The device prevents germs and bacteria from being contracted, ensuring the user stays clean even while using a public toilet. The device eliminates the need to use flimsy paper covers commonly found in public restrooms.

Abstract: A liquid dispensing applicator may include a liquid source for housing a liquid, the liquid source having a first end and a second end, the second end being closed; a swab member for dispensing said liquid, the swab member being disposed at the first end; and at least one capillary member being in fluid communication with the liquid source, the capillary tube directing fluid out from the liquid source onto an exterior of the swab member upon application of pressure to the liquid source. A liquid dispensing applicator may also include an applicator tip fluidically connected to the liquid source including a frangible juncture and a tongue member coupled to the frangible junction, application of force to the tongue member causing the frangible junction to fracture while remaining attached to the tongue member, resulting in at least one aperture to form through which liquid from the liquid source is dischargeable.

The elastic material also has a plurality of apertures to provide atmospheric communication through the elastic sleeve to an inserted soap cake's surface.

The first recess removably receives the second roller ball housing. The second recess of a first section removably receives the second roller ball housing of a second section. The third fastener of a first section engages the second fastener of the bottle and the fourth fastener of a second section to allow connection of a section to the bottle and connection of the sections to each other, thereby enabling attachment of the bottle and the sections to one another in an interchangeably stacked configuration.

The sponge carrier is movable in a translationally guided manner with respect to the base and has a hollow connector inside which a liquid channel is provided that connects the liquid storage to the sponge receptacle. This liquid channel is provided with an outlet valve, which is opened by moving the sponge carrier in the direction of the base, such that liquid can flow freely out of the liquid storage into the sponge receptacle.

In its best mode, it is envisioned as a dispenser for nipple cream, for nursing mothers. The applicator has attachment means for securing the applicator to a squeeze-tube. The invention may include a squeeze tube, or alternatively an outer base to assist in retaining the invention on a squeeze tube. The cream product from the squeeze tube is directed through an outlet neck and then through a slit in a soft pad. The pad is useful for spreading cream evenly onto skin cleanly and comfortably. A cap forms a tight seal with the outer base to protect the pad and the contents of the tube. The cap may be attached to the outer base with a connector. Alternatively, the cap may be attached to a suction cup.
