Abstract: A system for categorizing, visualizing, and recommending cannabis products based on objective data of the chemical composition of products is described. This system allows cannabis products to be visualized and compared based on their chemical composition, even by laypeople with little or no knowledge of the underlying objective data. A recommendation system is built upon this which can recommend products for consumption, including a user interface for receiving user input, which includes at least one of demographic data, desired level of psychoactivity, or prior experience with the product, a merchant interface for receiving merchant input, including at least one of general data descriptive of the regulated product, lab data descriptive of the regulated products chemical composition, and user data descriptive of subjective effects of the regulated product on a user; and a decision engine making a recommendation of product according to correlation of the lab data with the user data.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for a supply chain entity having an inventory of one or more items and a warehouse management system receiving orders for one or more items, determining a container for the one or more items, and generating a packing plan for the items. Aspects of the embodiments may include one or more instruction rendering devices having a sensor and a displaying augmented reality instructions and feedback.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to automatically determining customer information in response to detecting that a customer's mobile device is located at a retail location. A mobile device of the customer may detect a communication from a wireless communication beacon, and may send a customer ID to a backend server. Upon receiving the customer ID, the backend server may access customer information, and transmit it to a server of the retail location. The server may, in turn, cause a customer mobile device in the retail location to display the customer information, thus facilitating effective and efficient customer service. With the customer's permission, upon detecting the customer's mobile device, customer information may be pushed to a salesperson's device or information (e.g., insurance quote or claim information; new vehicle financing, feature, or review information; or other product or service information) may be pushed to the customer's mobile device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for automatic subscription-based ordering of product components. During display of media content, the system receives a voice input and determines that the voice input indicates interest in a product. The system identifies the components required to create the product and identifies a subscription to an automated shopping service. Upon identifying the subscription, the system determines whether required components are available via the automated shopping service. Further, the system excludes components that were previously purchased via the automated shopping service, and the system automatically places an order through the automated shopping service for the remaining components.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically determining item relevancy based on textual information. In some examples, a computing device receives a search query, and a plurality of items corresponding to the search query. The computing device may identify one or more features of the search query. The computing device may generate relevancy values for each of the items based on the features of the search query, and features of each of the plurality of items. For example, the computing device may generate, for each of the items, a plurality of relevance values, each relevance value generated based on a feature of the search query and corresponding features of the item. The computing device may transmit the generated relevancy values for the plurality of items. In some examples, the computing device may rank the plurality of items based on the generated relevancy values.

Abstract: A system and method of an intelligent shopping infrastructure is provided. A data storage of current inventory from a plurality of merchants is maintained. User preferences that indicate an item affinity of a user are retrieved. Furthermore, a location of the user is detected. Using the detected location, available inventory, and item affinity, an available item from the current inventory of a merchant located within a predetermined distance to the location of the user that match the item affinity of the user is identified. The available item is presented on a user interface of a client device of the user.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media are provided for determining individual item-level details associated with a transaction. A plurality of purchase transactions associated with different merchants may be displayed via a user interface. Responsive to a user selection of a first transaction, of the plurality of transactions, a camera may capture an image of at least a portion of a user receipt associated with the first transaction. The image of the user receipt may be analyzed using one or more optical character recognition (OCR) algorithms to convert the image of the user receipt into textual data. One or more character strings associated with line item-level details may be extracted from the textual data associated with the first transaction. Additional information associated with the line item details may be determined and the line item details and the additional information may be displayed via a user interface.

Abstract: Systems and methods to predict and optimize automated recipe selection and item delivery for a customer. An item-selection server selects a plurality of predicted recipes based on customer preferences and order history. Hard and soft constraints are obtained to perform the optimization of the predicted recipes. The hard constraints define parameters that cannot be violated by a recipe or set of recipes, and soft constraints define parameters that expresses a tradeoff value associated with a recipe or set of recipes. Optimization includes selecting multiple sets of predicted recipes based on the hard constraints and scoring each recipe set based on the soft constraints, item inventory, and customer preferences. A specific set of recipes is selected for the order based on the scores, and the filling of the order is initiated for the customer with items associated with the selected set of recipes.

The probabilities may be based on the probability of a repeat event and the probability of a general event. The recommendation model may generate a recommendation for the user based on the probabilities of a future potential event.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system, method, and computer program for automatically providing similar product recommendations for sold-out products promoted on non-merchant publisher sites, wherein the similar product recommendations are filtered for publisher preferences. A computer system with a product database provides a platform that enables non-merchant publishers to search products in the database, create call-to-actions on publisher sites for products in the database, and automatically receive similar product recommendations when end users of the publisher sites attempt to purchase promoted products that are now sold out. Once a publisher creates a call-to-action for a product that subsequently becomes sold out, similar product recommendations are provided without requiring any action on the publisher's part to change the publisher's site. Similar product recommendations are tailored to each publisher to account for publisher preferences.
