Abstract: A secure inventory management system includes a product information data store that holds inventory information for products that are associated with one or more channels, as well as a consumer profile data store holding consumer-product purchase event information for each channel. The system also includes a channel manager user interface via which the system will receive a consumer identifier from a channel manager user for a first channel, identify products that are in an inventory of the first channel, and use the consumer profile data to generate recommendations for products in the inventory. At least some of the consumers, and at least some of the products, will be associated with multiple channels. The system maintains security and privacy of information so that only aggregate supplier information is shared across channels, and no personally identifiable consumer information is shared with anyone who is not authorized to access the information.

Abstract: Among other things, a computing system receives data from a user device. The data may be about one or more users and can indicate one or more content preferences associated with a first user. The computing system also receives provider data from a provider system. The provider data may be about one or more products that are offered for procurement from the provider. The computing system stores the provider data about the one or more products and at least a subset of the data about the one or more users in a memory of the system. The computing system generates a user-specific interface that is provided for output to the user device. The user-specific interface is generated using the data about at least one product and based on at least one content preference of the first user.

Abstract: Even with the best efforts to design and deliver accurate systems with usable interfaces, customers often encounter difficulties in completing a task using an electronic device, such as completing a form on a web page, using a software application, or navigating an interface. This may be due to a programming error, inaccurate instructions, or an unusual situation not contemplated by the programmers or designers. Without interaction with a human agent, a cue may be provided to the user upon detection of an issue for completing the task. A co-browse operation may be automatically initiated to provide a cue selected in accord with the issue that thereby allows the user to complete the task.

Abstract: Example embodiments are directed to systems and method to facilitate omnichannel retailing. A networked system determines a location of the user device within a store and accesses a map of the store. An item from a list of one or more items is identified, whereby the item has a plurality of locations within the store. A first location of the item from the plurality of locations is selected. The networked system causes display, on a user interface on the user device, of the location of the user device and the first location of the item and causes display of a user interface element that is operable to receive user selection of a different location from the plurality of locations. In response to receiving the user selection, the networked system ceases display of the first location on the map and causes display of the different location on the map.

Abstract: A method for proactively creating an image product includes capturing an image of an object in a first environment by a device, storing a library of personalized products each characterized by a product type, automatically recognizing the object in the image as having a product type associated with the library of personalized products, automatically creating a design for the personalized product of the product type using personalized content, automatically displaying the design of the personalized product of the product type incorporating the selected photo in the first environment on the device, and manufacturing a physical product based on the design of the personalized product.

Abstract: A content delivery system consolidates aggregates and analyzes content. Content may be construed broadly, such as text, video, audio, merchandise, news, bands, festivals, venues, release dates, concerts, performances, etc. The system may obtain content, filter content and/or apply preferences and/or analytics to determine a particular content. Analytics may include various content matching processes, such as hashing, for example. A notification may be generated based on the particular content and the notification may be sent, to a user's portable device for example. An aggregation application on the portable device may present an indication of the notification and response to selection of the notification. For example, the aggregation application may display the content associated with the notification. The aggregation application may track the user's behavior and update various analytics based on the tracking information.

Abstract: Systems and methods to provide transaction-related insight information for an establishment. In some aspects of the present disclosure, a digital image captured at a location of a user can be received. The digital image can be analyzed to identify an establishment. Transaction data between customers and the establishment can be retrieved. Transaction-related insight information about the establishment can be generated based on the data. The transaction-related insight information can be provided to the user.

Abstract: Provided are various mechanisms and processes for generating dynamic merchant similarity predictions. In one aspect, a system is configured for receiving historical datasets that include a series of merchants from historical browsing sessions generated by one or more users. The merchants are converted into corresponding vector representations for training a predictive model to output associated merchants based on a generated weighted vector space. Once sufficiently trained, data from a new browsing session may be received, which may include a target merchant. The target merchant is input into the predictive model as a vector to output one or more context merchants having vectors with the highest cosine similarity value to the target merchant vector. Selected context merchants may then be transmitted to the user device as targeted merchant suggestions in the new browsing session. The predictive models may be continuously trained using data received from subsequent browsing sessions.

Abstract: Systems, media and methods for staggered medical transactions are provided. A method includes displaying a plurality of products on a display client. The method may further include receiving, at the display client, input from a user selecting a product. The method may also further include prompting the user via the display client to continue on another device. The method may additionally include outputting, via the display client, an identifier associated with the product and the user. The method may also additionally include receiving the identifier at a user device after the user has been authenticated at the user device. The method may still further include receiving confirmation input at the user device from the user confirming selection of the product. The method may also still further include outputting, from the user device, the confirmation data based upon the confirmation input.

