Abstract: A network management device determines at least one of that an individual error occurs in a target terminal device when a difference between (i) a response time for the target terminal device and (ii) an average response time that is an average value of the response time for each of two or more terminal devices belonging to a group to which the target terminal device belongs is larger than a first predetermined value, and that a group error occurs in a target group when a difference between (i) a current average response time that is an average value of the response time and (ii) a previous average response time that is an average value of a previous response time for two or more terminal devices belonging to the target group is larger than a second predetermined value, the previous response time being immediately prior to the response time.

Abstract: A method for implementing collective communication, a computer device, and a communication system are provided, to resolve problems of high communication latency and resource consumption in the conventional technology. The method includes: identifying a work request having no communication dependency, and when forwarding work requests, directly forwarding the work request identified as having no communication dependency, and forwarding, after queue management, a work request that is not identified as having no communication dependency. According to the application, communication latency caused when the work request having no communication dependency is managed by using a queue can be avoided, and resource consumption caused by performing related management can be reduced, to improve overall communication performance of collective communication.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically creating distributed, self-adjusting and optimizing core network with machine learning is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request to access one or more services and establishing a secure real time communication session with one or more client devices and a set of service layers based on the received request. The method further includes determining one or more service parameters based on the received request and sending one or more handshake messages to each of the set of service layers. Further, the method includes determining one or more environmental parameters and determining best possible service layer capable of processing the received request by using a trained service based ML model. The method includes processing the request at the determined best possible service layer and terminating or transferring the secure real time communication session after the request is processed.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a sidelink signal transmission or reception method for a first terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a signal for assigning one or more first resources; transmitting, to a second terminal, a sidelink signal by using the one or more first resources; receiving, from the second terminal, HARQ non-acknowledgement (NACK) feedback on the sidelink signal; and receiving, from the base station, a signal for assigning a second resource as an initial transmission resource, wherein the second resource is used as a retransmission resource for the sidelink signal.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with a bot communication system for communicating between channels and bots are described. In one embodiment, a system includes a bot manager configured to provide communication between an individual bot from a plurality of bots and a target channel of a plurality of channels. The bot manager is configured to process a bot response from the individual bot to the target channel by at least: identifying channel configuration metadata from a channel metadata repository that defines a channel dependent format for communicating data with the target channel; converting the bot response to the channel dependent format associated with the target channel including formatting data components from the bot response according to the channel configuration metadata of the target channel; and transmitting, via a network connection, the converted bot response to the target channel in the channel dependent format of the target channel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system for a single broadband portal where all content may be delivered to users of varied electronic devices. An example embodiment (i) provides a user interface for enabling user selection of media contents per varied electronic devices, each varied electronic device having a respective platform, the user interface indicating one or more different possible media contents; (ii) accepts from a user requests for distribution service to any of the varied electronic devices of the user, the requests specifying a user desired media content; (ii) locates the user desired media content from a plurality of storage modules; (iv) transmits the user desired media content to at least one of the varied electronic devices of the user; and (v) tracks the transmission of the user desired media content for billing purposes.

Abstract: In an example system, a meter device records streaming session information. Cluster creation circuitry trains a model by grouping information from multiple streaming sessions into clusters. All streaming sessions within a given cluster have matching media and streaming sources. Model executor circuitry assigns incoming streaming session information to a cluster or to noise. Cluster creation circuitry edits the model by creating new clusters out of information from multiple streaming sessions with similar attributes that were originally labeled as noise.

Abstract: System and methods for routing requests for both assisted communications and non-assisted communications with devices operated by deaf or hard-of-hearing (DHH) users using a single number are described. A network component may determine whether to use routing that directs such requests to an assistance system based on the type of communications requested and one or more identifiers in a request. If a communications request includes a DHH user device's identifier and communications type that are represented in assistance routing data, the network component may forward that request to an assistance system. Otherwise, the network component may route such a request normally. A DHH user may request a suspension of the assistance routing for a period of time and/or until reinstatement of the assistance routing is requested.

Abstract: A system performs upgrade of a network that includes network devices that provide connectivity to servers. The system performs network upgrade by evaluating a set of upgrade criteria for each network device to determine whether to upgrade the device or delay upgrading the network device. Each upgrade criterion is based on a relation between the selected network device and other network devices currently being upgraded. After completing the upgrade, the system determines whether the network upgrade completed successfully. The system determines whether the network upgrade completed successfully by determining a pre-snapshot representing a state of the network before network upgrade and a post-snapshot representing a state of the network after network upgrade. The system compares the pre-snapshot and the post-snapshot to determine whether the network upgrade completed successfully.

Abstract: An electric vehicle charging system is provided. The system includes a charging point, one or more EV charging networks, and an open charge point protocol (OCPP) proxy computing device in communication with the charging point and the one or more EV charging networks. The OCPP proxy computing device includes at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device.
