    Abstract: A NC machine for stretch bending and monitoring method for clamping force of round clamp thereof is invented, which includes a round head clamp, a hydraulic system and a clamping force monitoring device. The round head clamp includes a housing, an internal module arranged in the housing and a positioning member for positioning the internal module in the housing. The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic rod and a hydraulic ram for pushing the hydraulic rod. The clamping force monitoring device includes a sensor and a data processing module. The present invention is suitable for the workpiece of different shapes and sizes. In this invention, the clamping force can be adjusted in real time when it needs to be changed, and this not only can avoid the problems of excessive energy consumption, excessive clamping marks and damage of the workpiece, but also save energy and protect the workpiece.

    Abstract: A titanium aluminide (TiAl) coating capable of improving high-temperature oxidation resistance of titanium alloys and a preparation method thereof are provided. The TiAl coating includes ?-AlF3 nanoparticles, and a content of the ?-AlF3 nanoparticles is 5-30 vol. % of the TiAl coating. The preparation method of the TiAl coating includes: using a TiAl alloy target and an ?-AlF3 target as raw materials, and performing magnetron sputtering on a substrate surface to prepare a coating; the magnetron sputtering is double-target co-sputtering, and a substrate temperature during the magnetron sputtering is 150° C., the TiAl alloy target is performed direct current sputtering with a power of 0.5-2 kW, and the ?-AlF3 target is performed radio frequency sputtering with a power of 0.07-0.2 kW. After the coating is obtained by the double-target co-sputtering, the obtained coating is heat-treated at 600-800° C. for 5-20 h to obtain a final coating.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an N×M terahertz detector array imaging system based on a Schottky contact rasterization structure. The rasterization is introduced into the Schottky barrier diode, so that the rasterized Schottky contact resonates with the terahertz waves, the plasma resonance effect is enhanced, and the detection sensitivity of the array unit can be further improved. Moreover, there is no need to use an antenna, which can effectively avoid the problems such as large loss of the on-chip antenna, low gain efficiency, and difficulty in verifying through DRC design rules; and the chip area is greatly reduced, which greatly reduces the production cost. Finally, by adjusting the rasterization structure parameters of the array detector unit during the design process, the detector array can realize monochromatic array imaging or multicolor array imaging, which provides a new solution for the realization of low-cost, high-performance terahertz array cameras and terahertz imagers.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an energy-storing temperature control material, and belongs to the technical field of temperature control materials. In the energy-storing temperature control material provided in the present invention, the organic synthetic fiber based phase-change material has a three-dimensional dispersion effect, and can form a network constraint for remaining phase-change materials to reinforce mechanical properties of the materials, thereby fixing shapes of the materials and avoiding a liquid-crystal phase separation phenomenon in the phase-change process. The phase-change energy storage agent can absorb and release the heat by means of solid-liquid phase conversion of the material, to achieve the temperature control effect; and the phase-change temperature regulator can regulate a phase-change temperature range of the phase-change material, to make the energy-storing temperature control material suitable for climatic features of northern China.

The computer system is used to perform training by using the image library to obtain an improved VGG-19 net image classification method, and classify, by using the improved VGG-19 net image classification method, the images of the WTBs received from the four-rotor UAV, to obtain a WTB damage diagnosis and classification result and a damage grading result.

The reactor with these biofilm carriers has high removal efficiency of refractory organic pollutants.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a system for quickly eliminating signal spikes of structural health monitoring in civil engineering, including the following steps: (1) quickly identifying, by using a threshold method, a spike position in a time domain; (2) extracting spike features in a time-frequency domain through wavelet transform for a signal within a set range near the spike position; and (3) eliminating spike feature components in wavelet coefficients, and effectively eliminating a spike through inverse wavelet transform. The method and system combine the advantages of a high calculation speed of a time domain method and high resolution of a time-frequency domain method, which can make an algorithm fast and accurate. In addition to eliminating a spike, the method and system also retain wanted signal components, and have good applicability to structural health monitoring signals in civil engineering with complex time-frequency characteristics and a large amount of data.
