Abstract: A handheld spray wand for showering, bathing, or the like. The spray wand including a fluid inlet and a nozzle portion in fluid communication with the fluid inlet. The nozzle portion including a first nozzle array extending along a longitudinal direction of the nozzle portion and a second nozzle array positioned adjacent to the first nozzle array and extending along the longitudinal direction of the nozzle portion. Within the nozzle arrays, the nozzles are staggered to define a staggered water pattern as water exits the nozzle portion.
Abstract: An oral irrigator including a base and a handle. The base includes a fluid reservoir, a pump in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir, and a base wireless communication component in electrical communication with the pump. The handle is in fluid communication with the pump. The handle includes a handle wireless communication component and one or more control buttons in communication with the handle wireless communication component. The handle wireless communication component transmits control signals from the one or more control buttons to the base wireless communication component to adjust an operating parameter of the pump.
Abstract: In one embodiment, an oral irrigator includes a reservoir, a base configured to support the reservoir, and a button assembly coupled to the base. The button assembly may include a button, a spring coupled to the button, and a seal coupled to the spring. The button may be movable between an original position and an actuation position. The spring may be configured to deform in response to a user input force moving the button from the original position to the actuation position, and to resiliently return the button to the original position in response to cessation of the user input force on the button. The seal may inhibit fluid from entering through the spring into the base.
Abstract: The present disclosure includes embodiments directed to an oral irrigator with a magnetic attachment. The oral irrigator may include a base unit and a handle. The base unit may include a first positioning feature. The handle may include a second positioning feature corresponding with the first positioning feature of the base unit to removably couple the handle to the base unit at any one of a plurality of desired positions, such as at any one of a plurality of vertically adjacent positions, relative to the base unit. Each of the first and second positioning features may be a magnet device to magnetically couple the handle to the base unit The magnetic attachment between the handle and the base unit may automatically align the handle into a correct storage position.
Abstract: A toothbrush or oral cleaning implement including a handle defining a first fluid conduit and a handle inlet port, a brush tip extending from a first end of the handle and defining a second fluid conduit, the second fluid conduit in fluid communication with the first fluid conduit, a brush head supported on an end of the brush tip including a fluid outlet in fluid communication with the second fluid conduit, a handle valve positioned between the handle inlet port and the first fluid conduit, and a base removably connected to the second end of the handle. The base including a base fluid inlet port that connects with an external fluid source, a base fluid outlet port in fluid communication with the base fluid inlet port, and a base valve that selectively opens and closes the base fluid outlet port.
Abstract: A brush head for an oral cleansing device is provided. The brush head may include a shaft and a cantilevered beam positioned within the shaft. The cantilevered beam may be configured to press against a drive shaft of the oral cleansing device to transfer motion of the drive shaft to the brush head. The cantilevered beam may be formed on an adapter secured within the shaft.
Abstract: A toothbrush including a chassis assembly, an output shaft configured to connect to a brush head and extending at least in part through a portion of the chassis assembly, a power train assembly operably connect to the output shaft, where the power train assembly oscillates the output shaft. The toothbrush also includes a fluid connector operably coupled to the chassis assembly and fluidly coupled to the output shaft via the power train assembly. The fluid connector rotates 360 degrees relative to the chassis assembly.
