Abstract: A financial institution computing system includes an account database with a plurality of transaction parameters with respect to a financial account of a customer, a receptiveness metrics circuit structured to extract the plurality of transaction parameters from the account database, the transaction parameters including at least one financial transaction record, and indicative of a mode of the customer, and determine one or more receptiveness metrics attributed to the customer based on the mode of the customer, the one or more receptiveness metrics indicating likelihoods of the customer converting an interaction from the financial institution, wherein the interaction includes an avatar that is an aged version of the customer, and an interaction generation circuit structured to transmit the interaction to the customer at an optimal time based on the one or more receptiveness metrics.

Abstract: The present invention provides a blockchain-based method and system for processing a traffic violation event. The method includes: obtaining traffic violation reporting information provided by a first vehicle node stored in a blockchain; obtaining an associated evidence data identifier in the traffic violation reporting information; obtaining, according to the evidence data identifier, evidence data provided by a second vehicle node stored in the blockchain; and determining, according to the traffic violation reporting information and the associated evidence data, whether the traffic violation reporting information is valid. In the present invention, each vehicle node in the blockchain automatically collects data of a traffic violation event, so that credible traffic violation determining is completed based on an intelligent contract, and credibility and tamper resistance of traffic violation determining is improved based on recording information of a plurality of associated blockchain nodes.

Abstract: The present disclosure promotes distribution of sensor data among a plurality of business operators. A controller that an information processing system according to the present disclosure includes collects first data including a plurality of items and personal information from mobile bodies belonging to a first business operator. The controller converts the first data to second data not being usable to identify individuals. The controller provides data in a range decided based on content of a predetermined data use contract, among the second data, to a second business operator. The controller calculates a consideration for the data that is to be paid by the second business operator, based on a data use record of the second business operator.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for automatically analyzing handwritten text to determine a mismatch between a purported writer and an actual writer is disclosed. The method comprises receiving two samples of digitized handwriting each allegedly created by one individual and received and entered into a digital system by another. The method further comprises performing a series of feature extractions to convert the samples into two vectors of extracted features; automatically clustering a set of vectors such that the first vector and the second vector are assigned to the same cluster among multiple clusters, based on vector similarity; and automatically determining that a same individual being associated with both the first and second samples indicates a heightened probability that the individual fraudulently created both samples. Finally, the method comprises automatically transmitting a message to flag additional samples of digitized handwriting entered into a digital system as possibly fraudulent.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a real-time merchandising system for the communication of offers and the acceptance or rejection of the communicated offers. The offers communicated may be based on the location of the merchandising system, the time of day and the user device that is in proximity of the system. The merchandising system may require no, or a minimum of, user interaction for an offer to be accepted or rejected or for the offer to expire. It may also be configured to track and analyze offer campaign effectiveness.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for measuring the effectiveness of a marketing and advertising campaign directed at consumers. The systems and methods receive data corresponding to consumers that were served impressions in the campaign, and match the data to identifiers for credit records of the consumers. Credit record activity information in the credit records related to products and services of the campaign can be retrieved and potentially depersonalized. The credit record activity information can be the basis of a campaign report for adjusting and optimizing the campaign, in the case of an in-flight campaign report, or future campaigns, in the case of a post-campaign report. More accurate measurement of the effectiveness of the campaign can be obtained due to linking of a consumer's activity with the campaign.

The computer system determines that a first Payments Reward Identifier (PRI) is associated with the first token by accessing a PRI database. In response to determining that the first PRI is associated with the first token, the computer system accesses the PRI database and determines that the first PRI is associated with a record within the PRI database that corresponds to a first rewards ID (RID). In response to determining that the first PRI is associated with a record within the PRI database that corresponds to the first rewards, the computer system determines a first rewards amount corresponding to the first transaction, and updates a total rewards amount, in a rewards database, corresponding to the determined first RID based on the first rewards amount.

One method includes an operation for operation for receiving a request, from a client device, for a value of an exposure rate of a zone within a webpage, the request comprising at least one search parameter and information about a viewport of the presented webpage. A check is made to determine if the exposure rate has been previously calculated. When the exposure rate has not been previously calculated, a visibility height of the zone is calculated and stored in a memory. When the exposure rate has been calculated, the visibility height is retrieved from the memory. Recordings of members accessing the webpage are analyzed to determine when the visibility height of the zone is visible in member devices accessing the webpage. The exposure rate of the zone is calculated based on the determinations of visibility of the zone.

Abstract: A mobile locker system is provided having a security mechanism permitting an agent to access the locker parked at a temporary product exchange station, and an exchange mechanism directing the agent to the station location. The agent can be a delivery agent inserting the product into the locker or a receiving agent removing the product from the locker. The locker may be attached to a mobile platform, such as an automotive vehicle. A communications subsystem transmits an identifier associated with the agent accessing the locker, an identifier associated with the locker, and the geographic location of the locker to a server. An ordering mechanism accepts product orders, product exchange station location requests, or both, from a receiving agent, and has an interface to supply the ordered product to a delivery exchange mechanism. A receiving exchange mechanism passes the locker information to the receiving agent.

Abstract: An automated package transfer system and method are provided with a concierge interface. A publically accessible locker, associated with a package transfer service, has a compartment configured to limit access to a stored package. The locker can be used to deliver or pick up packages. The locker is moved to a selected temporary stationary location and access to the locker compartment is controlled. A communications subsystem selectively connects a (local) concierge user interface (UI) with a (remote) package transfer service locker attendant UI. The locker may be attached to a portable kiosk or a vehicle and positioned at a selected location using an autonomous driverless software application. The stationary locations may be cross-referenced to weighted values, which may be related to service prices and expenses. In one aspect, the concierge UI is connected to the locker attendant UI in response to the vehicle being parked in a selected stationary location.

Abstract: Systems and computer-readable media for generating dynamic pricing rules to govern offered price-volume break points. Initial target price-volume break points are offered during a time window. For each transaction of the product, transaction information including the transacted price, quantity, and identifying information of the purchaser is received. Based on a sales trend determined from the transaction information, the time window and the offered price can be updated. After the expiration of the time window, redemptions are generated for each purchaser of the product, based at least in part on the final quantity sold during the time window and the offered price-volume break points. A market price elasticity function is interpolated from observed market price elasticities at each price-volume break point. Using the market price elasticity function, dynamic pricing rules are optimized and updated and then used to calculate updated price-volume break points to be offered for the product.
