Abstract: A computerized system and method to manage and monitor leverage relating to financial transactions whereby counterparty credit risks are enhanced and capital and credit efficiency is promoted by taking a perfected security interest in the counterparty. An aggregate net exposure relating to financial positions held by an identified counterparty is calculated, wherein positions can be held in multiple market segments. A value is determined for collateral dedicated to offset the net exposure. Leverage relating to the ratio of the collateral value and the exposure can be managed to offset the exposure. Monitoring of leverage can be accomplished in real time, or on a predetermined schedule. Exposure can be quantified as a monetary value in a local currency and/or quantified according to market data.

Abstract: A system and method for monitoring the storage estate of an organization using an interactive website that is configured to produce and display a novel set of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the storage estate, including KPIs related to data collected from at least one of storage area network data and network attached storage data. In one embodiment, the novel set of KPIs includes one or more of protection efficiency, application efficiency, and snapshot overhead, where protection efficiency is calculated as a ratio of logical addressable data storage volume to total physical volume of data storage for storage area network data of the organization, application efficiency is calculated as a fraction of disk storage allocated to end user devices that is actually used by the end user devices for storage area network data, and snapshot overhead is calculated as a ratio of a volume of storage allocated for replicated copies of data to allocated storage for network attached storage data.

Then, a populated form of the type matching the form type identifier is generated with at least some of the input fields of the generated form being populated with data related to the identified customer.
