Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a fine-grained image recognition method and apparatus using graph structure represented high-order relation discovery, wherein the method includes: inputting an image to be classified into a convolutional neural network feature extractor with multiple stages, extracting two layers of network feature graphs in the last stage, constructing a hybrid high-order attention module according to the network feature graphs, and forming a high-order feature vector pool according to the hybrid high-order attention module, using each vector in the vector pool as a node, and utilizing semantic similarity among high-order features to form representative vector nodes in groups, and performing global pooling on the representative vector nodes to obtain classification vectors, and obtaining a fine-grained classification result through a fully connected layer and a classifier based on the classification vectors.
Abstract: The provided are a device and method for measuring a bonding strength between a contaminated rock surface and a solidified material. The device includes a fixing and measuring assembly and four rock slabs enclosing a rectangular prism, where outer surfaces of the four rock slabs are fitted to two transverse support plates and two longitudinal support plates, respectively; the two longitudinal support plates are arranged between the two transverse support plates; upper and lower ends of the rock slabs are provided with an upper cover and a bottom plate, respectively; the upper cover and the bottom plate are detachably fixed to the two transverse support plates, respectively; the two transverse support plates are detachably fixed to each other through a second screw; a hydraulic device is provided among the four posts; and a movable end of the hydraulic device is provided with a supporting airbag.

Abstract: Electrosynthesis of oxirane can include contacting a halide electrolyte with an anode and cathode respectively located in anodic and cathodic compartments; supplying olefin reactants into the electrolyte in the anodic compartment, such that the anode generates ethylene chlorohydrin; withdrawing a loaded anodic solution comprising ethylene halohydrin from the anodic compartment, and a loaded cathodic solution comprising OH? ions from the cathodic compartment; and mixing the loaded anodic solution with the loaded cathodic solution under conditions to react ethylene halohydrin with OH— to produce oxirane. The electrocatalyst can include iridium oxide on a titanium substrate, with the iridium oxide provided as nanoparticles on a titanium mesh, and the electrolyte can be aqueous KCl.

Abstract: Provided is a method for constructing a gE gene-deleted pseudorabies virus (PRV) strain using an adenine base editor (ABE) and use thereof. The method includes: designing an sgRNA sequence using the ABE with a start codon of the gE gene in a PRV as a target site, ligating an enzyme-digested fragment to a double-stranded DNA fragment with sticky ends to obtain a ligation product; and transforming the ligation product into a competent cell to allow plate screening and culture, selecting a resulting positive bacterial strain to allow expanded culture, and extracting a plasmid from a resulting positive bacterial solution; and transferring the plasmid into a target cell to allow the transfection for 24 h, collecting a resulting virus liquid, and centrifuging the virus liquid to collect a resulting supernatant.

Here, a diffractive QPI network architecture is disclosed that can synthesize the quantitative phase image of an object by converting the input phase information of a scene or object(s) into intensity variations at the output plane. A diffractive QPI network is a specialized all-optical device designed to perform a quantitative phase-to-intensity transformation through passive diffractive/reflective surfaces that are spatially engineered using deep learning and image data. Forming a compact, all-optical network that axially extends only ˜200-300? (?=illumination wavelength), this framework replaces traditional QPI systems and related digital computational burdens with a set of passive substrate layers.
