    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and disclosed are a high-purity compact calcium hexa-aluminate-based refractory material, a preparation method therefor, and a working lining using the same. The mixing ratio is adjusted according to the chemical composition of the final product to contain raw materials containing CaO, Al2O3 and ZrO2, the mixing ratio enabling the ratio of the chemical composition CaO:Al2O3:ZrO2 calculated according to parts by mass to be 45.5-95.5%:2.0-8.4%:0-50%; and the chemical composition are placed into a high-temperature furnace and a mold for hot-pressing is carried out, the maximum temperature is 1550-1800° C., and the hot-pressing strength is 0.5-30 MPa.

    Abstract: A wind power generation quantile prediction method based on machine mental model and self-attention includes: using human cognitive decision-making mechanism for reference to construct the machine mental model as the basic framework of WQPMMSA, and then the seasonal power generation rules and intraday power generation trend are encoded into WQPMMSA as the input information of the prediction method, using the self-attention layer to replace the recurrent neural network in the original machine mental model, and establishing the statistical relationship between the seasonal power generation rules and the intraday power generation trend effectively, reducing the long-range forgetting of the original machine mental model-convert the continuous rank probability score in the integral form into a summation form, and using it as a loss function to train WQPMMSA, so that WQPMMSA approaches the optimal quantile prediction result with the highest efficiency.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a sodium super ionic conductor solid electrolyte by low-dimensional crystallization belongs to a field of energy materials. The method is based on the theory of negative ion coordination polyhedron growth unit, and uses low-temperature plasma as a protective gas of a spray drying equipment. While evaporating the solvent in a sodium super ionic conductor solid electrolyte precursor slurry, plasma active groups modify the particle surface of the sodium super ionic conductor solid electrolyte precursor particles in-situ. A free space dimension of crystal growth in the crystallization process is reduced, and directional growth of crystals in the solid phase sintering process is induced. Secondly, the dispersion stability of the sodium super ionic conductor solid electrolyte precursor particles is improved.

    Abstract: A method for extracting pullulan polysaccharide from high-viscosity fermentation broth includes following steps: (1) removing cells from the fermentation broth; (2) removing proteins; (3) decolorizing by macroporous resin adsorption; (4) removing ions by ultrafiltration; and (5) drying, crushing and packaging. In the extraction method of the present application, by using natural polymer bioflocculant chitosan, the high-viscosity fermentation broth can be processed without dilution and addition of filter aids and organic solvents for alcohol precipitation, which reduces the pressure of subsequent decolorization, properly recycles the cell proteins, and avoids the potential hazard of the organic solvents. The method can obtain high-purity pullulan polysaccharide, improving the product yield and quality, reducing solid waste, reducing the production cost, and achieving a safe, efficient, continuous and automated production process.

    Abstract: Provided is a post-treatment method and system for a core-shell catalyst, which relate to the field of fuel cell materials. The post-treatment method of the present disclosure includes the following steps: a core-shell catalyst is added into an electrolyte solution containing citric acid or ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, a gas containing oxygen is introduced into the electrolyte solution followed by stirring for a predetermined reaction time, the open circuit potential of the reactor base is recorded during the reaction time, and the open circuit potential should stabilize at 0.90˜1.0 V vs. RHE when the reaction is completed. The molar ratio of citric acid or ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid to platinum of the core-shell catalyst is 10 to 1000:1. A percentage of oxygen in the gas is 10 to 100% by volume. The post-treatment method of the present disclosure can significantly improve the platinum mass activity and PGM mass activity and durability of core-shell catalyst.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a scalable method for achieving shape control of diamond micro-nanoparticles, comprising air oxidizing diamond micro-nanoparticles grown by chemical vapor deposition and/or diamond micro-nanoparticles grown by high pressure and high temperature. The present invention achieves the controllable morphology transformation of diamond micro-nanoparticles via air oxidation treatment. It has been demonstrated that a series of unique shapes, including “flower” shaped, “hollow” structured, “pyramid” patterned on the surface, and “boomerang” shaped, can be achieved by altering the air oxidation parameters, i.e., temperature and duration. The scalable production of these differently shaped diamond micro-nanoparticles represents a significant scientific breakthrough together with a high commercial value.
