The method also includes determining, based on the billing telephone number, that the telephone call should be transferred to a specific call center; identifying an exchange number for the specific call center; assembling a refer message based on the billing telephone number and the exchange number of the specific call center; and sending the refer message to a network device.

Abstract: A system and method in accordance with exemplary embodiments may include receiving account data associated with one or more accounts scheduled to be migrated from one or more first VoIP phone systems to a second VoIP phone system via a network, organizing the one or more accounts based on at least one customer service records and one system log, migrating the one or more accounts into one or more shell accounts provided by the second VoIP phone system, configuring each customer device associated with the one or more accounts to receive data from the second VoIP phone system, and migrating account settings data and account call history data associated with the one or more accounts from the one or more first VoIP phone systems to the second VoIP phone system.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method receives a set of data regarding a layout of a network, where the data specifies the interconnection of linear facilities and specifies at least one network point that is disconnected from the network. The computer-implemented method further determines a closest one of the linear facilities to the at least one network point based on the set of data and shifts the at least one network point to connect the at least one network point to the network based on a distance between a vertex associated with the closest one of the linear facilities and the at least one network point. The computer-implemented method also shifts the closest one of the linear facilities to connect the at least one network point in the network based on a distance associated with a linear projection from the at least one network point to the closest one of the linear facilities.

Abstract: A system may include a digital video recorder. The digital video recorder may provide a list of recorded television programs, receive selection of a television program in the list of television programs, and receive information identifying a segment to be filtered from the selected television program. The digital video recorder may further create a filtered television program by marking the segment as hidden or deleting the segment, where the segment is not visible when the filtered television program is played, and store the filtered television program.

First normalized, second normalized, and intermediate data tables are stored, each including respective first normalized, second normalized, and intermediate data table fields that each correspond to the mutually similar fields of the first and second data tables. The first normalized data table is at least partially populated with corresponding entries from the first data table and the second normalized data table is at least partially populated with corresponding entries in the second data table. Intermediate data table entries are respectively replaced with corresponding inconsistent data entries of the first and second normalized data tables. An apparatus and a computer program product for accomplishing the above method are also provided.

The method automatically generates, based on the analysis, a polygonal hull that encloses the multiple polygons such that a line segment connecting any two polygonal vertices of the multiple polygons falls completely inside the generated polygonal hull. The multiple polygons may correspond to a two-dimensional geographic region. The computer-implemented method may be used for geographic regional segmentation.
