Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for providing an automated translation engine for translating a prescription into a standardized format is generally disclosed. More particularly, embodiments described in this disclosure relate to a system, apparatus, and method for automatically receiving a prescription form, analyzing information provided on the prescription form, and translating the information into a standardized form that details medication information including medication administration directions that are easy for a reader to understand.

Abstract: Methods and systems may incorporate voice interaction and other audio interaction to facilitate access to prescription related information and processes. Particularly, voice/audio interactions may be utilized to achieve authentication to access prescription-related information and action capabilities. Additionally, voice/audio interactions may be utilized in performance of processes such as obtaining prescription refills and receiving reminders to consume prescription products.

Abstract: A master data management (MDM) computing device may determine that a first composite data entity that includes a first transaction member record assigned with a first source identifier for a first user by a data source is linked with a second transaction member record assigned with the first source identifier for a second user by the data source. The MDM computing device may flag the second transaction member record as a suspect record for corrupting the first composite data entity when a comparison between first information contained in the first transaction member record and second information contained in the second transaction member record exceeds a predetermined threshold. The MDM computing device may create an overlay task for the second transaction member record, thereby preventing the second transaction member record from corrupting the first composite data entity.

Abstract: A pharmacy management system for automated sig code translation using machine learning includes a processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the pharmacy management system to train a machine learning model to analyze sig codes, receive a sig code, analyze the sig code utterance and generate an output corresponding to the sig code utterance. A computer-implemented method includes training a machine learning model to analyze sig codes, receiving a sig code, analyzing the sig code utterance, and generating an output corresponding to the sig code utterance. Abstract: The method and system may provide a seamless handoff of user information from a drugstore to a call agent. When a customer communicates with a drugstore device regarding a drugstore-related inquiry, the drugstore device attempts to identify an answer to the drugstore-related inquiry. When the drugstore device does not identify an answer to the drugstore-related inquiry, the drugstore device initiates communication between the customer and a contact center. A transcribed version of the communication may be stored in a database accessible by the contact center along with additional user information for the customer related to the customer's experiences with the drugstore. The user information may be provided to a call agent's contact center device for display and in this manner, the call agent may be made aware of the communication to avoid asking repeat questions and to quickly and efficiently answer the customer's drugstore-related inquiry.

In this way, an electronic prescription can be filled by a pharmacist without manual data entry. When there is a match between the electronic prescription data and an entry in the one or more pharmacy database(s), the system populates the pharmacy prescription record with data from the matching pharmacy database entry. If all of the data fields from the pharmacy prescription record have been populated the pharmacist can fill the electronic prescription.

Abstract: A method and system for allocating displays to a plurality of stores grouped into a plurality of store configurations is presented. It includes receiving a plurality of counts, that specifies spaces available in the store configuration for one of a plurality of types of displays, a ranking of a plurality of displays, wherein the ranking is based on a benefit of each of the plurality of displays for the store configuration, and when the plurality of displays are to be allocated to the plurality of stores; determining a subset of the plurality of displays that meet one or more conditions related to at least one of a forecasted sell through or forecasted margin of the plurality of displays for the store, allocating at least some of the displays based on the ranking of the displays, and generating an indication of the allocated displays for output to a user.

Abstract: Techniques for automatically securing receptacles of a retailer via an electronic lock include receiving a user request to reserve a receptacle, selecting a suitable receptacle based on one or more conditions, some of which may be specified by the user, and transmitting an electronic locking signal to secure, and thereby reserve, the selected receptacle. An association between the reserved receptacle and the user is stored, and the user is electronically notified. Subsequently, an electronic signal indicative of the identification of the user (or of the user's agent) is locally received. Upon determination that the user is expected and associated with the reserved receptacle, the techniques include causing an electronic unlocking signal to be transmitted to the electronic lock, thereby unlocking the receptacle.

Abstract: Systems and methods for product imaging and provisioning include a mobile application (app) installed on an imaging device, where the mobile app activates the imaging device to generate an image of a product tag associated with an unavailable product at a first location. The mobile app determines, based on the image, a product indicator associated with the unavailable product. A provisioning app, executing on a remote device, receives the product indicator associated with the unavailable product. The provisioning app also receives a user indicator associated with a first user and executes one or more product provisioning rules that determine, based on a product availability database and the user indicator, an availability result. The availability result indicates whether the unavailable product will be available to the first user. The provisioning app is further operable to send the availability result to the imaging device for presentation by the imaging device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing and facilitating geofencing features associated with electronic devices are disclosed. According to certain aspects, an entity may own or manage a set of retail stores. A server associated with the entity may receive an estimated location of an electronic device, and may determine that the estimated location is in proximity to one of the set of retail stores. The server may further calculate a geofencing boundary for the retail store based on certain location-based data, and may determine whether the estimated location of the electronic device is within the geofencing boundary. The server may additionally facilitate certain geofencing features based on the determination.

Abstract: Embodiments are provided for enhancing an in-store experience for a user of an electronic device. According to certain aspects, the electronic device initiates an in-store mode of an application when the electronic device is located within a retail store, where the in-store mode may enable certain functionalities having certain capabilities. The electronic device may detect when it connects to a network within the retail store and, in response, may indicate enhanced capabilities of the functionalities. The user may select an enhanced capability, and the electronic device may facilitate the associated functionality.

Abstract: A locking case system for cosmetic products includes a fixture adapted to receive cosmetic products and a locking case adapted to be coupled to the fixture. Upon coupling the locking case to the fixture, at least one snap member of at least one side wall of the locking case is snapped into at least one receiving portion of the at least one side wall of the fixture. In addition, at least one snap member of a rear wall of the locking case is snapped into at least one receiving aperture in a top edge of a rear wall of the fixture. Further, at least one snap member of a front member of the locking case is snapped into the at least one receiving aperture of a front wall of the fixture to secure the cosmetic products to the fixture.

Abstract: Methods and systems may provide media content via retail display devices and/or portable electronic devices to assist consumers in retail environments. Potentially relevant media content may be intelligently obtained, stored, and/or distributed based on a number of considerations to ensure that relevant content will be available for a variety of consumers having a variety of retail needs. Through specific techniques described herein, the methods and systems herein may overcome technological and logistical challenges associated with distributing content among computing devices that are often limited in computing capabilities. Furthermore, the methods and system herein may provide media content in a manner that promotes authors who create and share media content via social media services.
