Abstract: A power morcellation system, apparatus, and methodology. Structurally, the device includes a sturdy, pliable (e.g., able to be inserted and retracted through a 10-15 mm morcellator port), distensible, waterproof/watertight retaining bag/pouch/carrier to be deployed into the pelvic cavity of the subject. The device further includes a plurality (e.g., three (3)) of port tube channels extending outwardly from the bag, wherein the interior of each channel is in communication with the interior of the bag. Each channel has an open end (opposite from the end that terminates in the bag) through which a laparoscopic/robotic camera and other instruments (e.g., camera, control instrument) may pass. A smaller tube channel also extends outwardly from the bag and can be suited as an insufflation port channel, among other uses. The bag also includes a large opening surrounded by an elastic drawstring for receiving the specimen to be removed within the bag.

Abstract: Provided is an information providing system for a system administrator not highly skilled in the arts of natural language or artificial intelligence to be able to easily correct or add a response to an input from a user to arrange the response into an appropriate one if the response is not appropriate. When an input sentence does not hit any knowledge data, the system administrator is able to add a combination of the input sentence and a response thereto by opening a new QA quick addition screen from a knowledge maintenance screen by pressing a link of the input sentence. Furthermore, the system administrator is able to easily add the input sentence to knowledge data as a synonymous sentence of a candidate Q, which is determined to be semantically close to the input sentence, by clicking the candidate Q on the knowledge maintenance screen.
Abstract: A method for transmitting downlink data in a multicast scheme by a base station in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving a first request signal requesting first data from a first user equipment (UE), receiving a second request signal requesting second data from a second UE, generating a transmission message by applying an exclusive OR (XOR) operation to the first data and the second data, and transmitting the transmission message to the first UE and the second UE in the multicast scheme.

Abstract: A traffic data stream aggregate query method and system includes the steps of acquiring spatial-temporal information of a mobile object to generate a traffic data stream, dividing data space into cells, grouping adjacent cells with similar frequency into few buckets, calculating Kalman gains of the buckets based on frequencies of the buckets, and indexing the buckets using a binary partition tree to form a BPT index of the current timestamp, and serializing the BPT after the end of the current timestamp to form a historical index; and performing aggregate query, wherein an optimum estimation value of the bucket frequency is utilized to replace for calculating when the frequency of the bucket changes a lot. The system includes: an information collection module, a data processing module, an index processing module, an application service module and an index storage module.

Abstract: A method of producing hydrochar from jackfruit peel biomass includes hydrothermal carbonization of jackfruit peel biomass by autoclaving at 150° C.-250° C. for about 3 hours to produce a hydrochar. The hydrochar can be activated by treatment with phosphoric acid (H3PO4), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), or a combination thereof. The hydrochar produced according to the method is particularly effective at removing azo-dyes, and specifically methylene blue, from aqueous solutions such as industrial waste water.

Abstract: It was found that bacteria belonging to the genus Clostridium induce accumulation of regulatory T cells (Treg cells) in the colon. Moreover, the present inventors found that regulatory T cells (Treg cells) induced by from these bacteria suppressed proliferation of effector T-cells. From these findings, the present inventors found that the use of bacteria belonging to the genus Clostridium or a physiologically active substance derived therefrom made it possible to induce proliferation or accumulation of regulatory T cells (Treg cells), and further to suppress immune functions.

Abstract: This invention is related to the field of the prevention and treatment of kidney disease. The treatment of kidney disease may be tailored depending upon the need for, or expectation of, long-term dialysis. For example, prediction of long-term dialysis treatment can be determined by monitoring urine biomarkers related to the development of chronic kidney disease. For example, a normalized time course of approximately fourteen Days measuring hyaluronic acid, death receptor 5, and/or transforming growth factor ?1 can be used to establish the risk of recovery versus non-recovery in patient's having suffered an acute kidney injury.
