  • Patent number: 11653239
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamically changing a channel state information (CSI) reporting protocol by adjusting CSI reporting frequency for a wireless device communicating with an access node within a wireless network. The methods and systems identify a power headroom (PHR) value at a particular wireless device and adjust the CSI reporting frequency when the PHR satisfies a predetermined threshold. The method changes the CSI reporting frequency for the wireless device to enable more frequent CSI reporting over a primary path to the access node to facilitate reallocation of resources.

  • Patent number: 11616696
Abstract: A system for negotiating Ethernet link settings between interconnected nodes in a network having an Ethernet protocol stack that includes a PCS sub-layer with an auto-negotiation function. The system comprises connecting an intermediate device coupled between two network nodes via optical or copper interfaces, with the link settings between each node and the connected intermediate device being the same, thereby bypassing the auto-negotiation of the PCS sub-layer in the intermediate device. The intermediate device may transparently send negotiation messages from each node to the other during the link negotiation phase without interacting with those messages. Instead of the intermediate device, a single form pluggable (SFP) device may be connected between the two network nodes via optical or copper interfaces on the network side and via an SFP slot on the device side.

  • Patent number: 11611451
Abstract: A method for detecting a movement path in a monitored environment generates a first movement path record by collecting first node information for each of a first series of nodes including at least one of a sensor ID or a device ID, and a trigger time. The method further determines a first movement path total duration time from a difference between a time of the ending node and a time of the starting node of the first series of nodes. The method further stores the first movement path record and subsequently compares a second movement path record with the first movement path record by comparing the first node information with second node information for each of a second series of nodes of the second movement path record, and the first movement path total duration time with a second movement path total duration time.
