Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for managing data in view of data controls are provided. A request can be received from a client located in a jurisdiction to utilize a portion of data with a service. Based on a rule applicable to the jurisdiction, it can be determined that the service to utilize the portion of data is unavailable in the jurisdiction. To comply with the rule, a virtualized instance of the service can be deployed on hardware in the jurisdiction.

Abstract: Techniques provided herein relate to electronic data access requests. An access system receives at least one electronic data action request from a client. At least a portion of the data access authentication information is sourced from a secondary device connected to an intermediary device. The electronic data action request is authenticated based upon the data access authentication information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for managing fleet services. Managing fleet services includes calculating a payment range, outputting a first presentation including the payment range and information identifying the at least one vehicle, receiving a selection of the at least one vehicle by the entity, generating an insurance policy for the at least one vehicle based on the payment range, and enabling at least one telematics unit of the at least one vehicle based on generating the insurance policy.

Abstract: Techniques are provided herein to identify unused computer code in a computer code corpus. Execution tracking characteristics may be used to identify unused code branches within the computer code corpus. A notification may be provided, indicating the unused code along with an option for easy removal.

Abstract: An image of a check that is in the field of view of a camera is monitored prior to the image of the check being captured. The camera is associated with a mobile device. When the image of the check in the field of view passes monitoring criteria, an image may be taken by the camera and provided from the mobile device to a financial institution. The image capture may be performed automatically as soon as the image of the check is determined to pass the monitoring criteria. The check may be deposited in a user's bank account based on the image. Any technique for sending the image to the financial institution may be used. Feedback may be provided to the user of the camera regarding the image of the check in the field of view.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to aggregation of data associated with events related to automotive vehicles. Automotive vehicles may include a variety of sensing devices used in local sensing operations. However, these sensing devices may not be leveraged beyond the local sensing operations. When automotive vehicles are operated, sometimes events occur. As discussed herein, an event-based data aggregation service may aggregate sensing data from one or more sensing devices, such as sensing devices of the automotive vehicles, in response to receiving an event notification associated with one or more of the events and may use the sensing data when responding to the event notification.

Abstract: Embodiments are described herein for systems and methods for continuously monitoring an electronic device to determine if tampering is possibly occurring with respect to the electronic device. For example, in certain embodiments, a hardware monitoring device may be configured to be communicatively coupled to the electronic device, and to transmit a command signal indicative of a network connectivity alarm to the electronic device in response to detecting that the hardware monitoring device has lost connection with a communication network. In addition, in certain embodiments, the hardware monitoring device may also be configured to indirectly couple the electronic device to a power source, and to transmit a command signal indicative of a tampering alarm in response to detecting that the hardware monitoring device has lost connection with the power source.

Abstract: A method and system of providing customer-specific information and guidance to support agents during calls with customers. The information includes a summary of in-app activity by the customer prior to the call between the customer and a support agent. The method includes receiving and storing the in-app activity in an activity record associated with the customer's account. The activity record is retrieved in response to a communication session being initiated or occurring between the customer and support agent and presented to the support agent in order to facilitate the conversation and expedite the resolution process.

Abstract: Augmented reality (AR) technology can be used to perform a real-time overlay on an image displayed on a user device. A user device can receive image data of an area comprising an item from the real-world. Based on the image data, an identity and a value of the item can be obtained by the user device. If the value of the item is greater than a pre-determined value for the item or a category of the item, then the user device can obscure in real-time on the displayed image the item or category of the item having the value that is greater than the pre-determined value.

Abstract: A central management system includes one or more processors configured to receive mapping data associated with a target property, identify, via machine learning, a geographic characteristic of interest specific to the target property, determine a modification of the geographic characteristic based on the mapping data, identify an impact of the modification to the target property, and provide an indication of the impact via a graphical user interface.

Abstract: Methods and systems for multiple channel authentication are described. In one embodiment, a request for an interaction is initiated from within a mobile application. The request may include authentication information and contextual information relating to a current exchange between the mobile application and an organization. The user may be authenticated with the authentication information and the request may be routed to a representative based on the contextual information to continue the exchange.

Abstract: A system and method for editing videos is disclosed. Specifically, the embodiments provide systems and methods that allow users to generate synthetic video segments that are synchronized with an edited audio track. The system and method make use of autoencoders to modify the facial features, including mouth movements, of a subject.

Abstract: Data processing techniques are described to obtain user data previously collected when a user is requested to complete application forms associated with multiple servers. The application forms may include some fields that may be in common and that may request the same user data. For each application form requested by the user, the data processing techniques can identify and obtain the relevant previously collected data about the user for the application form. The application form for a product can have certain fields that may be pre-filled based on the relevant and/or non-confidential previously collected user data. The data processing techniques can also provide an estimate of the time that may be needed by the user to complete at least one application form so that the user can obtain a requested product.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a system that may include a storage component and a computing device. The storage component may store applications and datasets associated with a user. The computing device may execute each of the applications. One of the applications may perform operations, including receiving a list of the applications, determining a privacy exposure of the user based on at least a portion of the datasets accessed by the applications, and generating a privacy report based on the privacy exposure.

Abstract: A system and method for optimizing the exposure of a video feed is disclosed. The method includes controlling a camera to capture a video feed with alternating exposures for each video frame. Groups of alternating exposures are then merged to create composite images that are used to create a modified video feed.

Once sensitive data is found in unexpected locations of data storage structures, actions can be taken to remediate the unexpected storage of the sensitive data.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system, method, and apparatus for securing electronic personal identifying information. The system enhances data privacy, by minimizing the amount of authentic personal identifying information that is shared with a third party. Namely, the system includes a database of known websites, apps, etc. that require personal identifying information to sign up—and then classifies whether any given type of information is strictly necessary to the functioning of the website. The system then generates placeholder “dummy” data for any fields that are required for signup, but are not strictly necessary for the website to function. The system allows for creation of several user profiles that vary the amount of authentic personal identifying information to be shared, based on the user's preferences. The system therefore helps to secure personal information in the event that, for example, the website later has a data breach.

The smart contract(s) may employ information stored on the distributed ledger and information in a transaction sent to the smart contract(s) to determine whether particular user(s) and/or process(es) may access the device(s), issue commands to the device(s), access data generated by the device(s), and/or control the device(s). The smart contract(s) may provide a secure portal through which user(s) and/or service(s) may access device(s) for command and control of such device(s), and secure access may be based on permission information that is specified or provided by an owner or operator of the device(s) and that is stored on the distributed ledger.
