Abstract: An omni-channel coupon system may link electronic coupons across several couponing channels by storing the electronic coupons in association with a user profile or loyalty account. A user may clip electronic coupons from several couponing channels, such as a mobile application, retail web page, social networking web page, email, short message service (SMS) message, a physical coupon, a manufacturer/third-party web page or other affiliated web page, a manufacturer/third-party application, etc. Each clipped electronic coupon may be stored with a user profile for the user. When the user purchases products or items at an online or retail store, the electronic coupons may be retrieved from the user profile and redeemed.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatically processing prescription refills and transfers are disclosed. According to certain aspects, a server associated with a pharmacy may receive, from an electronic device, a message including a digital image depicting a container of a prescription. The server may analyze the digital image to identify a set of visual identifiers depicted in the digital image. Based on the set of visual identifiers, the server may determine whether the prescription is associated with the pharmacy and, based on the determination, may facilitate either a refill of the prescription or a transfer of the prescription to the pharmacy.

Abstract: A method and system may provide an automated pharmacy processing system which automatically processes an electronic prescription by converting the electronic prescription into a pharmacy prescription record. In this way, an electronic prescription can be filled by a pharmacist without manual data entry. The system receives an electronic prescription and compares data from the electronic prescription with entries in one or more pharmacy database(s). When there is a match between the electronic prescription data and an entry in the one or more pharmacy database(s), the system populates the pharmacy prescription record with data from the matching pharmacy database entry. If all of the data fields from the pharmacy prescription record have been populated the pharmacist can fill the electronic prescription.

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) based systems and methods are disclosed for implementing patient-specific medical adherence intervention. An AI model is trained on a first set of data comprising (1) patient data defining a plurality of medical patients having respective prescribed medications and (2) intervention communication data. During a first iteration of a medication adherence session, a second set of data comprising patient data of a new or existing medical patient is received and input by the AI model to generate a medical adherence intervention prediction defining at least a preferred intervention channel specific to the new or existing medical patient. An electronic medical adherence intervention communication, is generated, and related correspondence is sent, to the new or existing medical patient based on (1) the medical adherence intervention prediction and (2) an intervention template corresponding to the preferred intervention channel.

The store may have a pick-up area (e.g., at the back of the store) where the customer can go to pick up the ordered item. To save the customer time, the customer may be identified when she enters the store so that an employee can obtain her ordered item and have it ready to pick up by the time the customer walks through the store and arrives at the pick-up area.

Abstract: Embodiments are provided for enhancing an in-store retail experience for a customer by facilitating search queries for products and services available for sale in a retail store. According to certain aspects, an electronic device may receive a search string associated with the retail store and transmit the search string to a server that may execute a corresponding search query. The server may send results from the search query to the electronic device, which may dynamically update an interface accessible by a user. The user may view the information and make appropriate selections.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and instructions for reordering consumer products can include: (A) receiving an image of a physical depiction of an identification tag, (B) determining the consumer product that corresponds to the identification tag via at least one of: (i) optical character recognition, (ii) universal resource identifier decoding, (iii) object recognition, (iv) quick response code decoding, or (v) barcode decoding, (C) determining a retail location wherein the consumer product is not currently in stock and is expected to be in stock and available for pick-up at the retail location in the future, and (D) automatically initiating the reordering of the consumer product at the retail location.

Abstract: A method and system may provide an automated pharmacy processing system which may automatically processes an electronic prescription by converting the electronic prescription into a pharmacy prescription record that may include exception cases. In this way, an electronic prescription for a medication that is not within a formulary of a patient may be filled by a pharmacist without manual data entry. The system receives an electronic prescription and compares data from the electronic prescription with entries in one or more drug utilization rules. When there is a match between the electronic prescription data and an entry in the one or more drug utilization rules, the system may perform a drug utilization review with an alternate prescription.

Abstract: To extract information from a customer's insurance card, an insurance policy recordation system obtains a scanned image of an insurance card and analyzes text in the insurance card image to identify labels describing insurance policy characteristics and insurance policy values corresponding to the insurance policy characteristics. The insurance policy recordation system compares the identified insurance policy values to a set of stored identifiers associated with various insurance plans. If the insurance policy values match one or more of the identifiers, the insurance policy recordation system may determine that the insurance policy values are valid and that the customer has the matching insurance plan. The insurance policy recordation system may obtain additional insurance policy information for the customer based on the stored information in association with the matching insurance plan.

According to certain aspects, the electronic device initiates an in-store mode of an application when the electronic device is located within a retail store, where the in-store mode may enable certain functionalities having certain capabilities. The electronic device may detect when it connects to a network within the retail store and, in response, may indicate enhanced capabilities of the functionalities. The user may select an enhanced capability, and the electronic device may facilitate the associated functionality.

The apparatuses, systems and methods provide for one or more processors to: (1) store pharmacy prescription information in a standardized pharmacy format; (2) receive updated information in a non-standardized electronic prescription format for a prescription of a patient; (3) receive patient health record data; (4) generate prescription return to stock prediction data that indicates a probability the prescription of the patient would be returned to stock based upon the electronic prescription data, the patient health record data, and a predictive model; (5) convert the electronic prescription data and the prescription return to stock prediction data to pharmacy prescription information; and (6) generate a pharmacy prescription in a standardized format based on the updated pharmacy prescription information.

Abstract: Techniques for providing secured, automatic log-in and authentication of a user to a website via a browser executing at the user's personal electronic device (PED) include generating a token based on an identifier of the PED and a user identifier, and storing the token at the user's PED for use in validating and authenticating the user and device credentials against those stored at back-end system and/or in another memory location at the device. Based on the persisted token (and optionally on a user preference), the user may be automatically logged in as the user navigates across restricted and unrestricted portions of the website, and/or to other websites (e.g., without the user's knowledge). At least these features enable automatic log-in and authentication to be performed on an as-needed basis, and/or on a per-device basis, thereby providing significantly more secure access as compared to known techniques.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for manipulating and accessing a blockchain containing coupon authentication information for coupon processing services to process a coupon maintained by a network of nodes including a first node and a second node. A method may include generating, by the first node, a first coupon transaction that includes a smart coupon contract and broadcasting the first coupon transaction to the second node communicatively coupled to the network. The second node is configured to apply a set of consensus rules to validate the smart coupon contract included in the first coupon transaction prior to adding the first coupon transaction onto the blockchain, causing any one of the network of nodes to execute the smart coupon contract against input data after the first coupon transaction is validated and added onto the blockchain.
