    Abstract: A chip for visible-light communication (VLC), a preparation method, and an application of the chip includes a substrate, a buffer layer, an intrinsic GaN layer, a first GaN layer, an i-InxGa1-xN functional layer, a second GaN layer, an i-InyGa1-yN functional layer, a third GaN layer, and a top electrode that are stacked sequentially, where 0?x<1 and 0?y?1. Sidewalls of the i-InxGa1-xN functional layer, the second GaN layer, the i-InyGa1-yN functional layer, and the third GaN layer are each provided with a SiO2 isolation layer. A bottom electrode is arranged in an upper portion or on a surface of the first GaN layer, and the SiO2 isolation layer on the sidewall of the i-InxGa1-xN functional layer is located between the bottom electrode and the i-InxGa1-xN functional layer. Based on the structural design and growth process for the chip for VLC, dual-band detection by a high-bandwidth chip can be implemented.

    Abstract: Discloses are a method for preparing fluff pulp from bamboos, and the fluff pulp prepared thereby. The method comprises the following steps: treating the bamboos with high-concentration alkali at a relatively mild temperature, after a certain period of treatment, replacing a treatment liquid for separating hemicellulose with a weak black liquor; Kraft cooking the treated bamboos to obtain unbleached bamboo pulp, removing rejects in the unbleached bamboo pulp by using a slotted screen; then removing miscellaneous cells by using a microporous sieve; carrying out two stages of oxygen delignification on the screened pulp; carrying out ECF bleaching treatment of a D0EpD1P process; and finally obtaining the bamboo fluff pulp which has high whiteness, low DCM extract content, low ash content and long fiber length, contains 4.2-4.6 million fibers per gram, and has relatively high bulkiness.

    Abstract: An electrocardiograph (ECG) signal enhancement method based on a novel generative adversarial network (GAN) effectively enhances a capability of a generator model for understanding and expressing input data by using a multi-branch structure of bi-directional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) neural networks with different quantities of hidden neurons, and stitching outputs of last time steps of forward propagation of the different BiLSTM networks. A new ECG signal enhancement module EEA-Net is proposed, which uses an adaptive convolutional layer to dynamically adjust a size of a convolution kernel, making the model more flexible in processing input sequences of different lengths. In addition, the model uses an adaptive average pooling layer to perform weighted average pooling on the input data to better capture important information of the input data.

    Abstract: An electric boiler device based on utilization of residual energy of an elevator includes a heat storage module, an electric heating module and a control module. A heat storage water tank of the heat storage module is replenished with water from a tap water pipe network, and a preheating unit of the heat storage module converts the residual energy of the elevator into heat energy of the heat storage water tank by using an energy consumption resistor. The control module replenishes a heating water tank with water by delivering preheated water to the electric heating module according to a water level of the heating water tank, and controls a heating unit of the electric heat module to heat the heating water tank according to a user-set temperature, and heated hot water is provided through a user water supply pipe network.

    Abstract: A preparation method for a metal-doped gallium oxide transparent conductive thin film for ultraviolet waveband includes: growing a contact layer thin film (2) on a substrate (1) first, and annealing the grown contact layer thin film (2) in a nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere at 400° C. to 600° C. through a rapid thermal annealing furnace; growing a first Ga2O3 thin film (31) by sputtering through magnetron sputtering under argon conditions; growing a doped thin film (4) by sputtering through magnetron sputtering under argon conditions; growing a second Ga2O3 thin film (32) by sputtering through magnetron sputtering under argon conditions; and annealing the grown thin films in a nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere at 500° C. to 600° C. through a rapid thermal annealing furnace, so that permeation, diffusion and fusion occur between thin film materials to form a metal-doped Ga2O3 thin film (5). A metal-doped gallium oxide transparent conductive thin film for ultraviolet waveband is provided.

To solve the problem, multi-objective optimized fuzzy neural network with global optimization capability may be established to optimize the structure and parameters to solve the problem of the poor generalization ability of fuzzy neural network. The experimental results show that total nitrogen intelligent detection system can automatically collect the variables information of wastewater treatment process and predict total nitrogen concentration.