Abstract: In some examples, a service computing device receives an indication that a buyer associated with a buyer profile has selected a first item to purchase from a first merchant site. The service computing device associates information related to the first item with a persistent virtual cart associated with the buyer profile. The service computing device receives an indication that the buyer has selected a second item to purchase from the second merchant site. The service computing device associates information related to the second item with the buyer profile. The service computing device receives, from a buyer device, an indication of intention to purchase the items in the persistent virtual cart. Consequently, the service computing device may send an order for the first item to a computing device associated with the first merchant and an order for the second item to a computing device associated with the second merchant.

Abstract: The embodiments disclose an apparatus including a system and method for displaying wheel styles and artwork on vehicles to allow customers to make an informed purchasing decision at the dealer location regarding different wheel styles or paint colors and paint pattern artwork choices to purchase for their vehicle. This system and method enables a sales person to show a customer a variety of wheel styles, tires, paint colors, paint patterns and various decorations, such as pinstriping, will look on the customers actual vehicle by holograph or conventional projection of the products displayed on the vehicle. Purchasers can also use a smartphone mobile application to superimpose products onto a photo of their vehicle on a smartphone display screen or view images in combination with a smartphone projector or virtual reality headset 3D viewer and their smartphone to get a complete 3D view of the product choices that the user can make for their vehicle.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for a commerce platform coordinating a purchase of a product sold by a merchant system through a third party application are described. The method may include receiving a notification from the third party application requesting to purchase a product from within the third party application, wherein the notification comprises an identifier for the product and an identifier for the merchant system that sells the product. The method may also include a product checkout interface having an appearance consistent with an appearance of a user interface of the third party application, and transmitting the product checkout interface generated by the commerce platform to a user device executing the third party application causing the third party application to render the product checkout interface within at least a portion of the user interface of the third party application.

Abstract: A personalized garment and clothing design system and a personalized garment and clothing design process are disclosed. The personalized garment and clothing design system provides a user-accessible, interactive website that is configured to allow a user to design personalized garments and clothes. The personalized garment and clothing design system hosts a website that is interactive and provides several personalized garment and clothing design web user interface (UI) tools through which the user can provide personalized body type and sizing information. The user can utilize the UI tools to customize and personalize styles, fabrics, trims, sizing, colors, patterns, clothing and garment features, etc. The user can also interact with a customized digital mannequin to view personalized garment and clothing designs in progress. When finished, the garment or clothing design is physically produced and sent to the user to wear or start their own line and sell their custom designed garments.

Abstract: A system for categorizing, visualizing, and recommending cannabis products based on objective data of the chemical composition of products is described. This system allows cannabis products to be visualized and compared based on their chemical composition, even by laypeople with little or no knowledge of the underlying objective data. A recommendation system is built upon this which can recommend products for consumption, including a user interface for receiving user input, which includes at least one of demographic data, desired level of psychoactivity, or prior experience with the product, a merchant interface for receiving merchant input, including at least one of general data descriptive of the regulated product, lab data descriptive of the regulated products chemical composition, and user data descriptive of subjective effects of the regulated product on a user; and a decision engine making a recommendation of product according to correlation of the lab data with the user data.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for a supply chain entity having an inventory of one or more items and a warehouse management system receiving orders for one or more items, determining a container for the one or more items, and generating a packing plan for the items. Aspects of the embodiments may include one or more instruction rendering devices having a sensor and a displaying augmented reality instructions and feedback.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to automatically determining customer information in response to detecting that a customer's mobile device is located at a retail location. A mobile device of the customer may detect a communication from a wireless communication beacon, and may send a customer ID to a backend server. Upon receiving the customer ID, the backend server may access customer information, and transmit it to a server of the retail location. The server may, in turn, cause a customer mobile device in the retail location to display the customer information, thus facilitating effective and efficient customer service. With the customer's permission, upon detecting the customer's mobile device, customer information may be pushed to a salesperson's device or information (e.g., insurance quote or claim information; new vehicle financing, feature, or review information; or other product or service information) may be pushed to the customer's mobile device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for automatic subscription-based ordering of product components. During display of media content, the system receives a voice input and determines that the voice input indicates interest in a product. The system identifies the components required to create the product and identifies a subscription to an automated shopping service. Upon identifying the subscription, the system determines whether required components are available via the automated shopping service. Further, the system excludes components that were previously purchased via the automated shopping service, and the system automatically places an order through the automated shopping service for the remaining components.
