For example, the system may include modular shelving units that include a shelf which is placeable on a rack, the shelf including a platform, the shelf having a weight sensor below the platform, the platform is configured to support N number of holders, each of the N holders configured to store products, each shelf further having N?1 optical sensors below the N?1 holders when the N?1 holders are supported by the platform and N?1 windows above the N?1 optical sensors, the N?1 optical sensors being in proximity of the N?1 holders, respectively, wherein each holder includes an opening, wherein when a holder is on the shelf, the opening is capable of being aligned with an optical sensor, the shelf further having a processing circuit coupled to the N?1 optical sensors and the weight sensor.

A first set of instructions is executable on the processor that is capable of allowing the setting of trade parameters defining percentages of the one or more securities to be traded to cover a purchase. A second set of instructions is executable on the processor for triggering one or more trades of the one or more securities according to the percentages defined in the trade parameters.

Abstract: An interactive and customizable food delivery system with a high degree of personalization. The system provides for the personalization of a product and product label thereby delivering a client-specified food product based upon their recipe input through a computer device interface. Through use of a computer interface, such as a mobile computing device or “smart phone,” personal computer, or even through a unique computerized kiosk located at a fixed location, the user can input recipes or order products from existing recipes. The product is prepared either locally or remotely and is then delivered or shipped to the user with a customized label indicating ingredients and other information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for correlating electronic communications related to financial transactions. A computing device may receive a first communication related to an update to a past financial transaction. The computing device may identify a second communication by querying, based on the first communication, a communications database. The first communication and second communication may be correlated using one or more natural language processing algorithms. Based on correlating the first communication and second communication, the computing device may identify a portion of the second communication corresponding to the at least one good or service of the past financial transaction by processing, using the one or more natural language processing algorithms, the second communication. The computing device may then cause output of data indicating a correlation between the first communication and the second communication, and the indication of the change to the at least one good or service.

Abstract: A system and method for using a blockchain provenance system to determine and/or track the qualitative issues associated with the supply chain state of one or more products, including obtaining a product identifier and a first set of parameters associated with the product identifier, each parameter indicative of a supply chain state of a product corresponding to the product identifier; determining, in view of the set of parameters, a first set of qualitative issues associated with the supply chain state of the product; and updating a ledger of a blockchain system to indicate an association between the product identifier and the first set of qualitative issues associated with the supply chain state of the product.

A computer system identifies a number of merit groups for a group of employees based on employee evaluation for employees in the group of employees. The computer system identifies a number of compensation adjustment parameters. The computer system applies the number of compensation adjustment parameters to a compensation distribution of the group of employees to determine a compensation adjustment for each merit group. The computer system determines impact of the compensation adjustment on the compensation distribution of the group of employees. The computer system displays the impact of the compensation adjustment in a compensation adjustment scenario.

Abstract: Systems and methods that can verify transactions based upon location disparity between an account holder and POS (point of sale) as well as identity of a customer are provided. The system can employ camera-equipped drones or other image capture mechanisms to perform identity verification on behalf of a financial entity, cardholder or merchant. Further, the innovation provides systems and methodologies by which allegedly fraudulent or suspect transactions can be blocked or further investigated in real- or near real-time so as to assist in loss mitigation and potentially identification of fraudsters.

A misplaced product is identified if the identifying information produced by the feature extractor fails to match the identifying information associated with the best fit features from the product library.

Abstract: Systems and methods involving secure connections between security meshes are disclosed herein. One disclosed device includes a first security processor located within a first security mesh, a first casing having a connector and supporting the first security mesh and the applications processor, a second security processor located within a second security mesh, and a second casing connected to the first casing via the connector and supporting the second security mesh. The first security processor and second security processor are programmed to generate a unique pre-shared key independently on both the first security processor and the second security processor using an elliptic key exchange and establish a secure connection between the first security processor and the second security processor using the unique pre-shared key.
