    Abstract: A single-chain insulin comprises a C-domain of 6 to 11 amino acid residues comprising at least two acidic residues at the N-terminal side of the C-domain and at least two basic residues at the C-terminal side of the C-domain peptide, a basic amino acid residue at the position corresponding to A8 of human insulin, and an acidic amino acid residue at the position corresponding to A14 of human insulin. The C-domain may contain a 2 to 4 amino acid joint region between the acidic and basic residues. Residues C1 and C2 may have a net negative charge of ?1 or ?2; and the remaining C-domain segment may culminates with two basic residues. A pharmaceutical composition comprises the single-chain insulin, formulated at a pH within the range 7.0 to 8.0, and may be formulated at a concentration of 0.6 mM to 5.0 mM and/or at a strength of U-100 to U-1000.

The method includes receiving a signal sent by a base station simulator; simulating a channel used for transmitting the signal, and performing simulated transmission on the signal based on the simulated channel; and sending the signal after the simulated transmission to respective probe in the anechoic chamber through an output interface connected to the probe, so that the probe radiates the received signal in the anechoic chamber in which the device under test is placed, and performs performance test on the device under test, where each probe is connected to an output interface of the channel simulator. By the solution provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the efficiency of device performance test can be improved.

The method involves applying an impact to a welded plate and comparing its damping capacity with the damping capacity of a geometrically equivalent defect-free plate. Damping capacities that differ by a small percent difference indicate that the welded plate is also defect-free. This method is particularly advantageous when dealing with small defects, which produce miniscule changes in natural frequency which may not be measureable.

    Abstract: The wide application of power electronic components in power systems with renewable energy sources has changed the fault characteristics of conventional power systems, resulting in the performance degradation of conventional protections. To solve these problems, a novel principle of pilot protection based on structural similarity and square error criteria is provided. The structural similarity criterion utilizes the difference of fault characteristics between renewable sources and synchronous generators to identify internal faults, and the square error criterion is used to solve abnormal calculation of the conventional similarity based protection. Compared with conventional differential protections, the disclosed protection shows excellent performance in speed and reliability during various faults.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to resist compostions, in particular to photoresists that can be used in photolithography, especially in the fabrication of integrated circuits and derivative products. The resist compositions of the invention include an anti-scattering component which has a significant amount of empty space, and thus fewer scattering centers, such that radiation-scattering events are more limited during exposure. Such anti-scattering effects can lead to improved resolutions by reducing the usual proximity effects associated with lithographic techniques, allowing the production of smaller, higher resolution microchips. Furthermore, certain embodiments involve anti-scattering components which are directly linked to the resist components, which can improve the overall lithographic chemistry to provide benefits both in terms of resolution and resist sensitivity.
