    Abstract: Disclosed herein are modified zeolites and methods for making modified zeolites. In one or more embodiments disclosed herein, a zeolite may include a microporous framework comprising a plurality of micropores having diameters of less than or equal to 2 nm. The microporous framework may include at least silicon atoms and oxygen atoms. The modified zeolite may further include organometallic moieties each bonded to bridging oxygen atoms. The organometallic moieties may include a zirconium atom. The zirconium atom may be bonded to a bridging oxygen atom, and the bridging oxygen atom may bridge the zirconium atom of the organometallic moiety and a silicon atom of the microporous framework.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for integrated utilization of a calcium chloride solution and CO2. In this method, with the calcium chloride solution and the CO2 being taken as raw materials, a water-soluble amine is added as an auxiliary agent to promote the occurrence of a mineralization reaction. As a result of crystallization following the reaction, calcium carbonate and a solution of a hydrochloride of the water-soluble amine are obtained. After the reaction is completed, the water-soluble amine is regenerated by subjecting a liquid phase resulting from separation to bipolar membrane electrodialysis, and dilute hydrochloric acid is obtained as a by-product at the same time. The method provides a novel perspective and approach to integrated utilization of calcium chloride-containing liquid waste and flue gas CO2. The water-soluble amine allows excellent mineralization, and the bipolar membrane electrodialysis enables excellent regeneration of the amine.

    Abstract: This invention provides a method for synthesizing glycolide using methyl glycolate as a raw material, comprising two steps as illustrated in the following reaction formulas: wherein, the ROH represents a straight/branched chain alcohol, acid or ester containing 18-30 carbons and at least one hydroxyl group. The method for glycolide synthesis disclosed in the present invention manages to maintain a low viscosity within the reaction system by introducing a high-boiling alcohol into the reaction system to form a larger alkoxy glycolate exhibiting a significantly lower molecular weight compared to the typical glycolic acid oligomers utilized in the conventional process. Thus the challenges of coking and inefficient heat transfer encountered in traditional glycolide synthesis routes are effectively addressed.

The isotactic polybutene alloy of the present invention comprises 1-40% of isotactic polypropylene in parts by mass, 0.1-10% of a polypropylene-polybutene-1 block copolymer in parts by mass, 35-95.9% of isotactic polybutene-1 of a medium molecular weight in parts by mass, and 3-15% of isotactic polybutene-1 of a high molecular weight in parts by mass. The alloy material is prepared using a method of segmented polymerization of propylene polymerization, high hydrogen content butene polymerization and low hydrogen content butene polymerization. The prepared isotactic polybutene alloy has excellent high temperature blasting resistance and high temperature hydrostatic pressure, is high in vicat softening temperature, and is applicable to pressure pipes.

The present invention has a high yield, and stable production performance; after 20-25 h, L-theanine has a titer of 75-80 g/L, and the yield is up to 52-55%. The fermentation broth is purified by membrane separation in combination with a cation-anion resin series technique. Moreover, the one-step crystallization yield is 72.3% and the L-theanine final product has a purity of 99%.
