The printer comprises a pre-print image scanner, a post-print image scanner, and a printhead disposed between the pre-print image scanner and the post-print image scanner. The method comprises generating a pre-printing image of a print media, generating the printed document, generating a post-printing image of the printed document, generating a validation image by comparing the post-printing image with the pre-printing image, and comparing the validation image with the source image.

The method includes receiving a request for a form-related service from a client. The form-related service may comprise at least one of generating a form, printing the form, extracting one or more form templates, extracting one or more form schemas, and uploading one or more tenant-created form templates onto a cloud template store. The received request is authenticated. Upon a successful authentication, one or more actions may be performed to render an output based upon the request. The output may include one of a form, the one or more form templates, the one or more form schemas, and a notification for successful or unsuccessful uploading of the one or more tenant-created form templates onto the cloud template store. Upon unsuccessful authentication, an error message may be displayed.

Abstract: A communication system includes a server and a terminal device. In a memory of the server, first identification information is correlated to a plurality of sets of user information and a plurality of sets of restriction information. The first identification information identifies an image processing apparatus. Each of the plurality of sets of restriction information includes information for restricting settings of an image process available to a user specified by a corresponding set of user information. After receiving the target user information and identification information identifying the image processing apparatus, a server side controller acquires and transmits to the terminal device target restriction information. A terminal side controller receives the target restriction information from the server as a response to transmission of the target user information and the identification information; and outputting the target restriction information.

Further, the method includes formulating, by the computing device, a rule based on the correlation. According to the rule, when the first event type occurs, the computing device causes the second event type to occur in response. The method further includes implementing, by the computing device, the rule on the one or more printing devices.
