Abstract: A sleeve for holding a container includes an enclosed wall and a flexible concave base defining an orifice. The flexible concave base connects to the cylindrical wall with the orifice within the enclosed wall. The flexible concave base opens away from said enclosed wall. The sleeve insulates the containers, holds the container, attaches the container to a surface, and eases the removal of the container from the sleeve.

Abstract: A garbage receptacle with incorporated liner compartment including a container having an open upper end, a closed lower end, and a surrounding side wall therebetween. The container includes an intermediate lateral wall disposed upwardly of the closed lower end whereby a storage compartment is formed between the intermediate sliding shelf and the closed lower end. The surrounding side wall has an opening therein exposing the storage compartment. The opening has a removable access panel disposed therein. The storage compartment is dimensioned for holding a box of garbage liners therein. The intermediate sliding shelf has a central aperture therethrough, whereby a single liner is fed through the aperture to be extended up over the open upper end of the container.

Abstract: An actuating drive (1) has a housing (4) which also affords protection from splashed water and which comprises two housing portions (5; 6), wherein the two housing portions (5; 6) each have an edge (20; 40) with a respective end face (21; 41) which are disposed in opposite relationship when the housing portions are assembled. When the two housing portions (5; 6) are assembled zones which act in different ways are formed between the two end faces (21; 41). A first zone (Z1) in which the two housing portions (5; 6) are in contact with each other is provided on the housing (4) towards the exterior. A second zone (Z2) having a passage (55) is provided beside the first zone (Z1), towards the interior. The passage (55) of the second zone (Z2) is closed towards an internal space (33) of the housing by a third zone (Z3) in which the two housing portions (5; 6) are not in contact with each other.

Abstract: A plastic container is constituted by upper and lower tank members and a filter. The filter has a cylinder portion, upper and lower flanges fixed to both ends of the cylinder portion respectively. The upper flange of the filter has a cylindrical flange portion engaged with inner surfaces of butt portions of the upper and lower tank members. Further, a clamped portion is formed on an outer periphery of the cylindrical flange portion and is clamped by the butt portions. The upper and lower tank members are fixedly connected by a plastic band which is formed by executing an injection welding on an outer peripheral portion including the butt portions and the clamped portion.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for preventing vehicle instability from sloshing fuel and aiding in the structural strength of a vehicle fuel tank by using a vee-shaped baffle that is inserted into the warm fuel tank a predetermined distance and plastic welded inside the plastic fuel tank.

Abstract: A no spill training cup includes a cup and cover with a drinking spout in the cover. The cover also has a vent opening for maintaining the ambient pressure in the cup with the vent opening being covered by a hydrophobic membrane that allows the flow of air into the cup but prevents liquid from flowing out of the cup through the vent opening. A valve housing is attached to the cover on the inlet side of the spout. The valve includes a diaphragm supported in the housing and biased to engage a valve seat in the housing to prevent flow of liquid from the cup to the spout. When a child sucks on the spout, the pressure on the outlet side of the diaphragm causes it to disengage the valve seat and allow the liquid to flow out of the cup through the spout. When the child stops sucking on the spout, the valve immediately returns to its closed position on the seat so as to prohibit the flow of liquid from the cup through the spout.

Abstract: A fluid storage tank that comprises a tank shell. The tank shell is fabricated from a top, a bottom, a front end cap, a rear end cap, a first side, and a second side. The tank shell has an interior defining an open volume inside. The tank shell is supported by at least one baffle that is fastened onto the tank shell. The top has a hatch that contains a conventional hinge means and is capable of being latched by a conventional latch means. A drain hole is located on the bottom of the tank, or on a bottom sump that is attached onto the bottom of the fluid storage tank assembly. The top and the bottom of the tank assembly are generally parallel in relationship. The first side and the second side of the tank assembly are both attached to the top and the bottom of the tank assembly. The top is shown smaller than the bottom creating a trapezoidal shape.

Abstract: This invention is a “renovated structure of bowl with the function of rotating and the changeable patterns”. Especially there are several selections of the patterns for the bowl. This invention is consisted by a mainframe, outer rings, patterned rings, and a base. The patterned ring is set on the outer ring, and the outer ring is fit in the mainframe from the downside, and then the base is combined with the mainframe. The outer rings may not only allow the bowl to rotate, but also provide various fascinating patterns for change. The consumers may choose their preferred patterns and colors on the bowl to create the lovely atmosphere in the kitchen.

