The band has a flange defining an upper opening and a pavilion-facing interior surface defining a lower opening. The flange extends radially inward a pre-selected distance to sit on a top edge of a girdle of the stone, and the pavilion-facing interior surface is angled to seat against facets of the stone. A channel is formed in and extends around an interior perimeter of the band between the flange and the pavilion-facing interior surface, and a cured material fills the channel and defines a plurality of pavilion facet-mating surfaces. The cured material defines a layer having a preselected color selected to enhance a brilliance of the stone.

The bracelet may have a variety fashionable and ornamental appearances with the first and/or second compartments built into a front or rear of the bracelet.

Abstract: Innovative jewelry articles are contemplated. The jewelry articles include a band and a link that is movable with respect to the band based on hand or finger movement. The band includes two disconnecting ends with a through hole provided at each end. The link includes two prongs with each inserted through the corresponding hole to connect the two ends. The link also includes two jewelry settings with each connected to the respective prong inserted through the hole. The settings on the band keeps the link hanging on the band. The link further includes a body that extends toward the center of the band. The body contacts the finger when the jewelry article is worn. With this contact, finger or hand movement can cause the tubular link to move up and down with respect to the band.

The device includes an elastic band, an at least one sliding cinch, and a lanyard attachment mechanism. The elastic band is used to firmly secure and hold the item. The sliding cinch includes a constricting body and a strap-receiving hole. The strap-receiving hole traverses through the constricting body. The elastic band is slidably positioned within the strap-receiving hole to position the body of the elastic band adjacent to itself in order to create two separate loops. The first loop is positioned around the item and constricted tightly by sliding the sliding cinch adjacent to the item, thus securing and holding the item. The second loop is used to attach the lanyard attachment mechanism to the elastic band. The lanyard attachment mechanism is coupled to the elastic band and allows the device to attach to external structures.
