  • Patent number: 12277820
Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for community item distribution. In some implementations, the community item distribution system includes a platform for users to post information regarding items they want to share with the community. The community item distribution system can categorize the information and establish donation parameters for the shared items. The donation parameters can include where and when items can be donated or retrieved, what types of items can be donated, and who can request the donated items. In some cases, the community item distribution system can generate a user interface listing the available items that users can request. Upon request of an item, the community item distribution system can schedule a drone to transport the item, in a secured container with ultraviolet lights to disinfect the item, from the storage location to the delivery location.

  • Patent number: 12278820
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to a call management system that aims to provide a more efficient, secure, and dynamic technique for authenticating a user based on a location of the user. A server of the call management system receives a phone call from a user device. The server transfers the phone call to an analyst device. When the analyst device accepts the phone call, the server starts an electronic communication session between the user device and the analyst device. The server then determines a current location of the user. The server further determines a question for authentication of the user based on the current location. The server transmits the question to the analyst device. The analyst device transmits the question to the user device via the server. In response to an answer received from the user device, the server authenticates the user.

  • Patent number: 12271462
Abstract: A remote signal-based method and system of performing an authentication of images of a person in order to permit access to a secured resource. The system and method are configured to cause a visual and/or haptic pattern response to occur in a secondary device while collecting image data from a different, primary device. The image data is evaluated to determine whether the appropriate pattern is present. If the pattern is present, the system determines the image is authentic and can verify an identity of the person, and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

  • Patent number: 12271943
Abstract: A system and method of providing real time account information for financial accounts is disclosed. The system includes an event based architecture including an event stream. Financial transaction processing systems publish transaction events to the event stream. A transaction service listening to the event stream detects new transaction events. The transaction service takes action to enrich transaction data. A middleware system reconciles existing transactions and persists transaction records in long term storage. The system can retrieve real time enriched transaction data to calculate account summary information, including current account balances and projected future account balances. The system can also be used to provide real time notifications to customers using enriched transaction data.

  • Patent number: 12265644
Abstract: Techniques are described for managing internet-of-things (IoT) devices, such as managing the storage of data generated by the IoT devices, managing the access, to the data, by users, processes, and/or other entities, managing command and control of the devices, and so forth. In some implementations, an IoT platform is provided for IoT device management, and the IoT platform can be agnostic with respect to providers. For example, the IoT platform may provide one or more common interfaces that enable communications with IoT devices that are manufactured by different device providers. In some implementations, a distributed ledger system (DLS) is employed to facilitate IoT device management. For example, the DLS can act as a gateway and/or overall interface to control access of users, processes, devices, IoT device providers, and/or other entities to the IoT devices and/or to an IoT platform.