Abstract: A combination disposable cup insulator/stabilizer and the process and method for making the same comprising the steps of selecting a first disposable cup demonstrating a frustoconical configuration, separating the upper portion of the first cup from its lower portion by slicing the cup about its mid-section, discarding the lower portion, and retaining the upper portion for use as a combination insulator/stabilizer. When used a cup liner/insulator, the upper portion of the first disposable cup is slid from below over the outside of a second disposable cup identical in size and shape to the first disposable cup. When used as a cup stabilizer, the upper portion of the first cup is inverted to receive the base of a second disposable cup identical in size and shape to the first disposable cup. The same combination insulator/stabilizer can be fabricated by modifying existing manufacturing facilities to produce top cup portions only.

Abstract: Spill resistant dishware which has a bottom annular edge with this bottom annular edge adapted to rest on a supporting surface. A low tack adhesive is applied to the bottom annular edge. This dishware is capable of being fixed in position on the supporting surface by the adhesive with said dishware to remain in this position even during breezy conditions. However, the adhesive permits easy disengagement of the dish and resecurement of the dish on the supporting surface. This dishware's novel design allows the dishware to be stacked one upon the other without any adhesive coming into contact with the food or liquid holding compartments of the underlying dishware, without the need for adhesive liners.

Abstract: A salad bowl made of a plastic moldable material having a platform adjacent one side of the bowl to permit the bowl to rest on the platform so that the bowl may be maintained in an upright position. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, a cover is capable of fitting over the top of the bowl for maintaining the contents of the bowl in place when the bowl is positioned in its upright position.

Abstract: A hard and soft plastic integral nozzle structure includes a built-in supporting frame member which is made of hard plastic, and at least having a left and a right clipping rod such that both the left clipping rod and the right clipping rod of the frame member in the injected mold being propped by a propping member to open outward, and forms an integrally wrapped nozzle. After the propping member in the mold retracts and separates from the mold, the contraction of the elasticity for the two clipping rods of the supporting frame member made of hard plastic material gives an excellent anti-leaking effect for the crevices at the center of the nozzle.

Abstract: Trash Bag Holder with a four sided, rigid paneled, open bottomed bag holding structure. Two opposing walls of the structure have die cut apertures near the top of the structure and flexible plastic panels that cover the cutouts that can removably retain portions of a plastic trash bag. The plastic panels each have an X shaped slit where a portion of a plastic bag can be pushed through each slit by the user. The plastic panels are attached to the walls by rivets or other standard attachment. The four side panels are attached at each adjoining edge by an integral hinge so that the panels can be folded onto each other to create a relatively flat configuration for storage and packaging.

Abstract: By providing an elongated, flexible hinge which extends between one edge of the base and an adjacent edge of the lid or cover, with the hinge being constructed for controlling the arcuate pivoting movement of the lid relative to the base, a uniquely constructed, self-sealing, perimeter, clam-shell container is realized. By precisely controlling the arcuate path through which the lid moves relative to the base, as well as maintaining precisely controlled positions and orientations, automatic engagement of the cooperating ridge and groove of each component is realized, and complete engagement of the ridge and groove is attained.

Abstract: A pedestal display and storage system which comprises a plurality of rectangular panels. The panels have an upper horizontal edge, a lower horizontal edge and two vertical side edges there between. Also provided is a plurality of pairs of clamps fabricated of a semi rigid resilient plastic material. The clamps are in a generally U-shaped configuration and are coupled to the panels. Next provided is a plurality of normally planar central pivoting members, one for each pair of clamps. Each pivoting member is formed as a strip of material aligned with and attached to the clamps. The member pivotably couples the clamps and the panels. Lastly there is provided a lid which is positionable on the panels. The lid has a top planar piece and a plurality of perpendicular side pieces. The lid functions as for displaying and storing objects.

Abstract: A waste receptacle is combined with an air freshener connected to the waste receptacle. Removal of a trash bag from the waste receptacle will cause a flow of air through the opening and air freshener to freshen the interior of the waste receptacle.

Abstract: A drinking vessel comprises a body part (10) to receive a drinks liquid, a lid (30) to seal the top of the body part, a liquid outlet passage (50, 52) extending down to a lower region of the interior space of the body part, and an air intake passage (54) also extending down to the lower region of the interior space of the body part. As the user draws liquid out of the vessel through the liquid outlet passage (50, 52), replacement air enters through the air intake passage (54) and then bubbles upwardly through the liquid within the vessel.

Abstract: A grid has crossing grid bars, wherein the first grid bars extending in a first direction are made of an open profile having outwardly bent-away borders positioned in a common plane and wherein the second grid bars extending in a second direction are made of the same open profile as the first grid bars or of a closed profile having at least one planar profile wall. The first grid bars and the second grid bars are positioned relative to one another such that the bent-away borders rest against one another or that the bent-away borders of the first grid bars rest against the planar profile wall of the second grid bars and are connected to one another on the contact surfaces. The grid forms a wall of a cage for receiving a plastic container of a palette container for storing and transporting substances.
