Abstract: A distributed event processing system is disclosed that receives a batch of events via a continuous data stream and performs the serialization of data in the batch of events. In certain embodiments, the system identifies a first data type of a first attribute for each event in a batch of events and determines a first type of data compression to be performed on data values represented by the first attribute. The system determines a first type of data compression to be performed on data values represented by the first attribute based on the first data type of the first attribute. The system then generates a first set of serialized data values for the first attribute. The system processes the first set of serialized data values against a set of one or more continuous queries to generate a first set of output events.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to the field of retrieval and extraction for designing formulated products by constructed ingredient-functionality lists for formulated products using search engine result excerpts in an automated manner. Many ingredients used in formulated products are multi-functional. Conventionally, in a given category of formulated product, only a single functionality or subset of functionalities of an ingredient is used ignoring other functionalities of which the ingredient is representative. However, there is a need to put together representative ingredients before proceeding further with process steps of making and testing the formulated product. The present disclosure addresses unresolved problems of the conventional methods by obtaining information regarding the functionalities of ingredients used in formulated products using search engines based on a loop processing involving query formation, and construction of a list of ingredients and functionalities till exhaustion.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for a data discovery solution which harnesses the power of crowdsourcing to improve automated data curation. This is done in two complimentary ways: (a) large scale collective curation through anonymized multi-tenancy, and (b) and through internet scale matching and validation gaming platform using mobile application game. The result is the most extensive library of semantic-technical mappings of the enterprise data, which are immediately at hand to provide a fast, easy and a good understanding of the enterprise data. The data discovery solution forms a gateway for governing and unlocking value from big data.

Abstract: A system for storing and disseminating knowledge contained in documents includes a document annotator that creates a structured syntactic textual model of each of the documents, an ontology directed extractor that extracts properties from the textual models, a database for storing the textual models and the properties, and an interface permitting queries to the database. The document annotator includes a plurality of data transformers and a plurality of custom annotator tools. The ontology directed extractor includes an ontology based schema definition and a plurality of ontology based data transformers. The user interface includes the ability to view, search, navigate, create, and exchange documents. The creation feature includes a transclusion function.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for configuring a priority level, a cloud platform, a system, a computing device, and a medium. The method for configuring a priority level for data on a cloud platform comprises determining the data type of received data; determining, according to the data type, a priority level specification used for describing a priority level of the received data; and calculating the priority level of the received data on the basis of the priority level specification of the received data.

Abstract: Mediums, apparatus, computer program code, and means may be provided to customize electronic records associated with a distributed communication network via an automated back-end application computer server. According to some embodiments, a relational database management system database and a plurality of database tables linked to the relational database management system database may be accessed. The back-end application computer server may retrieve electronic record layout information and utilize pre-determined logic associated with the plurality of linked tables, including logic that matches multiple pointers within a single pair of linked tables, to automatically insert accessed data into a customized electronic record in accordance with the electronic record layout information. The customized electronic record may then be transmitted to be rendered via an interactive user interface display.

Abstract: An approach for accessing multi-attribute data records of a master data management system. The method comprises: enhancing the master data management system with one or more search engines for enabling data record access. A request of data may be received at the master data management system. A set of one or more of the multiple attributes, referenced in the received request, may be identified. A combination of one or more of the search engines of the master data management system, whose performances for searching values of at least part of the set of attributes fulfil a current selection rule may be selected. And, the request may be processed using the combination of search engines. At least part of the results of the processing may be provided, and the selection rule may be updated based on user operations on the provided results, the updated selection rule becoming the current selection rule.

A request for shared data associated with web applications received from a user interface that is rendered by a client based on a specification is intercepted. The request is forwarded to a unified application programming interface (API) instead of a disparate unique API associated with the web applications. The request from the client is authenticated externally using the unified API and the request for the shared data is authorized to be displayed in the user interface based on the unified API instead of the specification.

Abstract: A system and method for maintaining a comprehensive catalog of metadata records that describes hierarchical file data held in one or more file systems includes a Modular Change Processor (MCP) that captures event notifications pertaining to contents of affected directories within the file systems, coalesces the translated event notifications, and transmits to the catalog, instructions to mark metadata corresponding to the affected directories as ‘out-of-sync’. An Enumerator Computer (EC) receives from the catalog, identities of directories having metadata marked ‘out-of-sync’; receives from the file systems, updated contents of the ‘out-of-sync’ directories; generates replacement metadata for the updated contents; and sends the replacement metadata to the catalog, optionally with instructions to replace the metadata marked ‘out-of-sync’ with corresponding replacement metadata and to mark the replacement metadata as ‘in-sync’.

Abstract: A sub-archive is initiated. The sub-archive saves changes that have occurred since a previous final archive. Changes to an operational database (i.e., the operational database that is being archived) are allowed during the first sub-archive. A final archive is initiated in series after the sub-archive has completed. The final archive does not allow changes to the operational database when the final archive is active. In one embodiment, the sub-archive may comprise a plurality of sub-archives that depend on an amount of outstanding changes that exist in the operational database.

Abstract: A method of persisting and querying Real User Monitoring (RUM) data comprises grouping together spans associated with a user-interaction with a webpage or application that are ingested during a given time duration. The method also comprises generating one or more data sets each associated with an analysis modality using the grouped spans, wherein each analysis modality extracts a different level of detail from the spans. Further, the method comprises selecting, based on a first user query, a first analysis modality for generating a response to the first user query and accessing a data set that is associated with the first analysis modality. The method also comprises generating the response to the first user query using the data set associated with the first analysis modality, wherein the first user query requests information pertaining to a performance of the application in response to the user-interaction.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that utilize a graph neural network to generate data recommendations. The disclosed systems generate a digital graph representation comprising user nodes corresponding to users, data attribute nodes corresponding to data attributes, and edges reflecting historical interactions between the users and the data attributes; Moreover, the disclosed systems generate, utilizing a graph neural network, user embeddings for the user nodes and data attribute embeddings for the data attribute nodes from the digital graph representation. In addition, the disclosed systems generate, utilizing a graph neural network, user embeddings for the user nodes and data attribute embeddings for the data attribute nodes from the digital graph representation.

Abstract: A method for replaying a log on a data node, a data node, and a database system are described. The method is used to improve a log replay speed, and includes: the data node obtaining a plurality of logs, wherein the plurality of logs includes at least one transaction commit log and at least one page operation log; and a first thread of a plurality of threads replaying the at least one page operation log, and a same second thread replaying all page operation logs including an operation on a same page. As such, log replay progress does not need to be synchronized between threads. A process in which the first thread replays the transaction commit log is independent of a process in which at least one second thread replays the at least one page operation log.

A system may include a network interface configured to request and receive, via a computer network from one or more sources in remote locations, electronic record data associated with an individual; an input filter configured to identify structured and unstructured information in the electronic record data; a data selector configured to analyze the structured and unstructured information; a timeline generator configured to generate, based on the analysis, interface information for displaying an interactive graphical user interface configured to present an event timeline of events in the electronic record data; and a display configured to provide the interactive graphical user interface based on the generated interface information.
