Abstract: An enterprise management system may present data in a user interface that contains tabular data and a graphical representation of the tabular data. The graphical representation may change based on portions of the tabular data that may be selected, and may show a graphical data summary if no rows are selected, or detailed graphical illustrations of the selected rows. In some cases, filters may be applied to the data, and a selection tool may enable a user to select from several different parameters in each row.

Abstract: Techniques for representing and navigating information in three dimensions are provided. Information content is rendered to at least one side of a three-dimensional representation of a graphical shape. Summary information is link to the information from a top of the shape. The information also links to background information housed on a bottom of the shape. Links can be activated and the shape can be rotated in any direction to navigate the information, the summary information, and the background information within the shape.

Abstract: Image analysis systems components, devices, and methods are provided for viewing the image data stack in less time with less effort and less repetitive motions. The navigation device, for example, can include: (i) an indexing state selector for independently selecting a desired subset within the independently viewable subsets, the desired subset indexed for an efficient image selection with a single click of the indexing state selector; and, (ii) a scrolling state selector for scrolling through the desired subsest as a data series of the discrete images. And, a graphical user interface can be operably connected to the processor for viewing the plurality of sets of discrete sets of images. The systems, components, devices, and methods provided are solutions to the problem of providing rapid, efficient process for viewing a data-stack of images by implementing, for example, “point-free” steps and less repetitive motions.

The context-based action determiner includes a type determining module configured to determine a type of a context object based on a context in which the context object is being used. The context-based action determiner also includes an action determining module configured to determine one or more context-specific actions that may be performed for the context object based on the type of the context object and to provide the context-specific actions to a user. The context-based action determiner further includes a selection receiving module configured to receive a selection from the user of a context-specific action to be performed and an action performing module configured to perform the selected context-specific action. The type of the context object and the action to be performed are determined based on a smart tag configuration.

Abstract: A method of providing secondary content on a mobile device such that the secondary content is associated with a controller and is a member of one of a plurality of content categories. The method includes displaying primary content on an interface of the mobile device; receiving the secondary content at the mobile device; applying a visual property to the controller, the visual property identifying the content category that the secondary content is a member of. Further, after receiving the secondary content at the mobile device, the controller is displayed on the interface of the mobile device such that the controller does not visually interfere with the displayed primary content. Upon receiving input selecting the controller, the secondary content associated with the controller is displayed on the interface of the mobile device.

Abstract: Storage apparatus and related methods for inventorying removable media. A controller is configured to robotically manage the removable media and to inventory the media after power-up using a default inventory method. An operator control panel is coupled to the controller and is configurable to solicit one of a number of alternate inventory methods from a user during power-up. Various user interfaces may be provided including a graphical user interface, a web interface and a command line interface. Password security may be provided that is a function of the risk an operator is required to assume when choosing a particular mode.

In response to detecting the first multifinger gesture on the touch-sensitive surface, the device replaces display of the first workspace view with concurrent display of the plurality of workspace views.

Abstract: A mobile terminal supporting detachable memory cards and a method for managing the detachable memory cards attached to the mobile terminal is provided. The detachable memory card management method of the present invention includes displaying, if at least two memory cards are detected, icons representing the memory cards on an idle mode screen, detecting selection of at least one of the icons, and creating files, stored in a source memory card represented by one of the selected icons, in a destination memory card represented by another icon. The detachable memory card management method of the present invention is capable of displaying the card icons representing the memory cards attached to the mobile terminal on the idle mode screen such that the user can identify the attached memory cards.

Abstract: Acclimatizing a user to a scheduling pattern change includes: in a calendar system implemented by at least one processor, determining an anticipated scheduling pattern change for the user; establishing with the calendar system an acclimatization period to transition the user to the scheduling pattern change; receiving in the calendar system a request to schedule an event for the user at a time within the acclimatization period; and prompting the user to reschedule the event to a time outside of the acclimatization period with the calendar system.

The image generation section generates a first image which is obtained by combining the navigation image and the first operation button image and a second image which includes the second operation button. The first image and the second image are respectively displayed in a first display region and a second display region. The first display region and the second display region are separated by a movable boundary.
