting information regarding a flow from an arrived packet and classifying the packet in the unit of the flow based on the extracted flow information; monitoring the state of each of bonded channels; and allocating the flow sorted in the extracting to the optimum channel by referring to information regarding the channel state monitored in the monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20070136223
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for generating a decision tree using an inference engine in a ubiquitous environment. In the method, a data table for a data event set is generated based on information collected by at least one sensor. Subsequently, a weight value of the data event set is established, and an entropy is calculated based on the established weight value (here, the entropy is a scale for classifying the information collected by the sensor into respective classes). In addition, the decision tree for the collected information is formed based on the calculated entropy.
