Abstract: A client and server system that performs a reinforcement learning-based encryption and decryption method according to an aspect of the present invention may include: a key management module configured to manage an encryption key required in performing an encryption and a decryption of data; a secret sharing module configured to perform a secret sharing of a threshold value for a lifetime and availability of the data; and a threshold estimation module configured to perform an estimation of the threshold value; and can improve the availability and security of data to satisfy user demands in a self-destructing environment for privacy protection.

Abstract: This invention discloses a kind of reliable data transmission method based on hidden Markov model that specific to video transmission quality enhancement over lossy satellite links. It uses HMM model to forecast retransmission rate and adopts the network packet loss rate to reflect the network performance. The underlying network packet loss rate is used as the hidden state of HMM model and the retransmission rate is used as the observation state. By analyzing the historically transmitted data sessions, APRT establishes the relationship between the hidden state transition probability and the emission probability. Then, a robust and efficient retransmission rate prediction is obtained. This invention takes into full consideration of high BER in satellite network channels and adjusts the reliable level according to the satellite network channel characteristics so as to make tradeoff between instantaneity and quality. Consequently, it guarantee the QoS and QoE of video stream.

Abstract: Provided is a method for regenerating an aromatic amide compound into a corresponding aromatic nitrile compound, the method realizing a dehydration reaction of providing a target compound selectively at a high yield with generation of a by-product being suppressed. Also provided is a method for producing an aromatic nitrile compound that decreases the number of steps of dehydration reaction and significantly improves the reaction speed at a pressure close to normal pressure. Furthermore, the above-described production method is applied to a carbonate ester production method to provide a method for producing carbonate ester efficiently. Abstract: This invention discloses a kind of reliable data transmission method based on reliable UDP and fountain code in aeronautical ad hoc networks. This method employs Raptor codes to recover from data loss and avoid retransmission in high loss and high delay channels. A light-weight feedback scheme is designed to provide reliability. An improved SNACK scheme is utilized to deal with the bandwidth asymmetric problem and a novel sliding window mechanism is proposed to avoid TCP's retransmission ambiguity problem and allow for more precise roundtrip-time calculation. A congestion control scheme is deployed to distinguish losses caused by congestion from losses caused by link handoffs to efficiently utilize the available bandwidth. This invention is fully implemented directly on top of UDP in Linux without requiring changes to the underlying network stack implementations. In harsh aeronautical ad hoc network environment, it is suitable for reliable and efficient data transfer service.
Abstract: A method for providing self-stabilization of functionality security and privacy to a distributed computer system with self-stabilizing machines, according to which the system periodically and constantly recovers from cyber-attacks performed by an adversary who gained access to the system during a vulnerability window. Then a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) generates a random number from which generating a pair of public and private keys are generated. The public key of the pair is distributed among neighboring machines, to generate a common symmetric secret key. Each machine to exchanges messages with any other machine using messages that are encrypted and decrypted by their established common symmetric secret key, where all keys are generated using random numbers that were generated by the True Random Number Generator.

Abstract: A system and method are described for information extraction from network traffic traces that are both encrypted and non-encrypted. The system includes a client computer and a remote computer, where the client computer communicates data over a network. The client computer sets a session key log file environment variable, such that when the client computer launches a supported browser, a session key log file (KLF) is created, computer network traffic traces are captured by retrieving data from encrypted traffic, and the KLF and captured traffic are periodically transferred to a remote server. A remote computer performs traffic mining to analyze the captured traffic traces and extract sensitive pieces of information.
